Black Raspberry 씨와 포도 씨 탄닌 분획물의 항산화 및 항염증 효과

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 식품영양학과, 2013. 2. 황금택.Black raspberry(Rubus occidentalis)와 포도(Vitis labrusca)는 한국에서 생과 또는 가공된 형태로 폭넓게 소비되고 있다. 현재까지 많은 연구에서 과육부분의 black raspberry와 포도의 생리 활성 기능이 보고되어 왔으며, 근래에는 과피, 씨, 줄기와 같은 부산물에도 이러한 잠재적인 가능성이 제시되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 국내산 black raspberry 씨와 포도 씨로부터 총 추출물과 탄닌 분획물을 얻어 항산화 및 항염증 효과를 비교 평가하는 것이다. Black raspberry 씨와 포도 씨의 총 추출물을 각각 BSTE(black raspberry seed total extract)와 GSTE(grape seed total extract)라 하고, black raspberry 씨와 포도 씨의 탄닌 분획물을 각각 BSTF(tannin fraction from black raspberry seed)와 GSTF(tannin fraction from grape seed)라 명명하였다. 씨 추출물의 폴리페놀 함량, FRAP, DPPH, ABTS를 통한 항산화능 평가와 cell culture 실험에서의 세포 독성 및 NO 생성 억제 효과의 평가는 동결건조물의 건조 중량을 기준으로 나타냈다. BSTE의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 271.0 mg GAE/g으로 GSTE(206.2 mg GAE/g)의 총 폴리페놀 함량보다 유의적으로 높았다(p0.05, t-test). BSTE의 FRAP 값은 GSTE(534.6 μM TEAC/g)보다 유의적으로 높았으며(p<0.05), BSTF의 FRAP 값(926.5 μM TEAC/g)도 GSTF(2300.9 μM TEAC/g)보다 유의적으로 높았다. GSTE의 DPPH IC50(56.7μg/mL(freeze-dried extract/reaction solution)) 값이 BSTE(40.9 μg/mL)에 비해 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). BSTF의 DPPH IC50(11.7μg/mL) 값은 GSTF(14.8 μg/mL)에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). BSTE와 GSTE의 DPPH IC50 값은 ascorbic acid(17.9μg/mL)와 trolox(21.4 μg/mL)에 비해 약 2배 정도 높았고, BSTF와 GSTF의 DPPH IC50 값은 이와 비슷하거나 낮았다. BSTE의 ABTS IC50 값(92.2 μg/mL(freeze-dried extract/reaction solution))이 GSTE(121.7 μg/mL)에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.05). BSTF의 ABTS IC50 값(25.27 μg/mL)은 GSTF(40.39 μg/mL)에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다(p<0.01). BSTE와 GSTE의 ABTS IC50 값은 ascorbic acid(38.56 μg/mL)에 비해 약 2~3배 정도 높았으나, BSTF와 GSTF의 ABTS IC50 값은 비슷하거나 낮았다. 생존율에 영향을 미치지 않는 농도에서 RAW 264.7 세포를 4시간 동안 BSTE, GSTE, BSTF, GSTF로 처리하고 배양하여 염증을 유발한 후 NO 생성량을 확인한 결과, 씨 추출물들의 농도에 비례하여 NO 생성을 저해하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, BSTE, BSTF가 각각 GSTE, GSTF에 비해 NO 생성 저해 효과가 유의적으로 더 높았다. 결론적으로, 국내산 black raspberry 씨 추출물(BSTE, BSTF)이 포도 씨 추출물(GSTE, GSTF)에 비해 항산화 활성 측정과 항염증 활성 측정에서 더 높은 효과를 보였다. 따라서, black raspberry 씨 총 추출물과 탄닌 분획물은 이미 효과가 알려진 포도 씨 총 추출물과 탄닌 분획물처럼 천연 항산화제 및 항염증제로서의 사용 가능성을 지닌 식물 자원인 것으로 판단된다.국문 초록 목차 표 목차 그림 목차 Ⅰ. 서론 1. (The) experience of children with a schizophrenic parent : 사례 중심으로

간호학과/석사[한글] 정신분열병은 정신기능에 이상을 초래하는 질환으로서 정신분열병 환자의 자녀들은 정신분열병에 의해 직·간접적으로 생기는 환경적 긴장으로 인해 영향을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정신분열병 환자 자녀의 경험이 어떠한지 알아보기 위해 사례 중심으로 심층면접과 아동화 및 설문조사를 통하여 정신분열병 환자 자녀의 경험을 알아보고자 하였다.본 연구의 자료수집기간은 2005년 9월부터 2005년 11월까지였으며 연구대상자는 정신분열병 환자의 사춘기 자녀(만10-15세)로 총 3명이었다. 자료 수집은 심층면접과 아동화, 설문지를 통해 이루어졌으며 면담내용은 수집과 동시에 이루어졌고 아동화는 한국 미술학회 편(1994)의 해석기준에 따라 분석하였으며 설문지는 총 점수를 산정하였다.본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.1. 정신분열병을 앓고 있는 아버지에 대하여 양가감정과 혼란된 아버지상을 보였다.2. 어머니의 역할에 대한 기대와 안쓰러움이 나타났다.3. 아버지의 부재로 인한 결속력 없는 가족관계로 단절감과 고립감 및 소외감을 경험하였다.4. 가족역할 변화로 인한 역할 부담감이 나타났다.5. 아버지에 대한 그리움과 아버지의 역할회복과 가족관계에 대한 회복을 기대하는 것으로 나타났다.6. 