GIS 기반 침수흔적도를 이용한 수해폐기물 발생량 추정방법에 관한 연구

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 공과대학 건설환경공학부, 2018. 2. 김재영.수해폐기물은 태풍, 집중호우, 해일 등 풍수해로 인해 침수 지역에서 발생한 폐기물을 말한다. 이러한 수해폐기물은 단시간에 대량으로 발생하여 복구 작업을 지연시킨다. 일반적으로 수해폐기물은 매립지에서 처리되고 있어서 자원의 효율적인 재활용을 제한하고 온실 가스를 증가시킨다. 수해폐기물의 신속한 처리에 필요한 자원의 효율적인 배치를 위해서는 수해폐기물의 발생량을 추정하는 연구가 필요하다. 국외에서는 수해폐기물 발생량을 예측하는 변수로 공통적으로 피해건물의 수와 피해 지역의 총 면적을 이용하고 있다. 한국에서는 침수된 건물의 수만을 수해폐기물의 발생량을 예측하고 있는데 수해폐기물 발생량을 정확하게 추정할 수 있는지 확인하고 보완해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2008년부터 2016년까지 기록된 수해폐기물 발생량 사례를 대상으로 재해연보와 침수흔적도를 이용하여 국내의 수해폐기물 발생량을 추정하는 모델을 개발하고 검증하고자 한다. 행정안전부에서 발간한 2008년에서 2016년 재해연보의 통계자료를 이용하여 지역별 수해폐기물의 총 발생량 자료와 지역별 피해 정보를 수집하였다. 수해폐기물과 관련성이 높을 것으로 예측되는 변수로 피해건물 수, 피해 농경지 면적, 피해 도로 길이, 피해 하천 길이 등 일곱 개의 피해 정보를 선정하여 폐기물 발생량을 추정하는 모델에 입력하였다. 수해폐기물 발생량을 추정하는 모델을 개발하는 방법으로 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 두 개 이상의 독립변수와 종속변수 사이의 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석에 필요한 독립변수를 선택하는 방법으로 입력법, 단계선택법, 후진제거법, 전진선택법을 사용하였으며, 유의확률과 R2 값을 통해 가장 정확한 모델을 제시하였다. 재해연보에 기록되지 않은 침수된 지역의 면적과 침수 깊이 자료를 수집하기 위해 공간정보를 활용하였으며, 관련된 소프트웨어로 QGIS Desktop 2.18.7을 이용하였다. 침수흔적도와 토지피복지도, 건물통합정보를 수집하여 재해연보에서 수해폐기물의 총 발생량이 기록된 지역들을 대상으로 피해건물 수, 피해 농경지의 면적, 피해 도로의 길이, 피해 하천의 길이, 침수된 면적을 계산하였다. 이러한 피해 정보들은 수해폐기물 발생량과의 다중회귀분석의 독립변수로 이용되었다. 재해연보를 이용한 모델과 GIS를 이용한 모델을 검증하기 위해 2016년 재해연보에 기록된 수해폐기물 발생량 사례들을 모델에 적용하여 실측값과 예측값 사이의 오차의 평균값을 비교하였다. 재해연보를 이용하여 26개의 사례를 대상으로 선정된 수해폐기물 발생량 추정 모델은 피해 도로의 길이가 독립변수로 입력되었으며, 모델의 수정된 R2 값은 0.460이고, 유의확률은 0.01보다 작게 나타나 통계적으로 모델이 유의미한 것을 확인하였다. 재난의 유형에 따라 집중호우와 태풍의 경우로 나누어 각각 다중회귀모델을 도출하였을 때, 집중호우와 태풍 모두 피해 도로의 길이를 독립변수로 선택하였다. 지형적 특징에 따라 도시 지역과 농어촌 지역으로 나누어 각각 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 도시 지역에서는 피해 도로의 길이가, 농어촌 지역에서는 피해 농경지 면적이 독립변수로 선택된 것을 확인하였다. GIS를 활용하여 재해연보로부터 수집한 피해 정보들과 유사한 피해 건물, 피해 도로, 피해 농경지, 피해 하천, 침수 면적을 산정하였고, 침수 면적은 재해연보의 통계자료보다 더 구체적인 수치로 산출되었다. GIS를 활용한 모델의 경우 수정된 R2 값은 0.470으로 나타났고, 모델의 유의확률은 0.05보다 작아 모델의 적합함을 확인하였다. 입력된 독립변수들은 피해 건물, 피해 도로와 침수 면적이었으며, 각 독립변수별 발생량 원단위는 5.29 ton/피해 건물의 수, -0.29 ton/피해 도로의 길이(m), 20.82 ton/침수 면적(ha)로 나타났다. 재해연보의 통계자료를 이용한 모델과 GIS 공간자료를 이용한 모델을 검증하기 위해 2016년 수해폐기물 실제 발생량과 추정값을 비교한 결과, GIS 공간자료를 이용한 모델이 더 근사하게 실제 폐기물 발생량을 추정하는 것을 확인하였다. Lyme Disease

