A Study on the Optimization of Bushing Stiffness in Suspension System using Surrogate Model
학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 우주탐사공학학제전공, 2017.2,[vi, 78 p. :]부싱은 차량의 각 부품들을 연결하며, 노면으로부터 탑승자에게 전달되는 진동 및 충격을 차단하는 역할을 하는 부품이다. 특히 현가장치에 장착되는 부싱의 방향 별 강성을 적절하게 설계함으로써 차량의 승차감 및 주행성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차량 주행 성능을 향상시키 위한 부싱 강성 곡선 설계 방법론에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 첫 번째 단계로써 실험계획법과 다물체 동역학 해석을 바탕으로 주요 부싱 강성 탐색 과정을 수행하였다. 전륜 및 후륜 현가장치의 30 개의 부싱을 고려하였고, 각각의 병진 3 방향의 강성을 인자로 선정하였다. 직교배열표를 통한 실험 계획을 수립하였고, 각 실험은 ADAMS/Car 프로그램을 이용한 차량 동역학 해석으로 수행하였다. 해석 결과를 바탕으로 분산분석을 수행하였으며, 주행 성능 지표에 대한 주요 인자를 파악하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 대리모델 기반의 최적화 과정을 통해 주요 부싱의 강성 곡선을 설계하였다. 강성 곡선의 변곡점 좌표를 설계변수로 선정하였고, 목적함수는 참고문헌을 참조하여 조향 성능 지표와 승차감 성능 지표를 선정하였다. 라틴 방격법을 이용하여 실험점을 생성하였고, 블라인드 크리깅 모델을 사용하여 대리모델을 생성하였다. 전역 최적화 방법인 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 대리모델 상에서의 최적해를 탐색하였으며, 조향 성능과 승차감을 향상시키는 강성 곡선의 조합을 제시하였다.한국과학기술원 :우주탐사공학학제전공
칼시토닌이 사람 치주인대유래 치아줄기세포에 미치는 효과
학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 치의학대학원 치의과학과, 2017. 8. 정필훈.Purpose : Calcitonin is a natural hormone controlling calcium metabolism by decreasing blood calcium ion level and storing calcium deposit in bone. Dental stem cells have been studied in regenerative medicine because of its multi-lineage differentiation potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of calcitonin on human periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs).
Materials and Methods : After primary culture of hPDLSCs from extracted third molar, FACS, Alizarin red S staining, Alcian blue staining, and Oil red O staining were done to confirm stem cell origin and multilineage differentiation potential. Effects of calcitonin on proliferation, migration, and differentiation of hPDLSCs were evaluated with CCK-8 assay, wound healing assay, ALP
staining, Alizarin red S staining, and real-time PCR analysis.
Results : Cultured human PDLSCs were confirmed of its
mesenchymal stem cell-like properties with osteogenic,
chondrogenic, and adipogenic differentiation potential. No significant cytotoxicity was observed after 24 and 48 hours, and cell proliferation increased mostly with 1 nM calcitonin at 48 hours. Under the same concentration, cell migration and expression of osteogenic differentiation markers increased the most.
Conclusion : From this study, treatment with 1 nM
calcitonin promotes osteogenic differentiation, cell proliferation and migration of hPDLSCs. These results support the idea that calcitonin could be used not only in treatment of osteoporosis and hypercalcemia but also in the field of regenerative medicine.I. 동시진공증발법을 이용한 Cu2ZnSnSe4 박막제조공정 최적화 및 kesterite 박막 태양전지 제작
학위논문(박사) - 한국과학기술원 : 생명화학공학과, 2014.2, [ x, 141 p. ]Indium-free kesterite-related materials such as Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe), Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) and Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) have attracted significant research interest due to their similar properties to Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS). In these materials, indium is replaced with earth-abundant zinc and tin metals. Con-trolled substitution of S with Se allows band gap tuning from approximately 1.5 to 1.0 eV, practically cover-ing the optimal range for photovoltaic absorber similarly to indium-based chalcopyrites. Almost successful kesterite solar cell devices are made by two-step processes, which employ a low-temperature deposition step and a high temperature post-annealing step at atmosphere. Because of the challenges of controlling volatile species, especially under high vacuum deposition condition, the kesterite films have been deposited at low temperature and annealed at atmospheric pressure to suppress the loss of Sn-related phases. Although the vacuum deposition processes for kesterite absorber materials have the drawback related with re-evaporation of volatile elements, high temperature co-evaporation with single-step is still attractive for high efficient solar cells, as it affords the real-time manipulation of elemental deposition rates and their simultaneous reaction to form the final copper zinc tin chalcogenide phase during film formation. In this thesis, CZTSe films have been deposited using single-step four-source thermal co-evaporation and we have concentrated on growth and properties of CZTSe absorber layers prepared by co-evaporation of the constituent elements. Firstly, various deposition strategies were investigated to fabricate high efficient CZTSe solar cells, and then studied on the effect of Cu composition on the CZTSe thin films. Impact of Public Transfer Income on Labor and Private Transfer Income: An Analysis of Long-term Recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security System