아버지의 정신질환에 대해 언급하기를 회피하는 등 정신질환에 대한 부정적인 인식을 하고 있었다.7. 아버지의 일관성 없는 행동으로 자녀들은 산만하고 공격적이며 자신의 감정을 지나치게 억제하고 타인과의 관계형성의 어려움을 보이는 등 불안정한 정서와 행동을 보였다.8. 낮은 자아 존중감과 부정적인 자아개념을 보였다.본 연구는 3명의 정신분열병 환자의 사춘기 자녀를 대상으로 정신분열병 환자 자녀들이 경험하는 내용을 알게 되었으며, 특히 사춘기의 발달기적 특성 및 사례별로 자녀들의 경험을 알아봄으로써 전반적인 문제 등을 확인한 연구로서, 정신 분열병 환자 자녀의 부정적인 경험과 관련된 중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. [영문]The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the experience of children with a schizophrenic parent. Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness with a profound negative influence on social functioning of not only patients themselves but also their children. The children whose parents are schizophrenic suffer from environmental stress caused directly and indirectly by their schizophrenic parent(s).If we want to invent intervention programs or strategies for children with a schizophrenic parent, it is essential to understand the social and psychological vulnerability of children whose parent has schizophrenia to environment, and to have a knowledge of subjective experience which children have. The children who have a schizophrenic parent face a variety of problems and are reported to need help and support, but those needs are generally overlooked. Thus far only a little, if only, attention has been paid to them, and accordingly few published data exist about them compared to other family members such as parents, spouses, and siblings.With this in mind, we tried to make a close inquiry into the experience of children with a schizophrenic parent. The research methods included biographical in-depth interviews, structured questionnaires, and child''s drawings. Data were collected from September until November, 2005 at one university hospital, and interviews were recorded on audio tapes and thereby transcribed. The subjects were three adolescent children (10-15 years old) of a parent with schizophrenia.The results are as follows:1. It is often the case that the children with a schizophrenic parent are uninformed about their parent''s illness, have difficulties dealing with symptoms (positive and negative), and accordingly are confused about their parent''s image (specially father''s image in this research), have an uncertain image of their father, and display contradictory feelings of fear and sympathy toward their father.2. The children tend to harbor expectations on mother''s role in the family affairs, and simultaneously show pity for her.3. Family relations without solidarity caused by the absence of their father make the children feel severance, separation, and isolation in and out of the family.4. The children feel the burden to assume additional household responsibilities, and, interestingly enough, are concerned about their parents'' future welfare.5. The children miss their father in custody, expect him to be rehabilitated in no time, and finally look forward to the recovery of their shattered family relation.6. The children are reluctant to mention their father''s disease, which shows that they have a negative recognition or understanding of