In this paper, the case of the Czech Republic is considered as the representative country. For comparison of the responses of macroeconomic variables for the data before and after the membership of the EU, whole data are divided by two based on the date when the Czech Republic became the member. By employing Structural Vector Autoregression(SVAR) model, this paper is trying to reveal the difference in the responses of major variables to monetary tightening shocks. As a result, significant exchange rate puzzles are found in the both. While the puzzles are robust in the results for pre-membership sample, those are not robust for the later sample. According to additional tests, the intervention of the central bank of the country in the foreign reserves market may cause the differences in the impacts of foreign reserves before and after the membership.     The 634 Korean human foetuses (0 342, 우 292) were employed as the materials for the stastitical investigation of the pituitary, and the results were summarized as follows: 1) The three linear measurements (Transverse, anteroposterior and vertical diameter). a) The transverse diameter was the longest showing the largest growth ratio , while the vertical one the smallest. b) Especially after 8th month of foetal age, the growth of the vertical diameter became slow. c) The developments of all these three diameters showed the lineal progressive increasing with the advance of the foetal age. 2) Relation between the pituitary weights and the foetal age. The pituitary weight increases gradually"up to the 5th foetal month. After this period , it tended to show a sharp increase. 3) Relative weight of the hypophysis to the body weight. By the 4th foetal month , it indicated maximum, and at the 5th foetal month suddenly droped , from the 6 th to 7th month on appeared a tendency of gradual decline. 4) The size difference in the same foetal age was remarkable. 5) The sexual difference in every foetal period was negative. 6) The racial difference from the Japaneose was not found

    The suprarenal glands of the 277( (') 155. 우 122) Korean fetuses older than four month of the fetal age were measured biometrically and the results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. As to the three linear measurements of the suprarenals , the length was the longest and the thickness was the smallest. The three linear measurements; length, width and thickness increased gradually as the fetal age increased, and there were no sexual differences. There were stastical differences in the length of the suprarenals between both sides and the left one was longer than the right one after 6th month of fetal period. 2. The depth of the renal surface increased regularly with the progress of developmental fetal period and had stastical differences between both sides after 5th month of fetal age and the left one was deeper than the right one , without sexual differences. 3. The weight of the suprarenals increased slowly up to the 7th month, rapidly up to the 8th month and after that more rapidly. There were stastical differences in weight of the suprarenals between both sides after 6th month of fetal age , but no sexual differences. 4. The relative weight of the suprarenals decreased gradually with the progress of developmental fetal period

To do this, career consultants’ job competency were developed throughout panel workshop, FGI, BEI, expert reviews and surveys. Then, the competency gaps between current and future needs were investigated. Also, this study identified the perception differences on career consultants’ job competency between career consultants and high school teachers in specialized high school. Study results show a competency model constructed 10 job competency including understanding recruiting trends, analyzing corporate needs, facilitating adapting job, developing job seeking technique, motivating getting a job, planning and implementing job supporting programs, developing and managing corporations, building trust in schools. Based on this research, job training, development of job manuals and constructing network systems were discussed

To analyze results for this study, data of 2008GOMS1(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) were used. Study results showed that college graduates' participation in university's career development programs effects positively on their endeavor to improve their job abilities, whereas negatively on the personal satisfaction with their work. Secondly, college graduates' endeavor to improve their job abilities effects positively on the personal satisfaction with the work. Lastly, college graduates' participation in university's career development programs effects positively on the personal satisfaction with the work on condition that their endeavor to improve their job abilities intermediates between them. Based on the results of this study, practical and theoretical suggestions were provided
