Comparative study of design methods for sliding of perforated wall caisson breakwater
학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 건설환경공학부, 2014. 2. 서경덕.케이슨 방파제를 설계함에 있어서 방파제의 주요 파괴 모드인 활동에 대하여 안전율을 이용하는 결정론적 설계법이 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 구조물에 작용하는 하중과 구조물의 저항력 등에 대한 불확실성을 안전율이라는 간단하지만 경험적인 상수를 대신하기 때문에 활동량에 대한 정량적, 상대적인 평가가 어려워 구조물을 과대 혹은 과소 설계할 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 설계변수의 불확실성을 확률적 개념으로 고려하여 케이슨의 활동량을 계산하는 성능 설계법이 제안되고 있다. 무공케이슨 방파제의 성능 설계법은 과거 여러 연구자들에 의해 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 현재 그 틀이 거의 잡혀져 있다 해도 과언이 아니다. 반면, 유공케이슨 방파제의 경우 전면의 유공벽 구조에 의한 파력 감쇄에 따라 구조물의 안정성이 증대되는 효과가 있음에도 불구하고 이와 관련된 연구는 국내∙외적으로 아직 많이 이루어지지 않았다.
본 연구에서는 기존의 무공케이슨 방파제의 성능 설계법 이론을 유공케이슨 방파제에 확장, 적용하여 이론의 적용 가능성 여부를 판단한다. 또한 결정론적 설계법의 결과와 비교 분석하여 합리적인 설계법을 결정 한다. 이는 유공케이슨 방파제의 성능 설계법에 대한 기준을 제시하기 위해 수행되는 기초 연구이다. 따라서 향후 유공케이슨 방파제의 성능 설계에 매우 중요한 지표가 될 것으로 예상된다.In the design of a caisson breakwater against sliding, the deterministic design method has been used with consideration of certain margin of safety factor. However, it is difficult to quantitatively and comparatively evaluate the sliding distance using the safety factor because of the uncertainty of the design variables. It may cause the over- or under-design of the structure. Therefore, it is required to develop probabilistic design methods (e.g., performance-based design method) to consider the uncertainties of the design variables by computing the sliding distance of the caisson. The performance-based design method of a solid-wall caisson breakwater has been investigated by many researchers and its framework is almost completed. On the other hand, researches on a perforated-wall caisson breakwater have been scarcely made despite the fact that it has greater structural safety due to decreased impulsive wave force at the perforated-wall.
In this study, the conventional performance-based design method of the solid-wall caisson breakwater has been expanded and applied to the perforated-wall caisson breakwater in order to examine the feasibility of its application. In addition, a comparative analysis is made between the deterministic design method and performance-based design method. It will serve as a basic research to standardize the criteria of the performance-based design method of a perforated-wall caisson breakwater. A procedure for the computer-guided implant planning: A narrative review
Prosthetic-driven implant placement is a concept considering the dental implant restoration first based on the final form of that prosthesis to be restored. The latest development of the imaging technology and digital dentistry was able to be obtained the high quality images of CBCT with low radiation exposure and it has also enabled the process to reconstruct the intraoral state in three dimensions due to the development of the intraoral, model and impression scanner. Computer-guided implant placement simulations and template production was able to be more widely used in this context. In this narrative review, the features and the types of implant surgical guides will be introduced. It will also be described the diagnosis and treatment plan using computerguided implant software to reduce the number of visit and to increase the accuracy of the implant surgery through the top-down approach based on the shape and location of the final prosthesis.ope
Fabrication of immediate complete denture using Campagna tray technique
An immediate complete denture is considered as restoration for lost natural teeth, which is fabricated following the extraction of the remaining teeth. Current esthetics and function
can be retained by using immediate denture without edentulous period. However, the major disadvantages of immediate denture relate to the difficulties associated with
taking accurate definitive impression and predicting the results of immediate denture. In this case report, the Campagna tray technique was used to take the final impression in
a 49-year-old male patient presented with all remaining teeth diagnosed as hopeless teeth. Surgical templates were used for alveoloplasty after extraction. The immediate complete
dentures were then delivered. The clinical assessments of immediate dentures showed good esthetic and functional outcomes. The patient showed high level of satisfaction.ope
Molecular characterization of whole genome duplication in Panax ginseng

Even though medicinal effect of ginseng is well-studied, the genomic information of ginseng is very limitedly available. Genome of P. ginseng has been considered to be experienced two rounds of whole genome duplication (WGD) based on expressed sequence tag (EST) sequences. However, there was no sign of the WGD at the genomic sequence level, except that multiple band patterns have been consistently observed during PCR amplification even though we used unique gene sequences in P. ginseng. Here, I tried to define the genome duplication at the sequence level. First, I analyzed the sequences of multiple bands derived from unique EST-SSR markers and at second, I deeply investigated four paralogous gene-rich genome blocks using whole genome draft sequence of P. ginseng. Re-amplification and sequencing of the individual bands for EST-SSR markers revealed that two bands around the expected size were genuine amplicons derived from two paralogous loci. Sequences derived from the two loci showed high similarity including the same primer-binding site, but each locus could be distinguished by the based on SSR copy number variations and additional SNPs or InDels. The comparison of the paralogous blocks in the draft sequence revealed that sequences are highly conserved between two recent duplicated paralagous scaffolds although there was some InDels derived from transposable elements. However, paleo duplicated paraloguous blocks showed little conservation only in genic regions. The paralogous gene pairs were identified and molecular clocks were calculated in four genome blocks. I estimated that first WGD happened at around 25.8 million years ago (MYA) which is common phenomena in all Panax species, and another recent WGD happened at around 2.54 MYA between P. ginseng and P. quinfuefolius only. Since high sequence homology between recent WGD blocks interrupts the amplification of single band in marker development, I developed the strategy of designing sequence tagged site (STS) primers, one for dCAPS based on single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) site between cultivars, and another complementary primer for locus-specific primer based on SNP between paralogs. Genetic mapping using two STS markers derived from recent paralog blocks, Block 1 and Block 2, showed different segregation pattern in F2 population between Yunpoong and Chunpoong, which indicates that two recent duplicated paralog blocks are located independently at chromosomal locus and those were derived from WGDs. This study provide the first insight for WGD-derived genome structure in sequence level. The information and finding will be helpful for further ginseng genomics study for improving draft sequence quality and chromosome anchoring of scaffolds, and genetic mapping.GENERAL ABSTRACT I

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 체육교육과, 2015. 2. 강준호.본 연구의 목적은 위기관리 차원에서 프로스포츠팀 사회적 책임 활동의 효과를 검증하는 데에 있다. 특히 위기유형에 따라 적합성 측면에서 그 차이를 팀 충성도로 알아보았다. 본 연구에서는 강등과 승부조작이라는 위기를 통해 국내 프로스포츠팀 사회적 책임 활동의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 전략적 접근방식을 시도하고자 하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 승부조작은 강등보다 팀 충성도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강등이 팀 충성도에 미치는 영향은 사회적 책임 활동의 적합성이 높을수록 줄어들었지만, 승부조작에서는 적합성이 조절효과를 갖지 못하였다.Ⅰ. 서 론 1