mental illness.7. Due to their father''s inconsistent behaviors, the children are apt to be distracted, aggressive, and difficult to control their feelings. They are also seen to have difficulty in establishing relationship with others, resulting in unstable emotions and behaviors.8. The children show relatively low self-esteem and negative self-concept.In conclusion, the study subjects have met negativeness in both developmental characteristics and needs, which supports the need for intervention programs that meet their actual experience. It is hoped that this study will contribute to providing basic knowledge about children with a schizophrenic parent for the development of intervention programs, and for reducing the prevalence of mental illness.ope

A comparative study on the enzymeimmunoassay(EIA) and radioimmunoassay(RIA) method for the determination of serum beta 2 microglobulin(β2M) and its clinical application

의학과/석사[영문] [한글] Berggard와 Bearn이 1968년 세뇨관성 단백뇨 (tubular proteinuria) 환자의 소변에서 β2 Microglobulin (β2M)을 처음으로 추출한 이래 여러 연구자들에 의해 이 검사가 신장 질환과 염증, 혈액 및 면역질환의 진단 및 치료효과 판정에 유용함이 보고되었다. 우리나 라에서의 β2M 측정은 이제까지 Radioimmunoassay(RIA) 법으로만 가능하였으나 최근 Enzy meimmunoassay (EIA)법이 도입되어 훨씬 안전하고 용이하게 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 저자는 EIA법을 이용하여 수종의 질환에서 β2M을 측정하여 그 유용성을 검토하였다. 1982년 8월에서 1983년 4월사이에 연세의료원에 신장이식을 위해 입원한 환자 9예를 대 상으로 β2M치를 1회 측정하였고 이중 1예에서 이식후 혈청 β2M치를 creatinine (Cr)과 함께 50일간 매일 측정하였다. 또한 악성 임파종 6예, 급성 골수성 백혈병 10예, 급성 임 파성 백혈병 9예, 급성 비루스성 간염 10예에서 치료 시작전의 혈청을 1회 채취하여 β2M 치를 측정하고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 정상대조군 38예의 혈청 평균 β2M치는 1.827±0.546mg/L (mean±SD)였다. 여자가 남자보다 다소 높았고, 연령이 증가함에 따라 증가되었으나 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다(P >0.05). 2. 말기 신부전증 환자군에서 정상대조군보다 혈청 β2M치가 의의있게 높았다 (P<0.001 ). 3. 악성 임파종 및 급성 임파성 백혈병 환자군에서는 정상대조군 보다 혈청 β2M치가 높았고(P<0.05), 급성 골수성 백혈병환자에서는 정상대조군 보다 낮았다(P<0.05). 4. 급성 비루스성 간염환자에서 혈청 β2M은 정상대조군 보다 높은 수치를 보였다(P<0. 001). 5. 신장이식 후 이식신장의 기능부전을 조기진단 하는데 혈청 β2M치가 Cr보다 더 예민 하게 증가하였다. 6. EIA와 RIA방법간의 상관관계는 r=0.945로 매우 좋았다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 종 합하여 볼때 혈청 β2M치의 측정은 신질환 및 임파계 증식 질환, 급성 비루스성 간염의 진단 및 치료 효과 판정에 유용하다고 하겠으며 그 측정법에 있어 EIA법은 그 예민도가 높아 임상적으로 RIA법 대신 이용할 수 있는 좋은 검사법이라 할 수 있겠다. Lee, M.D.) Since Berggard and Bearn(1968) first isolated and characterized β2M from the urine of patients with tubular proteinuria, a number of investigators found that this determination was to be useful in the diagnosis and following up the course of various disorders such as renal, inflammatory, hematologic, and immunologic diseases. RIA was exclusively used for its determination but recently, a sensitive EIA method became available, and β2M determination could be used in daily practice because of its technical ease. Therefore, this study was planned to evaluate the usefulness of β2M determination employing the EIA method in the diagnosis and following up the various disorders. β2M was determined in 96 serum samples obtained from 9 end stage renal disease(ESRD), 6 malignant lymphoma, 10 acute myeloblastic leukemia(AML), 9 acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL), and 10 acute viral hepatitis(AVH) patients. As a control group, 38 serum samples were obtained from normal subjects. The following results were obtained 1. The mean concentration of β2M in normal subjects was 1.827±0.546 mg/L. No difference was noted by sex and aging (p>0.05). 