    The Impact of Critical Factors on Mergers and Acquisition in Converging ICT Industry

    The objective of this research was to find out the impact of critical factors like company strategy, management decisions and cost & timing for merger and acquisition in ICT industry. This research was based on primary data which collected by means of questionnaire from the all level employees of four major companies like warid, LinkdotNet, Mobilink and NSN Networks at Islamabad. The collected data was analyzed for correlation and regression. The correlation tests showed that there is positive significant correlation among all the factors, while the regression test showed that the model is fit for the research and can predict future research results. On the completion of this research and evaluation of data this research is helpful of providing a useful in sight of corporate mergers in the era of fundamental changes and daily changing market scenarios in ICT industry. It will provide us some outlines to make Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) a fruitful outcome and enable company to gain competitive advantage.     Implications of Political Stability and Financial innovations for Sectoral Economic Growth of Pakistan

    The economic status of a country plays an important role in the lives of the citizens of both developed and developing countries. With the rapid increase in population, every country is trying to find new ways to boost its growth rate so that it may elicit the maximum number of people from poverty and can compare other countries in the form of improvement. The main objective of the study is to empirically investigate the impact of political stability and financial innovations on economic growth. Furthermore, the study also analyzes the impact of subsectors (Agricultural, Industry, and Services) of the economy on growth. A time-series co-integration autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model is used to investigate the general to specific sector's growth. The key empirical finding shows that political stability and financial development has a positive and significant impact on economic growth as well as its sub-sectors in the long-run. Trade liberalization has a positive impact on economic growth but most surprising results have been witnessed in agriculture growth for Pakistan

The research will make the managers able to lessen the turnover intention in the organization. As the study linking various variables and theories, it suggests the main affects and causes of their interdependences. It also helps managers to maintain such an ethical climate, which leads to job satisfaction and less turnover rate

    Determining the Effect of Innovations for Mobile Banking Adoption in Pakistan

    Mobile banking is the source of checking the daily banking affairs at anywhere, where the internet service is available. The main objective of this research was to check the impact of innovations on adoption of mobile banking in Pakistan. The research was based on primary data, which was collected from 500 students of all the public and private universities of Pothohar region (Islamabad/Rawalpindu) by means of a questionnaire. Random Sampling Technique was used and through SPSS the correlation analysis and regression analysis were calculated. The correlation analysis results showed that there is positive significant relationship between Innovations, with adoption of mobile banking in Pakistan. The regression analysis showed that the value of R square = 0.621, which means that the independent variable Innovation has 62%  effect on dependent variable  Mobile Banking Adoption.
