La Reparación y Reconciliación en la Ley de Memoria Histórica(2007) y la Liquidación del Pasado de España

Es un hecho innegable que la Ley de la Memoria Histórica del 2007 es un gran avance en el esfuerzo para resolver la cuestión del doloroso pasado de España. En esta ley, ha sido declarado abiertamente la ilegitimidad (pero, no ilegalidad) del gobierno autoritario de Franco, como también ha sido reconocido evidentemente el sufrimiento injusto de las víctimas de la Guerra Civil y el régimen dictatorial, y han aparecido unas importantes medidas para mejorar la situación económica de las víctimas; y hubo también unas medidas para recuperar el honor moral de sus sufrimientos. Sin embargo, esta ley tampoco podría ser una resolución satisfactoria de la cuestión del pasado, porque en primer lugar, el propósito de la ley está buscando solamente el reconocimiento moral y la reparación económica sin la voluntad clara de la clarificación de la verdad de los hechos ocurridos. Pero no es posible resolver esta cuestión sin clarificar la verdad. Además, esta ley tiene varios defectos en relación con la reparación económica, la recuperación del honor de las víctimas y el derrumbamiento de los monumentos del franquismo. En resumen, si bien esta ley podría ser un mejora importante en unos aspectos de la cuestión del pasado de España prorrogado por mucho tiempo, nunca podría ser un punto final de esta cuestión. Prosperidad y Caída del Imperio Español en el Siglo ⅩⅤⅡ

16세기 초에 스페인은 갑자기 "지상에서 가장 강대한 국가"가 되었다. 16세기부터 17세기 전반까지 약 150년 동안 "스페인은 유럽의 지배자로 군립했고 광대한 해외 영토를 식민지로 만들었으며 인류 역사상 가장 거대하고 가장 넓게 퍼져 있는 제국을 경영할 수 있는 정치 체제를 고안해냈다." 또한 스페인은 "매우 색다른 문명을 창출하여 유럽의 문화적 전통에 독특한 공헌을 했다". 그러나 17세기 들어 스페인은 그 추진력과 역동성을 획득할 때만큼이나 급속하게 그것들을 상실해갔고 17세기 후반이면 다시 유럽의 주변부로 밀려난 것으로 얘기되고 있다. 도대체 무엇이 한 사회를 이처럼 갑자기 역동적으로 만들고 또 갑작스럽게 몰락하게 하였는가? 16세기 스페인의 성취는 하나의 환상이었는가? 스페인에서 16세기는 진정 영광의 시대였고 17세기는 몰락의 시대였는가?..