2. The β2M concentration of ESRD patients were much higher than those of normal subjects (p<0.001). 3. The β2M concentration of malignant lymphoma and ALL patients were elevated significantly more than normal subjects (p<0.05), while those of AML patients were lower than normal subjests (p<0.05). 4. The β2M concentration of AVH patients were much higher than those of normal subjects (p<0.001). 5. In the recipient of homograft kidney showing acute tubular necrosis with acute homograft rejection, the serum β2M is increased 2 days before the increase of serum creatinine. 6. The serum β2M value determined by EIA method showed a good linear correlation with RIA method (r=0.945). From these studies, it can be concluded that the serum β2M determination is a useful laboratory study in following up of end stage renal disease patients and in the diagnosis and following up of lymphoproliferative disorders and acute viral hepatitis. Evaluation of bleaching effect, enamel surface and cytotoxicity according to the variation of dental office bleaching methods

치의학과/박사본 연구의 목적은 전문가 치아미백제를 이용한 1일 3회 미백처치 방법(실험군 A)와 1일 1회 1주 간격 총 3회 미백처치방법(실험군 B) 에 따른 미백효과와 법랑질 표면상태를 비교하였고, 실험군 A와 실 험군 B, 1일 1회 미백처리 하는 방법(실험군 C), 미백을 전혀 하지 않은 군(대조군)으로 나눠 세포독성평가에 미치는 영향의 차이를 알아보고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. L* 값은 치아미백처치 후가 미백처치 전에 비해 두 실험군 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다(p0.05), 실험군 B는 통계적 으로 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 두 실험군 간의 a* 값은 실 험군 A가 -2.6, 실험군 B는 -2.1로 실험군 A가 실험군 B보다 통계적으로 유의하게 작았다(p<0.05). 3. b* 값은 치아미백처치 후가 미백처치 전에 비해 두 실험군 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 두 실험군 간의 b* 값 은 실험군 A가 -4.4, 실험군 B는 -5.0으로 실험군 A가 실험군 B보다 통계적으로 유의하게 컸다(p<0.05). 4. ΔE값은 실험군 A가 5.2, 실험군 B는 10.4로 실험군 A가 실험군 B 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 작았다(p<0.05). 5. 미세경도는 치아미백처치 후가 미백처치 전에 비해 두 실험군 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 두 실험군 간의 미세경도는 실험군 A가 253.8, 실험군 B는 215.2로 실험군 A가 실험군 B보다 통계적으로 유의하게 컸다(p<0.05). 6. 법랑질 표면상태는 치아미백처치 후가 미백처치 전에 비해 두 실험군 모두 법랑질 표면의 요철 양상이 증가하였다. 두 실험군 간의 법랑질 표면상태는 실험군 A가 실험군 B보다 법랑질 표면 의 요철 양상이 적게 나타났다.7. 세포독성평가는 치아미백처치 후가 미백처치 전에 비해 cell viability가 감소하였다. 각 실험군 간의 cell viability는 대조군은 100%, 실험군 C는84.31 %, 실험군 B는 69.32 %, 실험군 A는 48.47 % 로 나타나 실험군 A, B, C모두 대조군 보다 cell viability가 감소하였다. 또한, 실험군 A가 실험군 B 보다 cell viability가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로 전문가 치아미백방법에 따라 미백효과와 법랑질 표면상태 및 세포독성평가에 미치는 영향의 차이가 없다는 연구 가설은 기각되었다. 임상에서 전문가 치아미백을 시행할 때 치아 미백효과를 극대화할 수 있는 방법으로 실험군 B의 방법을 이용할 수 있으며, 미백효과는 작지만 하루에 미백처치를 다할 수 있고 법랑질표면의 손상을 적게 하는 방법으로 실험군 A의 방법을 적용 할 수 있으리라 사료된다.ope

국방인사정보체계 개인 인사기록을 중심으로

