    (A) study of the characteristics of lower extremity weight bearing in independently ambulatory patients

    보건학과/석사[한글] 독립보행이 가능한 편마비 환자 25명을 대상으로 계수형 체중계 2대와 높이가 각각 5cm, 10cm, 15cm인 디딤대를 이용하여 하지 체중지지능력의 특성 및 환측하지의 체중지지능력을 촉진시키는데 디딤대 이용의 효과를 알아보기 위해 연구를 시행하였다. 환측 및 건 측하지에 실리는 체중은 예비실험을 한 후에 작성한 가검사지에 기록하여 각 항목별 측정값의 평균치를 구한 후 t검정 및 F검정을 하여 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 편마비 환자가 평지에 기립하고 있을 때 환측과 건측하지에 실리는 체중은 유의한 차이가 있었으며(P<0.05), 건측하지로 실리는 체중은 전체 체중의 57.6%로써 건측하지로 더 많은 체중이 실렸다. 2. 편마비 환자가 환측하지를 디딤대에 딛고 기립하고 있을 때 환측 및 건측하지에 실리는 체중에 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<0.05), 건측하지로 더 많은 체중이 실렸다. 3.편마비 환자가 건측하지를 디딤대에 딛고 기립하고 있을 때 환측 및 건측하지에 실리는 체중에 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<0.05), 건측하지를 딛고 기립하고 있는 디딤대의 높이가 높을수록 환측하지로 더 많은 체중이 실렸다. 4. 환측 및 건측하지에 관계없이 디딤대 반대쪽에 위치하는 하지에 실리는 체중은 평균적으로 전체 체중의 64.62%가 실렸으며 딛고 기립하고 있는 디딤대의 높이가 높을수록 디딤대 반대쪽에 위치하는 하지로 더 많은 체중이 실렸다. 이상과 같은 결과로 미루어 볼때 편마비 환자가 평지에 기립하고 있을때 근본적으로 건측하지로 더 많은 체중을 지지하며, 또한 딛고 기립하고 있는 디딤대의 높이가 높을수록 평지에 위치한 하지로 더 많은 체중을 지지하고, 환측 및 건측하지에 관계없이 디딤대 반 대쪽에 위치한 하지로 더 많은 체중이 지지된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 디딤대의 이용은 편마비 환자의 환측하지의 체중지지능력을 촉진시키기 위한 치료방법으로 합당하다 하겠다. 앞으로 디딤대를 이용한 치료법이 많이 사용되어 지지를 바라고 이러한 분야에 보다 많은 연구가 있게 되기를 바란다. [영문] The purpose of this study was to determine if differences exist between the paretic and non-paretic lower extremity in stroke patients while weight beading. The test stance condition(posture) was standing comfortably with first the non-paretic limb and next the paretic limb, placed on a series of steps measuring 5, 10 and 15 centimeters respectively. The amound of weight borne on the respective limb was measured by a digital weight scales placed on each step. The subjects of this study were 25 hemiparetic patients being treated as admitted or out-patients at Severance Hospital(16) and Kyung Hee Medical Center(9), all of whom agreed to participate in the study. The results of the study showed first that patients in the bilateral standing condition bore significantly more weight through their non-paretic extremity(p<0.05). Next, there was significantly more weight borne on the paretic limb when the non-paretic limb was placed on any of the steps(step condition)(p<0.05). And finally, the higher the step height, the more weight was home on the non-step(standing) extremity whether paretic or non-pathetic(p<0.05). In conclusion, the study confirmed that hemiparetic patients tend to bear more weight on their non-paretic limb and that placing the non-paretic limb in the step-up position helps to facilitate increased weight bearing through the paretic limb. This type of training should be more widely used in the field of hemiplegia treatment. However, more extensive study and reports on various aspects of ambulation are needed.restrictio

    South Korean literature is an essential course of the Korean professional education process in colleges and universities. However, it is surveyed and found that the course is still lacking in standardization from the aspects of teaching material, teachers and so on through the thesis. The thesis takes the situation of professors from four colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the case, and it investigates the present situation of courses offerings, the present situation of students acceptance and the teaching requirements from students by means of questionnaire surveys. And, it finds out some specific problems, and proposes corresponding reform schemes to those problems.주지하다시피 중국 절대다수 대학교의 한국어 전공은 1992년 중한 수교 이후에 설립하였는데 20여 년 동안에 많은 대학교의 한국어 전공은 급속도로 발전하였고 교수진과 학생수도 대폭 확대되었다. 이에 따라 한국어학과 과목의 설정, 교재의 편찬이 갈수록 중요시되고 있다. 대부분의 대학교에서 한국어 전공이 외국언어문학의 하위 범주로 개설되기 때문에 한국문학 과목도 없어서는 안 될 중요한 자리를 차지하고 있다. 본 논문은 전국 각 대학교에서 한국문학 관련 과목을 개설한 현황을 살펴보고 요녕성의 4개 대학을 케이스로 설문조사를 실시했다. 요녕성에 현재 한국어 전공을 개설한 대학교(전문대는 논외로)는 대련외국어대학교(대련), 요녕대학교(심양), 대련민족대학교(대련), 요동대학교(단동) 등 네 개 대학이 있다. 이번 조사를 통해 한국문학 교육의 문제점을 찾아내고 해결방안을 제시하였는데 한국문학 교수법을 혁신하는 데에 유용한 근거가 되기를 바란다

    Development of Interactive Computer-Aided-Design System for Roll Pass and Roll Profile Design in Bar Rolling

    In this sutdy, a Computer-Aided-Design system for supproting roll pass and profile design in bar rolling, where simple shapes like round and square bars are prouced, is developed in order ot minimize trial and errors in the industry. Interactive design methodology was used in the developed system to provide various design examples from which decision for optimal design can be made. In order to effectively assist the interacitve design process, many relable design data such as material flow, roll force, torque, and power are predicted based on empirical formula. In addition, empirical design rules and designed process database are proveded in table forms and in user-friendly representstions. Roll velocity calculations considering the forward slip and temperature variations based on an approximate heat transfer model were considered in the present system.     학위논문(박사) - 한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공, 2003.8, [ xv, 191 p. ]As the need for social infrastructures with large dimension and environment friendly light automobile increases, the importance of manufacturing steel with high strength is ever increasing. Among the various thermomechanical treatments, grain refinement is the only way to increase both the strength and toughness. Thus, it is of great importance to develop a technique to obtain finer grains in industry. Many studies have been carried out in developing mathematical models describing the relationship between the process parameters and mechanical properties of the rolled products. These models have been applied to industrial strip rolling process and many successful applications have been reported so far. In bar rolling area, not much study has been conducted due to the difficulties in modeling the three-dimensional material flow. To overcome this problem, several researchers in industry have developed approximate deformation models and predicted the average grain size. This approach can predict the microstructural changes for the industrial rolling having more than 30 passes only in a few seconds. Despite its computational advantage, the approach can provide only the average grain size with no information on local microstructures. Thus, more advanced approach which can predict the local microstructure in detail is required. In this study, an integrated microstructure modeling system was developed for prediction of the local microstructural change during bar rolling by combining the finite element (FE) analysis with a microstructural model. The metallurgical model available in the literature was adopted and integrated with the three-dimensional finite element analysis based on the rigid-thermoviscoplastic formulation. The current study focused on the prediction of austenite grain size (AGS) before the transformation stage during cooling.