Clinical analysis of postpartum hemorrhage

의학과/석사[한글] 산후출혈은 직접적임 모성사망의 4분의 1을 차지하는 산과적 출혈중 가장 흔한 원인으 로서, 태아 분만후 첫 24시간이내 500ml이상의 출혈로 정의되는 즉시산후출혈과 24시간 이후에서 산후 6주까지 일어나는 만기산후출혈로 구분된다. 최근에 산전관리 개선과 병원 분만의 증가로 모성사망율은 현저하게 감소된 반면, 출혈에 의한 사망은 대부분의 보고에 서 뚜렷한 감소를 보이지 않고 있다(Pritchard와 Macdonald, 1980). 또한 한국을 포함한 개발도상국가에서 산과적 출혈의 80%는 예방이 가능한 것으로 여겨 지고 있다(이 등, 1979; 유 등, 1977). 따라서 이에 대한 임상적 연구는 산후출혈에 관계된 원인 및 원인을 분석하여 예방 및 치료에 도움이 될 것으로 생각되어, 저자는 1972년 1월 1일부터 1981년 12월 31일까지 만 10년간 연세대학교 부속세브란스병원에 입원하여, 1,000gm 이상의 태아를 분만한 20,811 예의 산모중 산후출혈이 있었던 468예를 대상으로 조사 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻 었다. 1. 산후출혈의 빈도는 2.2%였다. 2. 직접사인에 의한 모성 사망률은 생아 10,000명당 13.2였으며, 출혈로 인한 모성사망 율은 생아 10,000명당 2.0이었다. 3. 산후출혈의 원인은 이완성자궁출혈이 71.2%, 태반편잔유성 출혈이 11.5%, 산도열상 이 10.9%, 그리고 혈액응고 장애로 인한 출혈이 1.7%였다. 4. 산후출혈의 소인중 다태임신, 임신중 고혈압성 질환, oxytocin사용 그리고 4,000gm 이상의 신생아 체중등에서만 의의있게 산후출혈의 빈도가 높았다. 5. 자궁수축제, 수혈등을 포함한 대중요법에 의한 치료가 85.5%, 수술적 치료가 14.5% 였으며, 평균 수혈량은 이완성자궁출혈에서 2.2unit, 산도열상에서 3.2unit, 그리고 태반 편잔유성 출혈에서 5.2unit였다. 6. 산후출혈에 의한 자궁적출술은 30예로 자궁적출술의 빈도는 694분만당 1예이며 대부 분이 3시간 이내에 실시되었다. [영문] Leading cause of the maternal mortality is obstetric hemorrhage. The postpartum hemorrhage is know as the most common cause of serious obstetric hemorrhage and one-fourth of the maternal death from obstetric hemorrhage is related to postpartum hemorrhage. Postpartum hemorrhage is subdivided into two catagories; immediate and delayed. Immediate postpartum hemorrhage is defined as blood loss more than 500ml during the first 24 hours after birth of infant, and late postpartum hemorrhage as that occuring beyond 24 hours and extending up to 6 weeks postpartum. In recent years, even though the maternal mortality rate has been reduced dramatically by improvement of medicine, obstetric care and hospitalization for delivery, death from hemorrhage remains prodominent in the most reports, and about 80% of obstetric hemorrhage, which was major cause of maternal death n the developing country was reported to have been prevented. This retrospective study was carried out for the further prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. It was based on the clinical records of 468 patients encountered at the Dept. of OB and Gyn. Yonsei University college of Medicine from Jan. 1, 1972 to Dec. 31, 1981. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Over all incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 2.2%. 2. Maternal mortality rate as direct caused of death was 13.2 per 10,000 live birth, and 2.0 per 10,000 live bith from obstetric hemorrhage. 3. The main cause of postpartum hemorrhage was uterine atony (71.2%), retained placental tissue (11.5%), laceration of genital tract (10.9%), and coagulation defect (1.7%). 4. The significant predisposing factors related to postpartum hemorrhage are weight of body (≥4000gm), use of pitocin, hypertension during pregnancy and multiple pregnancy(p 0.05). 5. 400 cases (85.5%) were treated by conservative treatment with or without blood transfusion, and opeation was performed on 68 cases (14.5%). The average amount of blood transfusion was 2.2 units in uterine atony, 3.2 units in genital tract laceration, and 5.2 units in retained placental tissue 6. 30 postpartum hysterectomies out of a total 20,811 deliveries make an incidence of 1 per 694 total birth, and three-quarter of which was performed within 3 hours after delivery.restrictio

보건학과/석사[영문] [한글] The Genetic Effect of A Synthetic Ovarian Steroid in Drosophila melanogaster Won Chung Kim, B.S. Department of Public Health, Graduate School, Yonsei University (Directed by Assistant Professor Jong Sik Yoon, Ph.D.) For the purpose of evaluating the genetic effect of a synthetic ovearian steroid in Drosophila melanogaster, Lyndiol 2.5 was used as a chemical mutagen. One to three day old larvae of the sc**8·Y·B**s /y**2 W**i ct**6 f**1 flies were fed on the medium containing 0.5ml of Lyndiol (50% in Drosophila Ringer's) solution for treatment. Germ cells of male flies treated on the medium throughout larval, pupal and imaginal stages of development were tested for mutations through two generations. When males treated were crossed individually to multipurpose virgin (y sc**61 In49sc**8 : dp Bw: st p**p), increased losses of the Y chromosome, nondisjunctions and other visible mutations were found. Among the 12 visible mutants, 6 mosaics in wing and eye were observed, suggesting that somatic mutations occurred concomitantly with the germinal havoc detected. An increased rate of sex-linked recessive lethal mutation (0.49%) was found, when the visibly unaffected F^^1 inseminated females were tested by the Muller-t method. This would be estimated some 2.5% recessive lethal mutations in the whole set of chromosomes of treated males. No translocation was found by crossing the visibly unaffected males to multipurpose virgin females individually. From the data accounted, it is possible to conclude that there have to be mutagenic effect by the synthetic ovarian steroid in D.melanogaster.restrictio
