(A) study of the analysis and forecasting of nursing manpower needs in Korea : Using methods based on the biological basis of demand for medical care

사회교육행정학과/석사[한글] [영문] Nursing education in korea has made rapid progress recently. there is a great deal of support with approval and encouragement of this progress. However, much disapproval of its validity has asserted some restraints on it. The aims of nursing education should be based on the principle that education is planned according to the need much research has been made with such a viewpoint but much still remains unclear. The present study is aimed at establishing the needs for nursing manpower based on the biological demand for medical care. The needs for nursing manpower has been emphasize by many researchers and authorities on nursing education, and the prevailing medical trends also demand it. In this study. through the study of various books and records concerned, and the compiling of data analysis and questionnaires, I came to following figures for the proposed needs of nursing manpower: +-------------------+--------------+-------------+-------------+------------+Year+-------------------+--------------+-------------+-------------+------------+ These figures are greater than those calculated by another method by the government research program but it shows approximately the same final figure as that of government report for the end of the target year. With these findings, I concluded that: 1) As the final purpose of the government medical project is to fulfill the needs of the national health (that is, to support the national needs for medical care), the plan of this project should follow the theory of biological demand for medical care, recognizing that the numbers will increase gradually. 2) Qualitative growth, based on the advanced and specialized nursing profession, should be promoted to meet the rapid growth of the medical needs of the nation in addition to promoting of investments for the facilities, and of the preparatory investments for education needs. 3) For efficient and economic utilization of nursing manpower, the improvement of wages, and the offering of free education is necessary. 4) Amentments to the low promising innovation and advancement of medical treatment; preparation of a national fund for medical care; and, changing of national attitudes to bring about greater concern are desirable.82.40772.92365.05558.069Proposed figure+-------------------+--------------+-------------+-------------+------------+1986198119761971restrictio

방언 접촉 현상과 관련하여

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 국어국문학과, 2012. 2. 정승철.이 논문은 강원도 인제 지역어를 대상으로 음운 현상들을 관찰하고, 음운 현상에 일어난 변화를 방언 접촉의 측면에서 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 서로 영향을 주고받는 지역어들은 언어적 특징을 공유함에 따라 음운 현상들을 변화시킬 수 있다는 사실에 주목하여 인제 지역어에서 일어난 언어적 특징의 변화를 설명하고자 하는 것이다. 기존의 지역어 연구는 특정 지역어의 언어적 특징을 독립적으로 기술하거나, 주변 지역어들과의 공시적인 비교 및 대조 작업에 주력하였다. 그러나 지역어들의 상호 작용에 따른 변화 양상을 살펴본 논의가 부족한 실정이기 때문에, 여기에서는 이에 초점을 맞추어 논의를 진행하였다. 본고는 모두 5장으로 구성되어 있는데, 먼저 1장에서는 연구 목적과 대상, 논문의 구성에 대해 기술하고 기존 논의를 검토하였다. 2장은 방언 접촉 현상을 대략적으로 살펴보았다. 방언 접촉에 대한 개념들을 살펴보고 접촉이 일어나는 원인과 진행 과정을 알아보고, 접촉으로 인해 나타날 수 있는 유형으로 보존, 병존, 편입, 융합을 설정하였다. 방언 접촉에 대한 논의를 진행하기 위하여, 3장에서는 현재 인제 지역어의 음소 체계를 살펴보고 존재하는 음운 현상들 중 지역어간의 방언차가 존재할 수 있는 현상들을 선택하여 검토하였다. 편의상 자음과 관련된 음운 현상과 모음과 관련된 음운 현상으로 나누어, 전자로는 격음화, 자음군 단순화, 재구조화를 검토하였고 후자로는 모음조화, 활음화, 전설모음화에 대해 검토하였다. 4장에서는 앞에서 검토한 인제 지역어의 음운 현상들을 기반으로 방언 접촉의 영향에 따른 변화를 유형별로 구분하였다. 우선 보존으로는 어간 씻-의 재구조화, 높-류와 따르-류의 모음조화를 제시하였다. 다음으로 병존의 유형으로는 낮-류의 모음조화, 격음화와 ㅎ탈락의 적용 양상, 체언 닭과 몫의 실현 양상을 예로 들었고, 편입에는 맺-류와 싸우-류의 모음조화, 자음군 ㄼ과 ㄺ의 자음군 단순화, y활음화와 활음 첨가의 적용 양상, 전설모음화 적용 양상에 대해 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 어간 융합에서는 눕-의 재구조화를 예로 들어 설명하였다. 5장은 결론 부분으로 지금까지의 논의를 종합하였다. 그 결과 인제 지역어는 경기도를 비롯한 서부 지역의 영향을 받은 음운 현상의 변화와 충청도를 비롯한 남부 지역의 영향을 받은 음운 현상의 변화를 모두 가지고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 논의의 한계 및 남은 문제를 제시하였다.Maste
