More than 50 monogenic causes of SRNS or FSGS have been identified. Recently, the mutation detection rate in pediatric patients with SRNS has been reported to be approximately 30%. In this study, genotype-phenotype correlations in a cohort of 291 Korean pediatric patients with SRNS/FSGS were analyzed. The overall mutation detection rate was 43.6% (127 of 291 patients). WT1 was the most common causative gene (23.6%), followed by COQ6 (9.4%), NPHS1 (8.7%), NUP107 (7.1%), and COQ8B (6.3%). Mutations in COQ6, NUP107, and COQ8B were more frequently detected, and mutations in NPHS2 were less commonly detected in this cohort than in study cohorts from Western countries. The mutation detection rate was higher in patients with congenital onset, those who presented with proteinuria or chronic kidney disease/ESRD, and those who did not receive steroid treatment. Genetic diagnosis in patients with SRNS provides not only definitive diagnosis but also valuable information for decisions on treatment policy and prediction of prognosis. For this purpose, many studies have been performed on the flux pinning centers like the artificial pinning centers, incorporting various types of nanoparticles into the REBCO superconducting matrix. Recently, compared with BaHfO3 (BHO)-doped GdBCO CC, BHO-doped EuBCO CC has been reported as a very promising candidate since its in-feld Jc values were much less reduced up to its film thickness of ~3.6 ฮผm. However, the effect of the BHO doping content on the superconducting properties of EuBCO films has never been fully clarified yet. Thus, in this work, we investigated the superconducting properties of EuBCO films with various amounts of BHO dopants, including the critical temperature (Tc) and in-field Jc values for the applied field along the c-axis (B//c) of EuBCO films. For this study, two different lasers of Nd:YAG laser (ฮป = 355 nm) and KrF excimer laser (ฮป = 248 nm) were used for the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) of BHO-doped EuBCO films on CeO2-buffered MgO (100) single-crystal substrates. Preliminary experiments on undoped EuBCO films revealed that optimal PLD processing conditions for Nd:YAG laser were deposition temperature of 800โ„ƒ, oxygen partial pressure (PO2) of 400 mTorr, and target-substrate distance (DTS) of 4 cm while those for KrF laser were temperature of 800โ„ƒ, PO2 of 400 mTorr, and DTS of 4 cm. The doping contents of BHO in the EuBCO superconducting matrix were 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 mol%. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), R-T measurement system, and MPMS SQUID magnetometer. The results are as the following. All undoped and BHO-doped EuBCO films showed (00l) reflections, indicating the subgrains of films are well aligned along the c-axis of EuBCO. With increasing the BHO doping content, the (400) reflections of BHO gradually increased, suggesting that the BHO doping content of EuBCO films were properly controlled by using the sintered PLD targets with different amounts of BHO. In comparison with EuBCO films deposited by Nd:YAG laser, those by KrF laser exhibited smaller a-axis-oriented reflections, implying that KrF laser is better to get only c-axis oriented films. In both cases, Tc values and in-plane & out-of-plane textures were gradually degraded with increasing the BHO content of EuBCO films. The decrease in Tc is attributable to a strain induced at the interface between BHO nanoparticles and EuBCO matrix. The highest in-field Jc values at both 65K and 77K for B//c over 2 T were obtained from 7.5 mol% BHO-doped EuBCO film by Nd:YAG laser and 5 mol% BHO-doped EuBCO film by KrF laser. This discrepancy may be due to the difference in the configuration of BHO nanoparticles, which requires further TEM analyses of these samples. Further, for a full characterization of the pinning characteristics of BHO-doped EuBCO films, it is highly recommended to evaluate their field angle dependence of in-field Jc values. According to the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), the developmental stages of the citizen participation can be categorized into five phases โ€“ Inform, Consult, Involve, Collaborative, and Empower. The level of influence and involvement of the citizens steadily increase with each phase moving forward, ultimately striving to enter the ideal phase of Empower to achieve effective policies within a true participatory democracytherefore, it is crucial to analyze and evaluate a countrys current phase in citizen participation to determine its democratic developments and trajectories. In this study, based on the characteristics of each phases as identified by IAP2, the current phase of South Koreas citizen participation is examined as being in the initial stages of the third step Involve. There have been diverse endeavors to achieve participatory democracy, especially during the current administration of President Park Geunhye. While these attempts have made visible outcomes such as the growth of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), most of the outcomes havebeen geared towards to unilateral administrative actions to promote such success in growth, and not truly considering the achievements (or lack thereof) in participatory contexts. As a comparative study, the following three online tools from the United States were analyzed in their effects in ensuring and enhancing active citizen participation: , , and . Variable topology truss platform is self-reconfiguring robot that works with linear actuator and detachable ball joint. The design of traditional ball-joint-based robots requires three or more linear actuators to perform self-reconfiguration. This parallel drive control of joint impairs the freedom of the robot's drive. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a joint structural design that allows the reconfigure process to be self-implemented on a single truss basis from the joint itself. For this purpose, a single joint has a spherical coordinate system-based manipulator that can control individual trusses on the ball joint sphere.
