    Correlation of glaucomatous color vision abnormality and quantitative perimetry

    의학과/석사[한글] 원발성 광우각형 녹내장환자의 대부분에서 녹내장성 시야변화보다 먼저 후천성 청-황 색각이상이 나타난다고 알려져 있다. 이러한 녹내장 색각이상을 이용하여 녹내장을 조기 진단하고, 적절히 치료하는데 도움을 얻고자 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 정상 24안, 고안압증 15안, 그리고 원발성 광우각형 녹내장 19안을 대상 으로 Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test로 색각검사를, Humphrey 자동시야계의 30-2 프로 그램으로 중심 시야 30。이내에서 정략적 시야검사를 시행하여 두 검사 결과의 상관관계 를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 녹내장환자에서 정상안과 고안압증안에 비해 색각이상의 정도가 더 심하였고, 색각 이상의 유형으로는 청-황 색각이상이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 2. 정상안과 고안압증안에 비해 녹내장안에서 중심 시야 30。이내에서 측정한 망막 한 계 민감도가 유의하게 감소되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3. 색각이상의 정도 및 유형과 정량적 시야검사로 측정한 망막의 한계 민감도의 전체 상관관계를 분석한 결과 색각이상의 정도 및 청-황 부분색각 이상과 망막의 한계 민감도 사이에 유의한 음상관관계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 녹내장 색각이상과 시야 변화는 서로 밀접한 연관성이 있는 것으로 생각된다. [영문] A blue-yellow color vision abnormality is usually found in glaucoma patients. And it may be apparent before visual field defects found. Recent studies have suggested that the recognition of blue-yellow color vision abnormality may have some predictive value in determining that ocular hypertensives are at risk of developing glaucoma and in monitoring the progress of the glaucoma. The author performed this study to know how well Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test performance correlates with a retinal threshold sensitivity. In this study, color vision was tested with Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test, and the retinal threshold sensitivity was measured with central 30-2 program on Humphrey perimeter in 24 normal subjects, 15 ocular hypertensives, and 19 primary open angle glaucoma patients. The results obtained in this study were as follow: 1 Color vision, especially blue-yellow, in glaucoma patients was more severely impaired than in normal subjects and in ocular hypertensives. 2. Central retinal threshold sensitivity in glaucoma patients decreased more than that in normal subjects and in ocular hypertensivers. 3. Significant negative correlation( r=-0.44 ∼ -0.51 ) was noted between Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test and central retinal threshold sensitivity.     Legal Education and Globalization of Legal Services Market

    The paper attempts a critical assessment of the current legal education system of Korea and offers broad outlines for possible reform. The national bar examination of Korea is administered as a public service examination open to anyone without any requirement for adequate legal education. This means that law faculties have no officially recognised role to play in the training and selection of lawyers in Korea. All that matters is passing the exam. Since everything turns on this high stake national examination (where success rate is less than 3%), law professors, legal professional bodies such as regional or national bar associations and the judiciary have no say in how the countrys lawyers should be educated and selected. The score reigns supreme. The paper points out the negative aspects of the current system. It is proposed that instead of relying on a high stake examination where one-time test result can make or break ones career, there should be a system where adequate education and continual assessment will gradually select candidates at several points of education and training process. Moreover, the legal professional bodies must be allowed to participate in shaping the countrys legal education. Legal professional education must be understood as a joint effort undertaken by law professors and the legal profession. A comprehensive reform of the national bar examination is necessary.     Adsorption from the binary liquid mixtures on solid particles

    고체입자에 의한 이성분 액체용액의 등온흡착 평형상태에 대하여 열역학적 해석으로부터 흡착상의 활동도계수와 몰분율과의 관계를 정의하였다. 문헌에 의한 흡착평형 데이터를 이용하여 본 논문에서 정의된 이론적 관계로부터 계산된 흡착상의 활동도 계수는 열역학적으로 건전하였으며, 흡착상의 활동도 계수는 bulk상과 같이 Redlich-Kister식으로 표시될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.The relations between the activity coefficicient and the mole fraction in the adsorbed phase were obtained from the thermodynamic analysis on the adsorption equilibrium of the liquid mixtures on solids. Activity coefficients in the absorbed phase were calculated from the teremodynamic relations obtained in this paper and were thermodynamically consistent.     非뉴톤 流體內에서 氣泡의 物質傳達係數와 抵抗係數를 測定하기 위하여 CMC水溶液에 대한 CO₂가스의 吸收實驗을 행하였다. 液塔內를 上昇하는 CO₂氣泡의 上昇速度와 부피變化를 高速 촬영기로 촬영하고, 이로부터 CO₂氣泡의 物質傳達係數와 抵抗係數를 計算하였다. CO₂氣泡의 物質傳達은 초기의 振動상태에서 및 氣泡의 形態가 變化하는 경우에 활발해 짐을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 경향은 流體의 성질이 뉴톤流體에 가까울수록 현저한 경향을 나타냈다.Mass transfer coefficients between the gas phase and the liquid phase, and the drag force coefficients of bubbles in non-Nelvtonian fluids were measured through the absorption CO₂gas bubbles in the CMC solution. The rising rates, size changes of CO₂gas bubbles in the CMC solution column were recorded by using the high speed photography technique, and from these results instantaneous mass transfer coefficients and drag force coefficients were evaluated. Mass transfer coefficients decreased rapidly with time during the early stage and slowly during the later stage of the bubble life. It was found that tendencies of mass tranfer were increased when rising bur)1)toes oscillated and its shape was changed.     다공성 촉매 입자가 충진된 점적상 반응기에서 액상 체류시간 분포에 관한 이론식을 PDE모델로부터 유도하여 보았다. 본 논문에서 유도된 액상 체류시간 분포에 관한 이론식에서는 충진 입자의 공격률, 추적자의 입자세공내 유효확산 계수등을 이용하여, 입자의 다공성이 액체흐름의 체류시간 분포에 미치는 영향을 고려 할 수 있었다.In the trickle bed reactor packed with porous catalyst particles, the theoretical equation for the residence time distribution curve of the liquid phase was derived from the PDE model. The RTD curve defined in this paper was correlated for the porosity of particle, and the effective diffusivity of tracer. Therefore the theoretical equation of RTD curve derived in this work was assumed to be well fitted with the characteristics of trickling flow in the porous catalytic reactor.In the trickle bed reactor packed with porous catalyst particles, the theoretical equation for the residence time distribution curve of the liquid phase was derived from the PDE model. The RTD curve defined in this paper was correlated for the porosity of particle, and the effective diffusivity of tracer. Therefore the theoretical equation of RTD curve derived in this work was assumed to be well fitted with the characteristics of trickling flow in the porous catalytic reactor
