[영문] In 1924, Shiroi reported the presence in saliva of ABO(H) blood group substances. Afterward, the presence of them in the human bodily secretion and excretion was detected by many investigators, and secretor and non-secretor of the ABO(H) blood group substances in saliva were studied by Schiff, Sasahi, Lehr and Put open. Up to date, indentification of ABO(H) blood group substances in hard tissue (Teeth, Bone Tissue), dental calculus and denture have been detected. We made an experiment on 8 kinds of salivary evidences with elution and absorption-test. The following findings were obtained. 1. In identification of ABO(H) blood group substance from the salivary evidences, absorption-test was more exact than elution-test. 2. In absorption-test, ABO(H) blood group substance of chewing gum could be detected in large amount relatively(100mg∼150mg). 3. When the rest of antiserum was under wash, the ABO(H) blood group substances in gum, soil and wood removed all. On the contrary, the rest of ABO(H) blood group substance in fruits was not removed at all. 4. Chong-Youl Kim, D.D.S., M.S.D., Ph.D.) In order to study on detection of the poison from the acute poisoned rabbits, we administered KCN and AS^^2 O^^3 to rabbits and caused acute poisoning. We analysed the teeth, dental pulp and jaws of the rabbits chemico-toxcologically and examined the specimen histopathologically. The following results were obtained 1. In subcutaneous injected group of KCN, we detected a large amount of cyanide in blood and lung and a small amount of cyanide in teeth and dental pulp but did not detect in jaws. 2. In oral administered groups of KCN, we detected a large amount of cyanide in blood, lung and dental pulp and detected a small amount of cyanide in teeth and jaws. 3. In oral administered group of AS^^2 O^^3 , we detected arsenic markedly in teeth and jaws but detected a small amount of arsenic in dental pulp. 4. In oral administered and heat-treated group of KCN, we detected cyanide in teeth, dental pulp aDd jaws. 5. In subcutaneous injected group of KCN, oral administered group of KCN and oral administered group af AS^^2 O^^3 , congestion and hemorrhage in dental pulp were found. 6. In oral administered group of AS^^2 O^^3 , congestion and hemorrhage in buccal mucosa were found and basal cell degeneration and fibrosis in palatal mucosa were found.restrictio
