치의학과/석사[한글]복합 레진으로 수복된 치아에 있어서 장기간의 예후에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소로는 수복재의 밀봉능력을 들 수 있을 것이며, 치과영역의 연구에 있어서 이러한 미세누출에 대한 연구는 매우 중요한 부분이다. 이번 실험의 목적은 질산은용액과 micro-CT 이미지를 이용하여 상아질과 복합레진 수복물 간의 계면을 관찰할 수 있는지 알아보고, 사용할 수 있는 시편 제작 방법에 변화를 주어 상아세관을 통한 질산은용액의 침투를 통해 상아질과 복합레진 수복물 계면을 치아의 치수공간으로부터 염색시키는 방법의 가능성과 그 방법을 가능하게 하는 조건에 대해서 연구해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 건전한 사람의 소구치와 질산은용액을 이용하여 절편 모양의 시편, 치관 구조를 지닌 시편과 치아 전체 구조를 지닌 시편을 제작하였고, ‘Gap’, ‘Space’, NaOCl, EDTA, etching, pressure, minus pressure, bonding 등의 여러 조건을 변화시켜보면서 상아세관을 통해 질산은용액이 상아질과 복합레진의 경계로 침투해 들어가는 정도를 관찰하고 어떤 조건이 연구 목적에 알맞은 것인지 비교하여 보았다. 이번 연구 결과를 통해 질산은용액은 모세관현상을 통하여 상아세관에 침투할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, NaOCl 용액과 EDTA 용액을 전 처치함으로써 질산은용액이 상아세관에 침투하는 데에 도움이 되며, 부가적인 압력을 줄 경우 질산은용액이 상아세관에 더 잘 침투한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 절편 모양의 치아 시편에서 NaOCl 용액과 EDTA 용액의 전 처리와 부가적인 압력을 준 1.0mm 두께의 시편이 질산은용액의 침투 및 상아질과 복합레진의 경계를 염색시켜 관찰하는 조건을 만족하였지만, 치아 전체 구조를 지닌 시편의 형태는 상아세관을 통해 상아질과 복합레진 경계면을 염색시키는 연구 방법으로 적절하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. [영문]I. Introduction : The long-term prognosis of a composite-restored tooth is mainly affected by the sealing efficacy of the restorative material on the dental structures. Therefore the ‘leakage test’ is the essential factor to test. The purpose of this study is to search for the nondestructive methods to observe dentin-composite interfaces using a AgNO3 solution and micro-CT II. Material and Methods : In this study, about 50 human premolars and a AgNO3 solution have been used. 1mm thickness specimen, crown-shaped specimen, tooth-shaped specimen was prepared. Each specimen was infiltrated by a AgNO3 solution in various conditions - including ‘Gap’, ‘Space’, NaOCl, EDTA, etching, pressure, minus pressure, bonding - and observed by micro-CT. III. Results : First, the AgNO3 solution was infiltrated by dentinal tubules by capillary action. Second, combination of the NaOCl solution and EDTA solution increased the ability of an AgNO3 infiltration. Third, external pressure increased the ability of an AgNO3 infiltration. Fourth, 1mm thickness specimen with NaOCl, EDTA and external pressure showed successful result of AgNO3 infiltration model. Fifth, there was no successful infiltration model in tooth-shaped specimen. IV. Conclusions : In this research, results showed that the AgNO3 solution can infiltrate dentinal tubules. Therefore, using an AgNO3 solution and micro-CT is possible to observe the dentin-composite interfaces as a nondestructive method under sufficient pressure and combined irrigation of NaOCl and EDTA. The 1mm thickness specimen could be a experience model for further research.ope