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 인문대학 협동과정 기록관리학전공, 2019. 2. 정긍식.획득이란 기록이 생산되는 바로 그 시점에서 전자기록시스템으로 기록을 확보하는 행위를 말한다. 생산시점에 기록을 확보하는 것은 기록관리의 가장 우선적인 단계이다. 이 때문에 데이터세트를 획득하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 하지만 행정정보데이터세트가 전자기록물의 한 형태로써 기록관리의 대상이 된 지 12년이 지났지만, 현재까지도 데이터세트를 생산시점에 행정정보시스템에서 곧바로 확보하지 못하여 사장되어 가고 있다. 또한, 정부는 각 기관에서 생산‧관리하고 있는 공공데이터를 범정부 데이터 플랫폼을 구축하여 이용자들에게 공개시에 대부분을 오픈포맷 형태로 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 업무관리시스템 및 기록관리시스템을 통합하려는 프로젝트를 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 행정정보데이터세트가 공공기관의 업무 처리과정에서 발생하는 결과물인 만큼, 정부가 지향하는 목표와 맞으면서 데이터세트를 기록으로써 획득할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데에 초점을 두었다. 먼저, 데이터세트의 개념을 파악하고, 기록과 데이터세트와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 데이터세트는 업무를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 만들어진 행정정보시스템을 통해서 생산되는 결과물이므로, 업무가 수행되는 과정과 행정정보시스템의 분석이 필요하다. 이를 위해 국방부에서 활용하고 있는 시스템 중 국방인사정보체계의 개인 인사기록을 중심으로 연구를 수행하였다. 국방인사정보체계는 군내외의 여러 시스템과 연계되어 활용되고, 여기에서 생산된 데이터세트는 복무 중인 개인이 전역(퇴직)할 때까지 지속적으로 변화하는 특성을 지닌 기록이다. 개인 인사기록 데이터세트가 생산되는 업무처리 과정을 파악하고, 개인 인사기록을 구성하는 데이터세트가 무엇인지 확인해 보았다. 시스템 상에서 존재하는 데이터세트가 기록으로써 인정되기 위해서는 진본성, 신뢰성, 무결성, 이용가능성이 유지되어야 한다. InterPARES 프로젝트와 ISO 15489에서 이 4가지 속성을 유지하기 위한 요건들을 도출하여 정리하였다. 도출된 요건들을 모두 표현할 수 있으면서, 오픈포맷 형태로 표현될 수 있는 더블린 코어(Dublin Core) 모델과 PROV 모델을 소개하여 이를 국방인사정보체계 데이터세트를 획득하는 방안으로 제시하였다. 기존의 기록관리 개념에서는 데이터세트라는 전혀 새로운 형태의 기록에 대한 관리를 적용하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이었다. 본 연구가 데이터세트 기록관리가 새로운 방향으로 나아가는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.Capture is the act of obtaining records with electronic records systems at the very moment when records are produced. Obtaining records at the time of production is the first priority of record management. For this reason, capturing datasets is very important. However, even though the datasets have been 12 years since the administrative information datasets were subject to records management as a form of electronic records, the datasets have not been secured directly from the administrative information system at the time of production, and are still being lost. In addition, the government aims to provide most of the public data produced and managed by each institution in an open format when it is released to users by building a 'pan-governmental data platform'. It is also working on a project to integrate the business management system and records management system. The current study was designed to present capturing methods that meet the goals that the government aims to achieve and allow the recognition of datasets as records since the administrative information data set is a result of the processing of public institutions. The concept of data sets was understood, and the relationship between records and data sets was examined. Analysis of administrative information systems and processes for performing tasks is required because datasets are produced through administrative information systems designed to handle tasks efficiently. To this end, the research was conducted focusing on personal personnel records of the personnel information