[권두언] 근로자의 생애에 걸친 평생 직업능력 개발 체제의 구축 방안

21C 지식정보화 시대와 무한 경쟁시대를 맞아 노동시장의 유연성과 안정성을 동시에 추구해 나가는 것이 매우 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 이에 노동부는 국민경제의 지속적 발전과 고용의 질 향상을 목표로 향후 5년간(2004-2008) 추진할 중기 고용 기본계획을 수립하였다. 이 계획에 포함된 6대 정책과제는‘성장 잠재력 확충등 지속적인 일자리 창출추진’, ‘중소 제조업 인력난 해소 등 인력수급 불일치 해소’, ‘노동시장내 취약 계층에 대한 고용지원으로 노동시장 진입 촉진’, ‘평생직업 시대에 근로자의 고용 안정과 기업의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 평생직업능력개발체제 구축’, ‘실업없는 노동 이동을 위하여 사회 안전망 확충’, ‘원활한 노동 이동을지원하여 고용 인프라 확충’이다. ..

A Case of Omental Cyst

A case of omental cyst in a 3 1/2 year old boy is presented, who has experienced recurrent episodes of bloody ascites and abdominal distension. The preoperative proper diagnosis was reached by ultrasonography, which showed septated fluid collection anterior to intestine, and by direct injection of radio-opaque dye into cystic cavity to differentiate multilocular cyst from ascites.
