So, we investigated the relationships among task-technology fit, network development expectation, organizational support, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and learning intention using smart devices. We surveyed 410 employees who have smart devices and have experience in e-learning. The results of this empirical study revealed that task-technology fit mediated by perceived ease of use has a significant influence on learning intention. The results also demonstrated that each of network development expectation, organizational support, and perceived ease of use has a direct effect on employees' learning intention, regardless of perceived usefulness
