abstractThis paper analyzes and compares the ethical educational system of Korean and Foreign companies. The objective of education in ethics is firstly for employers to acknowledge the importance of ethical management and embedded ethical spirit, and is secondly to take a firm root as part of corporate culture. Education methods need to adopt a blended learning system combining both cyber and classroom education. The contents of education should include ethical rule, business philosophy, the history of ethical management, and the decision making rule in relation to the business. All employees should become participants and instructors will typically be the person in charge of ethical management within the firm. It is particularly important for Korean firms that are increasingly going abroad to do business to consider how they can transfer ethical management philosophy to the locals and what contents they should include in their ethical education

from an interconnection recently limits the overall chip speed. Therefore, low
resistivity copper was introduced instead of aluminum and new method that is
damascene process accordingly was also introduced. In this paper, the effect of PEG
and HCl at the copper electrodeposition and the oxidation preventive method were
investigated.
The addition of PEG and chloride ion strongly inhibits the deposition of copper.
Especially, when the molarity of PEG is same with chloride ion, the suppression effect
was maximized (40 % reduction of deposition thickness). PEG and HCl inhibit the
copper deposition by the adsorption of a suppressing species. Raman spectra of PEG
with CuSO4 showed changes of oxygen related band as compared with pure PEG. This
is the evidence of complex formation by PEG and CuSO4. The increased resistivity of
the deposited copper in the presence of PEG and chloride ion recovered to about 1. 7
ฮผฮฉ ใ through annealing at 400โ for 30 min in N2 atmosphere.
Displacement deposited Ag layer at the expense of very thin Cu was investigated as
an oxidation barrier in damascene Cu structure. A 40 nm thick bright and continuous
Ag film was formed at the surface of electrodeposited Cu by simply immersing the
copper film into the silver displacement solution. Oxidation resistance of four different
kinds of samples (electrodeposited copper, annealed electrodeposited copper, silver
passivated electrodeposited copper, and annealed silver passivated electrodeposited
copper) were compared. Ag film at Cu surface drastically blocked the oxygen diffusion into the Cu film and retarded the oxidation. More importantly, upon annealing at 400โ
N2 atmosphere, further ability of oxygen diffusion barrier via elimination and stuffing
of grain boundaries of Cu was observed.Maste

Influence of Sodium-induced Calcium Release from. Cardiac Mitochondria on the Actomyosin ATPase Activity
The calcium sensitive ATPase activity of actomyยท
osin extracted from dog heart was measured in a
reaction condition, under which the release of calcium
from cardiac mitochondria could be induced by sodium.
In spite of sodium insensitivity, the ATPase
activity of actomyosin, when incubated with mitochยท
ondria, increased with the addition of 2~10mM sodium.
Such an increase in the activity of actomyosin
ATPasc was interpreted as the result of calcium
release from the mitochondria by sodium. And it was
also considered from the result that the sodium indo
uced calcium release from mitochondria might be
related with the positive inotropic effect of digitalis
cardiac glycoside, which could produce the elevation
of intracellular sodium secondary to the inhibition of
the mcml rane sodium-pump
