Опыт применения ритуксимаба у девушки с тяжелым течением системной красной волчанки

Heavy complications of systemic lupus erythematosus, such as the anti-phospholipin syndrome, generalized vaskulit and severe defeats of the central nervous system continue to remain relevant. There is a frequent development of side effects against high-dose therapy by glucocorticosteroids and cytostatics. In this regard the development of new methods of pathogenetic therapy, selectively influencing the segments of its pathogenesis, is vitally important. The article features a heavy case of systematic lupus erythematosus with central nervous affection where clinical and laboratory activity led up to the development of complications during the usage of the standard therapy schemes. The rapid and significant effectiveness of Rituximab in a complex treatment of heavy forms of systemic lupus erythematosus was demonstrated.Тяжелые осложнения системной красной волчанки, такие как антифосфолипидный синдром, генерализованный васкулит, тяжелые поражения центральной нервной системы, сохраняют свою актуальность для изучения. Проблемой остается закономерное и частое развитие побочных эффектов на фоне высокодозной терапии глюкокортикостероидами и цитостатиками. В связи с этим значение имеет разработка новых методов патогенетической терапии этого заболевания, селективно влияющих на ключевые звенья ее патогенеза. В статье представлен случай тяжелого течения системной красной волчанки с поражением центральной нервной системы, протекающей с выраженной клинической и лабораторной активностью, приведшей к развитию осложнений при применении стандартных схем терапии. Продемонстрирована быстрая и значительная эффективность ритуксимаба в комбинированном лечении тяжелых форм системной красной волчанки

Formation health of the saving up competences at students (Social and pedagogical aspect)

Известно, что уровень физического здоровья работника является одним из необходимых условий его успешной профессиональной и социальной деятельности в течение всей жизни. Ухудшение здоровья работоспособного населения – серьезная социально-экономическая проблема любого государства. Сохранению уровня здоровья специалиста должны способствовать здоровьесберегающие компетенции, сформированные у него в процессе обучения. К сожалению исследования показывают, что уровень физического здоровья современных молодых людей – студентов и выпускников вузов неуклонно снижается все последние годы, что свидетельствует о необходимости поиска новых методов и технологий формирования здоровьесберегающих компетенций у студенческой молодежи.К подобным технологиям авторы относят вариативность и значительную индивидуализацию процесса физического воспитания студентов в вузах и создание эффективно действующей социальной физкультурно-спортивной среды в образовательных учреждениях. Исследования одного из авторов статьи свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности использования данных технологий в процессе формирования и развития у студентов здоровьесберегающих компетенций.It is known that the level of physical health of the worker is one of necessary conditions of its successful professional and social activity during all life. Deterioration of health of the efficient population – a serious social and economic problem of any state. Preservation of level of health of the expert has to be promoted by the health saving competences created at it in the course of training. Unfortunately researches show that the level of physical health of modern young people – students and university graduates steadily decreases all last years that testifies to need of search of new methods and technologies of formation of health saving competences at student’s youth.Authors refer variability and a considerable individualization of process of physical training of students in higher education institutions to similar technologies and creation of effectively operating social sports and sports environment in educational institutions.