이 글은 기초생활보장수급을 탈피하지 못하고 있는 절대빈곤층의 공적이전소득이 근로소득 및 사적이전소득에 미치는 영향관계를 연립방정식모형으로 살펴보았다. 그 연구결과를 보면 공적이전소득의 증가가 근로소득 및 사적이전소득을 구축하는 유의미한 통계적 영향관계가 발견되지 않고 있다. 이러한 결과의 원인들로는 수급을 탈피하지 못하는 계층의 고연령 및 근로 무능력이라는 문제점과, 사적이전소득의 작은 비중과 낮은 변화가능성 등으로 파악된다. 본 연구자료에 의한 결과를 근거로 보았을 때, 이와 같은 결론은 모두 전통적인 노동경제학의 이론으로 설명하기 힘든 부분들로서 절대빈곤층의 수급탈피를 위해서는 근로소득과 사적이전소득 유인보다는 공적이전소득의 증가가 보다 필요한 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of public transfer income to long-term recipients of the national basic livelihood security system on work and private transfer income using simultaneous equation models. This study did not find, however, that public transfers statistically impact income from labor and private transfers, which was generally accepted in previous studies. One reason is that a lot of long-term recipients are elderly people lacking labor ability. Another is that private transfer supports recipients receive from family members are very low, which is not likely to change. These results are difficult to explain with classical economics. Thus, on the basis of the results of this study, more increases in public transfers are needed than more labor income or private transfers in order to help long-term recipients exit poverty
Non-invasive temperature analysis of micro polymerase chain reaction chip by using liquid crystals and a micro-Raman spectroscopy
Liquid crystal (LC) thermometry and micro-Raman spectroscopy system were introduced for non-invasive temperature analysis of micro polymerase chain reaction (PCR) chip. The silicon-based micro PCR chip was fabricated by microelectromechanical system (MEMS) technology, and it consisted of a microchannel and a platinum thin film heater and sensor. The temperature of the chip was controlled by in situ temperature control system with the nonlinear feedback proportional-integral control scheme. As the results of the LC thermometry, the average microchannel temperature near annealing temperature (55 oC) was similar to the set temperature measured by the Pt film heater and it was lowered by nearly 1 oC than the control temperature near extension temperature (72 oC). The temperature deviation measured by the LC thermometry were less than 1.5 oC ± 0.5 oC and 3 oC ± 0.3 oC at the annealing and the extension temperature, respectively. The temperature deviation measured by the Raman thermometry varied from -1.0 oC to +0.1 oC at the annealing temperature
Classification of Archaebacteria and Bacteria using a Gene Content Tree Approach
유전자보유 유무에 따른 계통수와 16S rRNA에 의한 계통수를 염기서열 분석이 완료된 33종의 미생물에 대하여neighbor joining method와 bootstrap method(n=1,000)를 이용하여 상관관계를 분석하였다. 각 분류그룹에서 공통적으로 보존된 COG와 각 미생물이 보유하고 있는 ortholog 수에 대한 비율을 조사한 결과, Mezorhiaobium lot의 4.60% Mycoplasma genitalium의 56.57% 사이에 분포하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 미생물 종류에 따라서 공통 유전자의 보유정도가 차이를 보이는 것으로 독특한 유전자를 탐색할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하는 결과로 사료되었다. 그리고 같은 종 내에 서도 20% 이상의 ortholog가 서로 독립적인 것을 알 수 있었다. Archaeabacteria와 Proteobacteria 그리고 Firmicutes모두 유전자보유 계통수와 16S rRNA 계통수가 일치하는 부분과 일치하지 않는 부분으로 나뉘어진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 165 rDNA처림 보존적이지 않은 유전자까지 고려한 결과이거나 horizontal gene transfer에 의한 영향 등으로 사료되었다. COC에 기초한 유전자보유 계통수는 생화학 적 실험과 염기서열에 기초한 분류의 중간자적 입장에서 유용유전자 탐색에 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
A Gene content phylogenetic tree and a 16s rRNA based phylogenetic tree were compared for 33 whole-genome sequenced procaryotes, neighbor joining and bootstrap methods (n=1,000). Ratio of conserved COG (clusters of orthologous groups of proteins) to orthologs revealed that they were within the range of 4.60% (Mezorhizobium loti) or 56.57% (Mycopiasma genitalium). This meant that the ratio was diverse among analyzed procaryotes and indicated the possibility of searching for useful genes. Over 20% of orthologs were independent among the same species. The gene content tree and the 16s rDNA tree showed coincidence and discordance in Archaeabacteria, Proteobacteria and Firmicutes. This might have resulted from non-conservative genes in the gene content phylogenetic tree and horizontal gene transfer. The COG based gene content tree could be regarded as a midway phylogeny based on biochemical tests and nucleotide sequences.22Nkc
