    ํ•™์œ„๋…ผ๋ฌธ (์„์‚ฌ)-- ์„œ์šธ๋Œ€ํ•™๊ต ๋Œ€ํ•™์› : ์น˜์˜ํ•™๊ณผ, 2012. 2. ์ด์ •์œค.This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and asymmetry of the mandibular height. We compared randomly selected 100 TMD patients diagnosed by the Research Diagnostic Criteria for TMD (RDC/TMD) Axis I and 100 non-TMD control subjects matched with TMD patients in age and gender. The mandibular heights were measured on the orthopantomogram and asymmetry index (AI) was calculated as described previously. The threshold of AI affecting the incidence of TMD and the risks of asymmetry in each RDC/TMD Axis I group were analyzed. Absolute AI value of 90th percentile, 4.37%, was turned out to be the least cut-off value to define asymmetry that made a significant difference of asymmetry incidence (P < 0.01) between the TMD and control group. The risk of TMD increases in asymmetry group by 4.57 of odds ratio. The incidence of asymmetry was not different between the TMD and control group in any age and gender. Dividing the TMD group according to the RDC/TMD Axis I diagnoses, neither was incidence of asymmetry related to incidence of muscle disorder nor disk displacement. However, higher incidence of asymmetry was observed in the subjects classified into the arthrosis/arthritis group (P < 0.01). In the literature review phase, I examined relevant prior studies using keywords such as "Data Literacy and Education," "Elementary Science Inquiry Learning," "Data-Driven Inquiry Learning," "AI-Integrated Science Inquiry Classes," and "Backward Course Design" to derive initial instructional models and strategies. In the internal validation phase, I received feedback from seven experts, including five in the first round and six in the second round, who evaluated the instructional model and strategies based on aspects such as validity, explanatory power, utility, universality, and comprehensibility, leading to necessary modifications. In the external validation phase, I applied the developed instructional model and strategies in elementary school settings. The experimental group received eight sessions of data literacy education and AI-integrated science inquiry classes, while the control group underwent eight sessions of conventional science inquiry classes with basic data education. Both groups participated in data literacy assessments, class satisfaction surveys, and provided reflections before and after the classes. Statistical analysis of the collected data confirmed the effective improvement of students' data literacy using the AI-integrated approach. The class satisfaction survey revealed increased scientific understanding, enhanced engagement in science inquiry activities, and higher levels of interest and participation in class. The final instructional model consists of various stages, including teacher preparation, guiding students in foundational data learning, data exploration and problem discovery, hypothesis formulation, data-driven inquiry design, data-driven inquiry, hypothesis testing (including data processing, analysis, hypothesis evaluation, and justification), application, and exploration of new problems, evaluation, and reflection. In the discussion section, I addressed the distinguishing characteristics of data-driven AI-integrated science inquiry classes compared to traditional classes and discussed their limitations. I explored themes related to elevating the quality of school classes, problem-centered inquiry-based learning, expert collaboration for context-based course design, and teacher role transformation and digital literacy. The study's limitations include the possibility of differing student proficiency levels among the fifth-grade students of Seoul W Elementary School, the application of the research classes to only one fifth-grade class in Seoul W Elementary School, and the relatively short duration of eight sessions for AI-integrated science inquiry classes. Based on the study's results, I proposed several points to foster the establishment of AI-integrated science inquiry classes, focusing on spatial learning environment arrangement, AI-integrated science inquiry content learning environment, digital learning tool infrastructure, and teacher capacity development. As suggestions for future research, I recommend conducting systematic research on developing data and AI science inquiry learning programs for elementary students. Additionally, there is a need to develop user-friendly web-based data inquiry tools and AI inquiry result visualization tools to support elementary-level learners. Moreover, research on scaffolding approaches, such as data scaffolding, tool scaffolding, and procedural scaffolding for elementary-level learners in science inquiry, is crucial. In this study, I utilized design and development research methods to develop an instructional model and strategy for data-driven AI-integrated science inquiry classes in an elementary school context. Through external validation, I confirmed that these classes effectively enhance students' data literacy. Analysed data were collected through a selfadministered questionnaire survey conducted in April 1990 given to elementary and middle school children and their primary caretakers. The subjects were composed of 366 pairs of child-caretakers. Data were analysed through the method of path analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Children of the 6th grade of elementary school numbered 184, the 1st grade of middle school 81, and the 2nd grade of middle school 101. Primary caretakers were mothers(75.5%), fathers (10.7%), and others (13.8%); the average age of primary caretakers was 40.5 years old. 2. Children's and primary caretakers' cognition of disease vulnerability was 'less vulnerable' in 53.8% and 'more vulnerable' in 16.1%; 75% of respondents perceived their health as good; ;and the level about anxiety health was 'often anxious' in 32.5%, 'sometimes anxious' in 39.1%, and 'seldom anxious' in 28.4%. 3. The levels of children's health behavior and primary caretakers' everyday health education were measurable in the range of 24-120; children's health behavior was 83.9ยฑ11.1(meanยฑSD), and caretakers' health education was 93.2ยฑ11.5. 4. According to path analysis, the total effects on children's health behavior were 0382 in children's internal health locus of control, 0.363 in children's health concern, 0.271 in primary caretakers' health education, etc. 5. Direct causal effects on children's health behavior were 0.363 in children's health concern, 0.305 in children's internal locus of control, and 0.163 in primary caretakers' health education. 6. Children's age, primary caretakers' socio-economic status, level of anxiety about health, and perceived health status affected the children's health behaviors via primary caretakers' health education, children's internal health locus of control and children's health concerns. In conclusion, the hypotheses which were proposed in this study were all accepted. Therefore, children who were better health-educated by their primary caretaker, who were more concerned with their health, and who had a higher internal health locus of control practiced more health behavior. Thus, the most significant factors affecting children's health behavior were the children's internal health locus of control, children's health concern, and primary caretakers' health education. In this study, a variety of urban regeneration policies were analyzed using the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) suggested by Sabatier & Jenkins-Smith (1993). According to the ACF model, stable internal variables and dynamic extermal variables were observed. With regard to the subordinate systems of urban regeneration, people were divided into two groups, supporters and opposers. The advocacy coalitions established strategies in an attempt to maximize the resources they possess in order to sway other parties. These are necessary tools for executing their normative and policy cores of their belief systems, and transforming them into favorabIe policies and programs. It is known that such alliances can achieve their policy beliefs by reinforcing their internal cohesive power. Lastly, policy intermdiaries take ambiguous stances towards urban regeneration policies in Incheon. Therefore, the urban development policies issued as campaign pledges have an influence on society that affects the external variables through feedback mechanisms.