Lyme disease is a vector-borne infection primarily transmitted by Ixodes ticks and is caused by at least three different but closely related species of borrelia. Although it is the most common arthropod-borne disease in the U.S. and Europe, reports of the clinical cases have been relatively rare in Korea. The disease may affect different organs, such as nervous system, joints, heart or eyes, and the clinical pictures include meningitis, cranial neuritis, arthritis, temporary atrioventricular block, and conjunctivitis. The cutaneous manifestations are erythema(chronicum) migrans, borrelial lymphocytoma, and acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans. Early localized infection occurs a few weeks after a tick bite, and erythema migrans is a classic cutaneous manifestation at this stage of infection. Several weeks later, early disseminated infection occurs with bacterial dissemination. Multiple erythema migrans-like skin lesions, neuroborreliosis, arthritis, and carditis can develop. Without treatment, the disease can progress to late or chronic infection, and then acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans may develop in addition to the systemic manifestations. The disease can be diagnosed with serologic tests such as indirect immunofluorescence test or ELISA. The recommended treatment is oral doxycycline or amoxicillin, and the treatment period is variable depending on the organ involved and the duration of the disease. A vaccine for the Lyme disease is approved for adults and commercially available in the Unites States. However, protection from tick bites by the use of protective clothing in risk areas and body inspection and removal of any attached ticks as soon as possible are the most important prophylactic methods. Chemoprophylaxis after a tick bite is also available.ope