system of the Ministry of National Defense(Below is marked as DPIS). DPIS is utilized in conjunction with various internal and external systems, and the datasets produced by the system are records of continuously changing characteristics until the individual in service retires. We identified the process of processing the personal personnel records data sets produced and found out which data sets comprised the personal personnel records. Authenticity, reliability, integrity, and availability must be maintained in order for data sets that exist on the system to be recognized as records. In this paper, the requirements for maintaining these four attributes in the InterPARES project and ISO 15489 are summarized. The model for Dublin Core and PROV, which can express all the requirements derived, is presented as a way to obtain the datasets of DPIS. In the concept of traditional records management, it was very difficult to apply the management of a whole new type of record, a dataset. Children's expericences with their mother's breaset cancer

간호학과/박사본 연구는 유방암 어머니를 둔 자녀들을 대상으로 아동의 입장에서 바라본 어머니의 질병에 대한 경험의 과정을 알아내고자 시도되었다. 연구 목적은 어머니의 질병을 함께 겪는 유방암 환자 자녀들의 경험의 과정을 탐색하여 개념들을 체계화, 이론화하는 것이다. 자료 수집은 2012년 6월부터 2013년 6월까지 약 1년여 간 진행되었으며, 면담 장소는 주로 참여자의 집과 연구자의 연구실을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 참여자들인 총 12명의 아동들은 만11세부터 만18세까지로 유방암 환자를 어머니로 둔 자녀들이었다. 자료 수집 방법은 연구 참여자 아동 개개인과 진행한 일대일 심층면담이었으며, 미리 작성된 면담가이드를 바탕으로 반구조화된 질문과 개방형 질문을 활용하였다. 디지털음성녹음기와 연구자의 스마트폰을 활용하여 녹음을 하였고, 현장노트를 작성하였다. 면담 소요시간은 30분에서 최대 2시간 정도였으며, 면담 횟수는 참여자별로 1회부터 최대 3회까지 다양하였다. 녹취된 자료의 분석은 자료를 수집하는 것과 동시에 진행되었다. Strauss & Corbin(1998)의 근거이론 연구방법에 따라 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 3단계 주요 분석 과정을 거쳤으며, 93개의 개념들과 52개의 하위범주들 및 13개의 상위범주들이 도출되었다. 추가 분석으로 주요 과정 상황에 대한 다이아그래밍을 시도하였으며, 주요 면담 내용에 대한 개념적 분석 메모를 작성하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.1. 유방암 환자 자녀의 어머니 질병에 대한 경험은 암 진단이라는 ‘안 좋은 소식듣기’또는 ‘눈치로 알게 됨’으로 시작되었고, 이로 인해 아동은 일정 기간 ‘심리적 혼란’을 겪었다. 이 심리적 혼란이라는 현상에는 아동이 어머니의 질병인 ‘유방암의 심각성을 인식’하는 정도와 현재까지 살아오는 동안 형성된 ‘부모와의 관계’가 맥락적인 배경으로 관여하고 있었으며, 이러한 상황에서 아동은 투병중인 아픈 엄마를 직, 간접적으로 지켜보았다. 2. 어머니의 유방암 투병을 함께 하면서 자녀인 아동은 스스로의 ‘심리적 혼란’을 해결하기 위해 어머니의 ‘유방암 정보를 탐색’하고, 아동 자신을 집안일을 하는 ‘엄마 역할로 전환’해본다거나, 점차 아픈 ‘엄마에게 효도’하는 방법이 무엇인지 찾고자 노력하는 행동적 전략을 사용하였다. 또한 어머니가 아프다는 현재의 스트레스 ‘상황을 극복’하려고 애쓰거나, 아예 그 상황을 ‘회피’해보려는 대처도 하였다. 내적으로 다양한 감정들과 생각들로 혼란한 가운데, 아동은 스스로를 철이 들었다고 여기거나 어머니의 암 투병에 대하여 어느 정도 무덤덤해졌다고 결론지었다. 3. 현 상황에 머무르기보다는 내적으로 한층 더 성장해 나가는 ‘철듦(성숙형)’, 자신과는 별개로 진행되거나 신경 쓰고 싶어 하지 않는 ‘무덤덤해짐(회피형)’ 모두 아동이 스스로의 ‘자아’를 발견하거나 찾는 과정의 결과로 나타났다. 4. ‘혼란 속에서 나 찾기’로 도출된 핵심범주는 어머니의 ‘유방암 진단에 대하여 듣기’, ‘혼란한 시기 겪기’, 어머니의 ‘치료과정 지켜보기’, 어머니에게 ‘효도하기’, 아픈 어머니를 위해 ‘자아성찰, 성숙하기’라는 일련의 과정으로 나타났다. 5. 유방암 환자 자녀의 어머니의 질병에 대한 경험은 아동 개인, 가정 내 가족들, 그리고 아동과 그 가족이 속한 사회문화적 차원에서 이루어지는 인간들의 행동과 상호작용의 결과로서 학령기 중, 후반에서 청소년기로 점차 심리적 격동의 시기에 처한 아동의 발달적 특징에 맞물려 있었다. 어머니의 유방암 질병에 대한 자녀의 경험이란 아동이 심리적 ‘혼란 속에서 나 찾기’라는 개념화로 최종 탐색되었다. 본 연구를 통해 임상에서 유방암 어머니를 돌볼 때, 또한 그들의 자녀인 아동이 겪는 혼란의 과정을 이해하고 공감하며, 그 속에서 나타나는 다양한 행동들을 예측하고 중재하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.ope
