    ํ•™์œ„๋…ผ๋ฌธ (์„์‚ฌ)-- ์„œ์šธ๋Œ€ํ•™๊ต ๋Œ€ํ•™์› : ๋ณด๊ฑด๋Œ€ํ•™์› ๋ณด๊ฑดํ•™๊ณผ, 2019. 2. ์กฐ์„ฑ์ผ.Background : Since the opening of the Asian tobacco market, Transnational Tobacco Company(TTC)s had to compete fiercely against the market dominance of national monopolies, while at the same time they needed cooperation from monopolies to cope with issues common to the tobacco industry, such as tobacco control attempts and anti-smoking movements in individual countries.. The Objectives of this study is to examine the strategies adopted by TTCs to make alliance with Asian monopolies, especially KT&G in South Korea, the tobacco industry interference and its effects under the alliance, and to suggest the appropriate directions for setting and implementing regulative policies on tobacco products. Methods : The internal documents of tobacco companies from the Truth Tobacco Documents Library (formerly Legacy Tobacco Documents Library) were analyzed and triangulated by data from other sources, including government documents from National Archives of Korea, materials from online search engines and official online websites of state agencies. Result : From the very beginning of their entry into the Korean market, TTC pursued the establishment and reinforcement of relationship with KT&G, which had been Korean National Monopoly, as a top priority. In 1989, TTCs strategically established National Manufacturer Association (NMA), including KT&G to create a link to the monopoly and to build a foundation for the industry to develop an industry voice. Also, for this purpose, TTCs did not hesitate to support the monopoly with the technical and human resources they had built in developed markets such as the United States. This is not only a way to make a good relationship with monopolies, but it is also a very efficient way of spreading TTCs false and deceptive claims and data, which had already been rejected in developed countries, to the Korean market by encouraging monopolies to "carry the torch. Comprehensive tobacco control efforts, such as the legislation of the National Health Promotion Act in 1994, and the first tobacco lawsuit in Korea in 1999 were used as a good opportunity for TTCs to form a collusive alliance and to strengthen ties with TTCs. As a result, several tobacco control attempts in Korea had been frustrated or delayed. Conclusion : Providing assistance and expertise, TTC formed strategic and collusive alliance with local tobacco company, KT&G to fight against regulatory authorities and anti-tobacco activities in South Korea.     This paper deals with an implementation of the multi-remote control system of ship's lighting using power line communication to monitor failures, currents, voltages and power consumption of lightings facilities away from the main control center. Therefore routine maintenance is necessary to operate efficiently. However crews maintain regularly a long term and they judge it their eyes. Therefore there is some problem that many number of a lighting, it is many possible error of maintenance's data, and it spend much of time. Therefore the monitoring will be implemented in the main control center where can easily be maintained a state of lighting. The method of communication is the serial communication as RS-232 and RS-485, however this paper will be applied to power line communication that is issued in telecommunications market. In the power line communication, data is modulated and it is carried in power line. The modulation of signal has several methods as amplitude shift keying(ASK), frequency shift keying(FSK), phase shift keying(PSK), however this paper will be using the ASK. The status data of ship's lighting is modulated and demodulated when communication , the circuit is designed not to affect noise. The design of remote control system is using Visual C++ in order that a crew easily knows the status of ship's lighting. It is displayed monitoring program when a crew selects ID of lighting and selected lighting is sent current, voltage and power. Each of status data is divided and stored by program, and the remote control program is displayed when a crew wants data of it. And the main control center is lighting control as frequency control by controlling input voltage to the range of 30[%] by adjusting pulse frequency of the half bridge(HB) inverter. And communication data is decided an error according to protocol. I find that after the implementation of the new regulation, pay-performance sensitivity for the negative return has increased, whereas pay-performance sensitivity for the positive return has decreased. I further investigate such asymmetric changes in pay-performance sensitivity in the post-regulation period from two perspectives: excess compensation and managerial ability. I find that the main results prevail at firms that had excessively paid their CEOs and that had less competent CEOs. [์˜๋ฌธ]Vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) migration and proliferation are the key events occur in neointima responding to vascular injuries. Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) has been implicated in this process. Therefore, inhibition of IGF-1 signaling pathway through the by disabling IGF-1 receptor (IGF-1R) could be a potent therapeutic strategy to treat restenosis. In the present study, we have examined the effect of a dominant negative IGF-1R expressed in primary rat VSMCs in vitro and injured rat carotid artery in vivo. Rat VSMCs were infected with adenoviral vectors containing a dominant negative IGF-1R cDNA (Ad/IGF-1Rt) under the control of cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. An adenoviral vector carrying ฮฒ-galactosidase was used as a control. Ad/IGF-1Rt infection inhibited VSMC migration and proliferation, and also induced apoptosis by inhibiting Akt and Erk phosphorylation in vitro. Consistent with antiproliferative and apoptotic effects observed in vitro, Ad/IGF-1Rt infection markedly reduced neointima formation in injured rat carotid arteries. PCNA expression, a frequently used proliferation index, was decreased whereas TUNEL postive signal was increased. These results indicate that a dominant negative IGF-1R mutant has a potential to induce apoptosis of VSMCs and reduce neointimal formation of injured rat carotid arteries. Delivery of dominant negative IGF-1Rs to the site of angioplasty may provide a useful strategy for inhibiting restenosis.ope