청소년에서 비타민 D 결핍과 비알코올성 지방간 사이의 연관성

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 의과대학 임상의과학과, 2019. 2. 고재성.서론: 비타민 D 결핍은 전 세계적으로 퍼져있는 질병이며, 최근 비타민 D 결핍이 비만 및 대사증후군과 관련이 있다는 연구들이 발표되고 있다. 이번 연구의 목적은 청소년에서의 비타민 D 결핍과 비알코올성 지방간 사이의 연관성을 보는 것이다. 방법: 2008년부터 2014년까지 시행된 국민건강영양조사에서 자료를 얻었다. 총 3878명의 청소년이 연구에 포함되었다. 비타민 D 결핍은 25-히드록시비타민D 30 U/L로 정의되었다. 결과: 비타민 D 결핍의 78.9%의 청소년에서 관찰되었다. 나이, 체지방률, 허리 둘레, 혈압, 혈당, 콜레스테롤, 중성지방 수치는 비알코올성 지방간 군에서 그렇지 않은 군보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 비타민 D 수치는 비알코올성 지방간 군에서 유의미하게 낮게 나타났다. 다변량분석에서는 나이가 많을수록, 남자일수록, 비만일수록, 대사증후군이 있을수록 비알코올성 지방간의 승산비가 높게 나타났다. 나이, 성별, 비만, 대사증후군을 조정한 후에도 비타민 D 결핍이 있는 사람들에서는 비알코올성 지방간의 위험도가 높게 나타났다. (승산비 1.77, 95% 신뢰구간 1.07-2.95) 결론: 청소년에서 비타민 D 결핍은 비만 및 대사증후군과는 독립적으로 비알코올성 지방간과 연관이 있다.Introduction: Vitamin D deficiency is a widespread condition throughout the world. Recent studies have suggested that vitamin D deficiency is associated with obesity and metabolic syndrome. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in adolescents. Methods: Data were obtained from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2008-2014. A total of 3,878 adolescents were included. Vitamin D deficiency was defined as a 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration 30 U/L. Results: Vitamin D deficiency was noted in 78.9% of the studied population. Age, body mass index, waist circumference, and blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly higher in adolescents with suspected NAFLD than in adolescents without suspected NAFLD, while the mean vitamin D level was significantly lower in adolescents with suspected NAFLD. The multivariate-adjusted odds of suspected NAFLD were higher with increased age, male gender, obesity and metabolic syndrome. Individuals with vitamin D deficiency were at higher risk of suspected NAFLD (odds ratio 1.77, 95% confidence interval 1.07-2.95) after adjusting for age, gender, obesity and metabolic syndrome. Larger numbers of immature dendritic cells augment an anti-tumor effect against established murine melanoma cells

The dendritic cell (DC) is a potentially promising tool for cancer immunotherapy. To date, however, DC-based immunotherapy has not yielded data with which firm conclusions can be drawn. In the present study, we tested the dose-dependant enhancement of the anti-tumor effect induced by DCs. When large numbers of DCs were used, tumor growth was suppressed up to 41% when compared to control mice. Survival of the animals was prolonged to 54 days compared to the 33-day survival the control mice. The delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) response induced was 26-fold higher than in the controls. Larger numbers of DCs also led to higher expansion of IFN-γ-secreting-CD8+ T cells. Furthermore, the secretion of IL-12p70 and IFN-γ by spleen cells were enhanced in proportion to the dosage. However, the level of IL-4 secreted from spleen cells was negligible compared to the level of IFN-γ that was released. These results indicate that DCs induce Th1-dominant immune response and that more DCs could lead to better immunological results, a finding which was consistent with our therapeutic results.ope

Development of an effective method for dendritic cell immunotherapy of mouse melanoma

Dendritic cell (DC) immunotherapy is a strong candidate for the treatment of incurable cancers especially malignant melanoma. Nevertheless, the proper guideline of DC immunotherapy does not exist. The absence of the guideline is also an obstacle to clinical trials of DC immunotherapy. So we conducted this study in order to develop an effective DC preparation method for immunotherapy in mouse malignant melanoma. Mouse bone marrow-derived DC were stimulated with tumour antigen alone or tumour antigen plus a cocktail (anti-CD40 antibody +TNF-alpha+ IL-1beta) for 8, 24 or 48 h and the characteristics of these DC, such as surface molecules (CD40, CD80, CD86, MHC class II, CCR7), cytokines(IL-12, IFN-gamma, and IL-10), DC-induced T cell proliferation in vitro, and the production of IFN-gamma by those cells, were evaluated. Mice with melanoma were then treated with DC stimulated with tumour antigen alone and tumour antigen plus cocktail for 8 or 48 h. The tumour size and survival rate of these mice were then evaluated. (1) Beneficial clinical effects such as a reduction of tumour size and an increased survival rate were best observed in the group treated with DC stimulated for 8 h with tumour antigen plus cocktail. (2) The single prominent characteristic of DC stimulated for 8 h with tumour antigen plus cocktail was an elevated IL-12 secretion. The cytokine IL-12 was not secreted by other DC. Consequently, proper production of IL-12 was found to be an important requirement for DC used in immunotherapy of mouse melanoma.ope