The Enhancement of the Psychological Homogenity between South and North Koreans

남북간의 '심리적 동질성'이란 무엇인가? 우리가 남북한의 민족적·문화적 동질성에 관해서는 익히 알고 있지만, 심리적 동질성이라는 용어는 생소한 개념일 수도 있다. 즉, 단일 인종, 동일 언어로 반도의 한 생활공간에서 2천년이상 같은 문화를 형성해 왔기 때문에, 우리는 세계에서도 유례를 찾기 어려운 민족적·문화적 동질성을 가지고 있다. 민족적 동질성이 이렇게 역사적 공통기반과 언어적 공통성 등에 의해서 규정되는 것이라면, '심리적 동질성'은 현대적 사회환경과 생활약식간의 상호작용적 함수관계에서 나타나는 남북한 주민의 認知樣式·情緖·行動傾向 등의 공통성으로 규정할 수 있는 것이다. 認知樣式·情緖· 行動傾向은 바로 정신 세계의 3대 구성요소를 알려진 知·情·意를 말하는 것이며, 가치의식, 好惡感情, 태도 및 신념 등은 知·淸·意를 기반으로 한 하위 관련 개념들인 것이다. 남북간 심리적 동질성에 관한 논의는 결국 남북한 주민의 人生에 대한 가치의식, 공통적 정서, 통일에 대한 염원과 실천의욕, 화합적 행동과정 등의 공통분모를 발견하는 데서 출발되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 논의는 정치 경제적 체제의 통일만이 아닌, 남북간 사회문화적 '통합'과 민족생활공동체 형성이라는 전제를 토대로 전개되는 것이 바람직하다 (이장호, 1992). 다시 말해서, '단일 민족에 의한 국가통일'이라는 전통적인 논리가 아닌 복합적 경제·사회 체제로서의 통합을 이룩하기 위한 논의가 될 때에만, 그것이 심리적 동질성이든 민족적 동질성의 회복이든 실제적 가치가 있을 것이다. 본고는 이러한 배경에서 논의를 남북간의 '심리적 이질성'을 나타내는 제 현상을 점검한 후, 이 이질성을 극복하고 심리적 화합을 촉진하기 위한 방안을 고찰하는 방식으로 진행되고자 한다. 어떤 의미에서는 남북한 주민의 심리적 동질성 자체―특히 심리적 동질성의 심층구조―는 '회복'되어야 할 성격의 것이기보다는 오히려 '활성화' 되어야 할 성격의 것인지도 모르기 때문이다. 그리고 여기서는 북한 자료를 포함한 실증적 조사연구가 아닌, 기존의 남한 자료 일부를 토대로 한 심리학자로서의 한 고찰에 불과할 것이

A Longitudinal Study on the Psychological Awareness of Yanbian Koreans in China

본 연구는 중국 연변 조선족의 의식과 심리적 상태의 변화를 살펴보기 위한 종단적 연구이다.1995년 1차 조사연구 자료와 2000년 2차 조사연구 자료를 비교 분석하였다.본 연구의 또 다른 목적은 현재 연변조선족의 세대간 차이를 살펴보는 것이다.이를 위해 연령 집단별(연변일중, 연벼대, 사회인) 차이를 비교 분석하였다.총 558명(1차조사연구 327명, 2차 조사연구 231명)을 대상으로, 개인적 가치관과 사회의식을 반영하는 문항으로 구성된 설문자료를 수집하고 분석하였다.분석결과 연변조선족은 5년전에 비해 자본주의적 경제가치의식과 심리적 안녕에 대한 선호 경향이 증가하였으며, 남북통일에 대해서는 비교적 비관적 관점으로 해석될 수 있는 의식성향이 더 높아진 것으로 나타났다.이러한 결과의 의미를 논의하고 연구의 제한점을 밝혔다. This study is a longitudinal research to investigate the change of psychological awareness and mental characteristics in native Yabian Koreans in China. The difference between first survey data(1991) and second survey data(2000) was analyzed. Another purpose of this study was to find the differences of psychological awareness in Korean generation groups at Yanbian territory, China. The data from native Yanbian Korean groups(n=558) were accordingly analyzed. The survey questionnaire was composed of items reflecting the individual subject's view of values and psychological items concerning evaluation of incumbent social issues. The major result of this study was an increased tendency toward capitalistic values and preference of psychological well-being In Yanbian Koreans. In addition, Yanbian Koreans in the year of 2000 took relatively pessimistic view of the unification of Korea as compared to those in 1991. The implication and limitation of this research result were discussed
