Coben법에 의한 한국 아동의 두개안면골의 성장 변화에 관한 누년적 연구

치의학과/박사[영문] [한글] 치과교정학 분야에서 두개안면부의 형태, 크기 성장변화는 매우 중요하며, 이의 분석평 가를 위하여 두부방사선 계측사진을 널리 이용하고 있다. 저자는 두개안면 구성부분들의 상대적인 크기와 골성장의 상대적인 비율을 알고 이들의 측모에 대한 영향을 알고자 Coben법에 의하여 6세부터 10세까지 남자 75명, 여자 50명을 대상으로 각 연령별 기준치 및 성장변화에 대한 누년적 기준치를 구하고 연령별, 남녀별 에 따른 유의성을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1 연령별, 남녀별 기준치를 얻었다. 2. 두개안면부의 실측치에서 남자가 여자보다 고경이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 3. 두개안면부의 심도, 고경의 연령증가에 따른 변화량에는 남녀차가 없었다. 4. 두개안면부 심도변화량의 크기순은 하안면부 중안면부 및 상안면부의 순위였다. 5. 하악골 상행지의 길이보다 하악골수평골체의 성장량이 더욱 컸다. A LONGITUDINAL ROENTGEN-CEPHALOMETRIC STUDY ON THE CRAN10FACIAL DEPTH AND HEIGHT BY COBEN'S METHOD Hyo il Ahn Dept. of Dental Science, Gaduate School, Yonsei University (Directed by Prof. Young Kyu Ryu,D.D.S., Ph.D.) The morphology and growth changes of the Craniofacial Complex are important in orthodontics and cephalometrics for analysis and evaluation of facial bone growth are widely used.The author analyzed the data using lateral cephalomotric roentgenogram of 75 Korean male and 50 Korean females age of 6 to 10 with normal occlusion to provide informations-relative rates of facial bone growth of Korean which is to be contributed in Korean standard. The results were as follows: 1. Means, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of Korean children werc obtained. 2. The item which showed significent difference between male and female was craniofacial height in absolute dimension. 3. No difference of sex was showed in increment f craniofacial height and depth. 4. Among the craniofarial depth increments, the lower facial depth dimension increased most,midfacial depth dimension increased less, and cranial depth dimension inceased the least. 5. The horizontal body of mandible showed rapid growing tendency more than did the ascending ramus.restrictio
