A Study on the Analysis of Small-scale Trader between Korea-China Trade

A few decades ago, small-scale trader have begin a small scale trade between Korea and China in Incheon port, Pyeongtaek port and Gunsan port. To begin with the trade, small-scale trader were mainly imported agricultural products in China and Korea industrial products were exported to China. However, because their authorities had reinforced rigidly for the enforcement of regulations, so their dividends gradually has been reduced. Accordingly, They considered countermeasure which is to carry industrial products as well as agricultural ones for their business. So, they layered their organization system hierarchically and strongly. Nowadays, They not only do business as a forwarder but also commit illegal things and do expedient clearance with not registered. From the point of view of The custom services, the small-scale trader between Korean and China have not only positive aspects but also negative ones as particular ones who need The custom service`s special management. Thus in this paper, we are going to suggest an improvement plan by considering the actual condition of Korean-china small-scale trade. For this, first we analysis the problems with their actual trades which occurred in the course of customs business, Internet data and the previous results. As a results of this study, we are focused the environmental impact of the Customs Administration by small-scale traders which carried in Incheon, Pyeongtaek and Gunsan ports.
