(A) Study on the Activity of Art Lessons in High School

고등학교 미술수업의 경향이 조형활동을 통한 창조의욕과 미적 감수성을 촉진시키기보다 대학 진학을 위한 학력위주의 수업으로 진행되고 있어 학습현장에서 이루어지고 있는 미술과 학습활동 상황을 조사할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 미술과 학습활동에 있어서 서울과 경상남도의 일반계 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 질문지를 통하여 지역, 남 · 여, 설립별로 비교하여 현황을 조사하는데 있다. 연구방법에 있어서 기본도구는 문헌과 질문지이고 서울과 경상남도 고등학교 미술교사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사결과는 백분율로 통계처리하고 χ^(2)을 통하여 배경에 따른 유의도를 검증하였으며, 학습활동에 대한 질문지 결과분석은 다음과 같다. 1 . 미술실의 활용도는 경남이 서울보다 높게 나타났고, 회화, 디자인, 감상영역의 수업에는 대체로 잘 활용되나 조소, 서예영역에서는 활용도가 낮았다. 2 . 학생들의 실기학습 준비상태가 미흡한 이유로는 입시 위주의 환경이나 미술에 대한 흥미와 관심부족으로 인해 충실히 갖추지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 3 . 학습활동에 따른 시간 배당은 서양화, 디자인, 한국화, 소묘순으로 교구나 자료준비가 어려운 내용은 실기지도나 학습활동이 잘 이루어지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 4 . 학습활동에 따른 표현재료는 지역간에 다소 차이가 있었다. 5 . 표현 대상은 지역간에 큰차이가 없었으며, 다양한 소재를 다루고 있었다. 이와 같이 "학습환경미비, 배당시간 부족, 도구준비의 소홀함, 흥미와 관심부족, 편중된 입시위주의 교육으로 인하여 저조한 학습현황을 실증적 자료에 의하여 파악하고 극복하므로서 전인적 인간을 육성하는 데 목적을 둔 창조성과 미적정서를 기르기 위한 학습운영의 정상화와 심화된 발전방향의 정착이 절실히 요구된다.;It is necessary for me to investigate the activity of art lessons in high school, which trends rather toward scholastic ability for university entrance than toward facilitating aesthetic susceptability though formative sensation. The purpose of this study is a comparative investigation, classified by district, sex and foundation, of art lessons in high school through questionairing art teachers in Seoul and Kyung-sang nam-do region. In method, basic equipments are references and questionaires of 150 art teachers in Seoul and Kyung-sang-nam-do region. Statistically results are made by percentage and their significances are verified through Chi-square test. Analyses of questionaires are is follows : 1. Art classroom, which utility is higher in Kyung-sang-nam-do than in Seoul, is used frequently in the field of painting, design and appreciation, however, scarcely in the field of plastic arts and calligraphy. 2. The reason why students prepare insufficiently for practice lessons is a deficiency of interest and concern with art and also is an environment of study which aims for entrance examination. 3. Hours of Lessons are distributed, in the order of share, by oil painting, design, Korean painting and dessin. So lessons having difficulties in the preparation of teaching tools and materials have little practice or studying. 4. Expressional materials of art lessons have a little difference between two regions. 5. Expressional objects, taking variable things, have no difference between two regions almostly. There are provided a power module in which a bias voltage is varied and supplied to a control circuit controlling power conversion when an idle mode is switched to a normal mode, and a distributed power supply apparatus having the same. The power module includes: a power factor correction stage; a DC/DC conversion stage switching power to convert the power into pre-set DC power in a powering mode in which normal power is output; a standby stage converting the power into pre-set standby power in a cold standby mode in which the DC/DC conversion stage outputs power having a level lower than that of normal power; and a variable bias supply unit varying a voltage level of bias power for controlling DC/DC power conversion and supplying the same to the DC/DC conversion stage in the cold standby mode and the powering mode
