    The dynamic structure of profit rates for 156 US manufacturing companies is analyzed by means of fractional integration techniques as an alternative to the commolny used ARMIA models with respect to the "persistence of profits". The results show - despite the short lengths of the series - that 35,5% of the series have long range dependence and 54% are nonstationary. This is a confirmation of the strong challenge to the competitive environment hypothesis obtained by previous studies.

    The soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.) are part of soursop plants that have a potential to be developed as anticancer as it contains annonacin. Annonacin is one of the acetogenins compounds group that are cytotoxic and mostly can be found in soursop plants. In the development of pharmaceutical preparation, apart from their safety and efficacy, quality of medicinal raw materials has been one of the important factors. Soursop leaf extract quality can be affected by their types of growing places. Therefore, the research of the quality characterization of soursop leaf extracts from three different growing places needs to be done in order to identify the quality of the extract used as herbal medicines. Quality inspection of soursop leaf extracts was including non-specific and specific parameters. Soursop leaf samples were obtained from three growing places with different altitude, which were from Tawangmangu, Central Java,; Pasuruan, East Java; and Bogor, West Java.The results showed that the best leaf extracts of soursop was from Pasuruan with non-specific parameters: (water content of 7,15% , ash content of 3,59% and 0,44 ppb levels of aflatoxin G2, and specific parameters: (the concentration of annonacin is 12,80%)

    The purpose of this study was to know the amount of fermented cassava leaf meal the diets on growth, feed efficiency, feed digestibility and protein retention of Jelawat (Leptobarbus hoeveni.). Five isonitrogenous (30% crude protein) experimental diets was formulated to contain 0, 10, 15, 20, and 25% fermented cassava leaf meal and 100, 90, 85, 80 and 75% soybean meal (P0,P1,P2,P3,P4, respectively).Completely randomized design (CRD) was used in this exsperiment.The result showed that a diet containing 10% fermented cassava leaf meal and 90% soybean meal (P1) support a good specific growth rate (1.61%/day), feed efficiency (20.70%), feed digestibility (42.01) and protein retention (13.62%). It this concluded that soybean meal can be substituted with 10% fermented cassava leaf meal in the diets for jelawat

    The research aimed to determine effect of addition probiotic in artificial feed to growth and retention proteins on fingerling of baung (Hemibagrus nemurus). This research used a completely randomized design (RAL) with one factor, five treatments and 3 replications. The treatment given was different concentrated of probiotic in feed. Consisting of: control (without the addition of probiotic), P1 (addition probiotic of 2 ml/kg feed), P2 (4 ml/kg of feed), P3 (6 ml/kg of feed) and P4 (8 ml/kg of feed). Feed protein content of 28,33%. The results showed addition of probiotic 2, 4, 6, and 8 ml into artificial feed did not give a significant effect (P>0,05) on the feed efficiency, retention of protein, specific growth rate, and survival rate fingerling of baung. The best treatment contained in P4 (8 ml/kg of feed) with 53,92% digestibility of feed, feeding efficiency 26,46%, protein retention 22,43% and the specific growth rate of 2,05%

    This research aims to determine the effect of noni leaf silage on food efficiency and growth of kissing gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.) using the experimental method, completelly randomized design with one factor, five treatments and three replication which had different level comparison of soy bean meal and noni leaf silaged meal, spesifically P1 (100%TK : 0%TSDM), P2 (90% TK : 10%TSDM), P3 (80% TK : 20%TSDM), P4 (70% TK : 30%TSDM), dan P5 (60% TK : 40%TSDM). The result indicated that feed with addition noni leaf silage meal on 10, 20, 30, and 40% were significant effect (P<0.05) on feed effiency, and very significant effect (P<0,01) on protein retention and average specific growth. The best treatments is obtained on P5 addition noni leaf silage as much as 40% with average feed efficiency of 26.57%, protein retention of 25.27%, spesific growth rate 2.32%/day, feed digestived of 72,83% and survival rate of 97%

    Effect of Fermented Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes) Meal Using a Cow Rumen Fluid in Diets on Growth of River Carp (Leptobarbus Hoevenii) Fingerling

    The research was conducted for 56 days from June to August 2016. The aim of this research was to know of river carp (Leptobarbus hoevenii) fingerling on water hyacinth fermentations. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, five level treatments and three replications. The fish used in this research with size 5-7 cm in 7,2 – 8,6 g in weight. Fish were reared in 1 m3 in cages with stocking density of 20/cage. feeding trials were replacing with soybean meal with water hyacinth fermentation applied to 0, 30, 40, 50 and 60% for 30% protein content. Result showed that fermentation of water hyacinth have significant effect (P<0,05) on growth, feed efficiency, and protein retentions. Replacement 30% of water hyacinth fermentation is the best resposn, produce the highest growth 0,56%, feed efficiency 13,9%, protein retention 17,80% and feed digestion respectively 52,83%

    The research was conducted on July - August 2016. The purpose of thisstudied to determine the number of water lettuce silage flour in fish feedformulation selais (Ompok rhadinurus Ng) the effect on growth, feed efficiencyand protein retention. This study uses a completely randomized design (RAL)with one factor, 5 treatments and 3 replications. Treatments using flour of waterlettuce silage where are P0 (100% TK:0% SDK), P1 (95% TK:5% SDK), P2 (90TK:10% SDK), P3 (85% TK:15% SDK) and P4 (80% TK:20% SDK). WhichFeed protein contain 35%. The results showed that the highest treatmentscontained in P3. Use water lettuce silage flour formulated in the feed as much as15%, produces the best selais fish seed growth is digestibility is the feed 70,24 %,the feed efficiency is 18,03 %, specific growth rate is 1,81 % and protein retentionis 14,83 %