Development of 3D printed laryngeal stent: an experimental rabbit model

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 의과대학 의학과, 2019. 2. 권성근.서론: 후두기관재건술이나 윤상기관절제술 이후, 후두 스텐트는 종종 후두 골격의 안정화를 위해 사용된다. 그러나 후두 스텐트는 후두의 복잡한 해부학적 구조로 인해 합병증을 유발할 수 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 정상 토끼의 후두를 삼차원으로 재구성하여 제작된 삼차원 인쇄 후두 스텐트(3D-printed laryngeal stent3DLS)의 효능을 기존에 사용되던 후두 스텐트와 비교하기 위함이다. 재료 및 방법: 10 마리의 뉴질랜드 흰 토끼를 두 그룹으로 나누어 기관절개술을 시행하고 후두덮개에서부터 성문하 공간까지 삼차원 인쇄 후두 스텐트와 기관 삽관 튜브를 사용하여 제작된 후두 스텐트(conventional laryngeal stent using endotracheal tubeETLS)를 각각 적용하였다. 내시경을 이용한 검진과 조직학적 분석을 통해 각 군 간의 육아 조직 형성, 궤양, 부종 등의 염증 반응의 차이를 비교하였다. 결과: 내시경 검사에서 시간 경과에 따라 두 군 모두 후두덮개에서 육아 조직 형성이 증가하였으나 ETLS 군에서 더욱 증가하였다. 동물을 희생시키고 후두 스텐트를 제거한 후 시행한 내시경 검사 및 현미경을 이용한 조직학적 검사에서 후두덮개의 후두 표면, 성문 높이의 전교련, 피열연골의 성대 돌기 및 성문하 공간의 앞 벽에서 육아 조직 형성, 궤양 및 부종의 소견이 관찰되었다. 전반적으로 ETLS 군은 3DLS 군보다 더 심한 정도의 염증 및 조직학적 변화를 보였다. 결론: 내시경 검사와 조직학적 관찰에서 3DLS 군이 ETLS 군보다 후두 조직에 더 적은 염증 반응 및 조직의 변화가 관찰되었다. 이는 향후 3DLS가 후두 재건 수술 후 후두 스텐트로써 보다 나은 가능성을 보임을 시사한다.Introduction: Laryngeal stent is often applied for stabilization of laryngeal framework, following laryngotracheal reconstruction or cricotracheal resection. However, laryngeal stent might induce complications to the airway due to complex anatomical conformation of the laryngeal airway. The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of 3D printed laryngeal stent (3DLS) made with three-dimensional reconstruction of the larynx of normal rabbit. Methods: Ten New Zealand White rabbits were divided into two groups by the type of laryngeal stent: with 3DLS or with conventional laryngeal stent using endotracheal tube (ETLS). These two groups were compared by endoscopic airway evaluation and histologic analysis. Results: Over time, granulation formation of epiglottis increased in both groups, but it was increased more in the ETLS group on serial endoscopic exam. On histologic exam, inflammatory reaction was presented dependently on anatomical site. However, the ETLS group showed more inflammatory changes than 3DLS group overall. Conclusions: 3DLS induced less inflammatory reaction and tissue damage than ETLS at the larynx. A Case of Palisaded Encapsulated Neuroma of the Eyelid

Palisaded encapsulated neuroma (PEN) is a rare intraneural neuroma. It usually occurs as a solitary asymptomatic skin-colored papule, and commonly affects the butterfly area of the face of middle-aged adults. We report a case of PEN which developed on the right upper eyelid of a 30-year-old man. It was a 3 mm-sized skin colored papule, and histologically, there was a well- defined encapsulated nodule in the dermis, composed of spindle cells with basophilic and plump nuclei in a palisading pattern. On immunohistochemical staining, the tumor cells of the nodule were positive for S-100 protein, while the capsule of the nodule was positive for epithelial membrane antigen.ope
