Ten adults with dystonic cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria participated in this study. The experimental group (N=10) participated in a creative dance program for 120 minutes, 24 times in 12 weeks, in the auditorium of the welfare center located in S city. The study got the approval from the Institutional Review Board(IRB) of Seoul National University(1901-002-006) to be proceeded. The balance ability (CoP, BBS, TUG) and gait function (DGI) of all participants were measured in the same environment and method. The participants also completed the survey of the activity of daily living function (K-MBI, K-ABC) before and after. The effectiveness of the intervention program was statistically analyzed by the Window SPSS 23.0 version. The results obtained through the above research procedures are as follows. First, the dynamic balance (TUG) of the balance ability of the experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement. Second, the Center of Pressure (CoP) of the static balance ability of the experimental group showed a statistically significant effect, and the distance and area of the perturbation from the pressure of center point were decreased when the eyes were opened. Although there was no significant difference in the distance and area of the CoP when the eyes were closed, the post-measurement showed an increasing tendency. Third, there were statistical significant differences in functional balance (BBS). Fourth, the experimental group showed statistically significant improvements in functional gait ability (DGI). Fifth, according to the Korean-Modified Barthel Index(K-MBI) and Korean-Activity of Balance Confidence (K-ABC) survey, there were no significant differences in the K-MBI that the participants of the group were aware of, but significant differences in the K-ABC emerged to identify the effects of the creative dance program conducted in this study. Based on the above results, the study assures that creative dance program can effectively enhance the balancing ability, gait function, and daily living function of the adults with dystonic cerebral palsy.๋ชฉ ์ฐจ I. ์„œ ๋ก  1.

[์˜๋ฌธ]This study using the descriptive correlation, surveys and analyzes the correlation of the health status and the life satisfaction of the old living in institutions. purposing basic information on developing specialized and quality service meeting various needs of the elderly in institutions. The study questioned 150 the aged, selected in random sample, living in institutions including homes for the elderly. elderly nursing home, and skilled nursing facilities, located in Seoul, Incheon, and kyeong-Ki Province.Data were collected through personal interview with the aged with normal awareness from May 23 to June 4, 2005.The research instrument were ADL index by Katz(1963), GDS short form by Yesavage(1983) and translated by Gi''(1996), modified Yoon''s "criteria of older Adults life satisfaction"(1982).The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for window with t-test, one way ANOVA, and pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study are as follows.1) In the collection of ADL, comparing with wearing, washing face, bathing, eating, moving and toilet among three institutions. independent performance ability has been estimated lowest in bath in the skilled nursing facilities, and highest in eating.2) In emotional health status, the degrees of depression has been indicated highest in the skilled nursing facilities. The depression degrees have been found higher to the aged with low education level. bad subjective health status, and without their spouse.3) Life satisfaction in the experience field and comparative satisfaction field is high in the elderly nursing home. and the life satisfaction in the emotional field is high in the skilled nursing facilities. and life satisfaction as education level is higher, subjective health status is better, and the purpose of the living for comfortable life is higher level of satisfaction among three institutions.4) Correlation among ADL, emotional health status(depressions), and life satisfaction shows that ADL and life satisfaction is lower as the degree of depression is the deeper. In conclusion, ADL and life satisfaction indications lower index as depression in high degree, improvement of the life satisfaction and the health status for the elderly can be realized through the prudent consideration of influential factors and the characteristics of the aged nursed.prohibitio
