    Deposition Analysis of Nitrogen and Phosphorus in an Integrated Multi-trophic Aquaculture Pond

    通过使用沉积物捕获器获取沉积物,研究了一生态综合养殖池塘的沉积作用,并利用室内模拟实验研究了缢蛏(SInOnOVACulA COnSTrzCTA)的生物沉积作用,同时分析了池塘沉积物及其间隙水的营养盐;应用fICk第一定律对池塘沉积物-池水界面营养盐通量进行了估算.藻类池颗粒物质的日平均沉积速率为44.59 g/M2,贝类池颗粒物质的日平均沉积速率为14.01 g/M2;两个池塘试验期内(90 d)n、P的净沉积量分别为6061.5 g和3411 g(采样池塘面积各0.5 HM2,水深50~60 CM).结果显示实验期内生态综合养殖池塘沉积作用分别占n、P营养元素输出的2.2%和5.8%(质量分数).Deposition in aquaculture areas of an Integrated Multi-trophic Aquaculture(IMTA) Pond in Yunxiao and Zhangzhou was studied by sediment traps which were used to collect sediment.By studing the biodeposition of Sinonovacula constrzcta by indoor simulation experiments, and analysing the amount of NO3--N,NO2--N,NH4 +-N,PO4 3--P of the overlying and interstitial water in the IMTA Pond at the same time.The fluxes of dissolved inorganic N,P from the sediments were estimated by the Fick's first law.The estimation results show that the average daily deposition rate of particulate of the algae pool is 44.59 g/m2, while in the shellfish pool the data is 14.01g/m2.The total net deposition of N and P in the experimental period(90 d) is 6061.5 g and 3411 g(pool area is 0.5 hm2; pool depth is 50 ~60 cm).The results show that the nutrient N and P contributed by seepage took part about 2.2% and 5.8% of the whole output.世界自然基金会(香港)华南湿地项目资

    Study on Spective IgM Activing C_(1q) Circulating Immune Complexes in Pulmonary Tuberrculosis' Patients

    目的 确定肺结核患者IgM激活C1q类双特异性循环免疫复合物 (IgM/C1q-TCIC)的水平并探讨其免疫生物学意义。方法 以羊IgG抗人C1q为包被抗体 ,HRP -羊IgG抗人IgM为指示抗体 ,建立捕捉法ELISA ,分别检测 12 7例肺结核、2 5例肺癌、2 7例肺炎和 4 31例正常人血清中IgM/C1q-TCIC。结果 肺部疾病按血清IgM/C1q-TCIC水平高低依次排序为肺结核 >肺癌 >肺炎。肺结核患者IgM/C1q-TCIC的阳性率与年龄、性别、Ig、C3 、ALT等其它临床指标无关 ,而与肺结核的初复治以及是否为活动性有关。结论 肺结核患者中IgM /C1q-TCIC是机体排除抗原的一种保护性反应 ,这种反应与机体的免疫反应性密切相关 ,可作为估价机体整体免疫反应的有效指标。ObjectiveTo define the concentration and immunity biological significance of IgM and C 1q of two determined circulating immune complexes(IgM/C 1q -TCIC) in pulmonary tuberrculosis'(TB) patients.MethodsUsing goat IgG anti-human C 1q for coated antibody,HRP-goat IgG anti-human IgM for detected antibody.A capture ELISA method was established to detect IgM/C 1q -TCIC of 127 cases of TB,25 cases of lung cancer,27 cases of pneumonia.ResultsThe levels of serum IgM/C 1q -TCIC in patients with pneumonia disease placed in order were TB>lung cancer>pneumonia.The amount of IgM/C 1q -TCIC in TB patients had no relation to age,sex,Ig,C 3,ALT and the other clinical indicator,which was related to first or further treament and active or nonactive periods.ConclusionIgM/C 1q -TCIC in TB patients was an protecting reaction of eliminating antigens of bodies,which was closely related to immunity reactivity.IgM/C 1q -TCIC could be an useful index to evaluate the whole body immune reaction

    采用琼脂平板系列稀释药敏实验,研究了甘草、虎杖和地榆以及冰片、虎杖和地榆两组药物按不同比例组合的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)与相应单味药的MIC之间的变化关系。结果表明,配伍的抑菌能力与配比比例有关,较单味药可出现增强、不变或降低三种情况。这些现象的出现与细菌的革兰氏染色结果及药物的配伍有密切关系。从而提示,采用现代科学实验手段研究中药的配伍将会对传统的中药方剂学有更深刻的认识。オhe antibacterial minimal inhibitory concentration of some herbs(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Blumea balumea balsamiFera DC,Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc,Sanguisorba ofFicinalis L.)on some gram positive organisms(Stap.aureus,Stap.epidermidis,Strep.viridans,Bacillus subtilis)and some gram negative organisms(Proteus vulgaris,Pseudomonas aeruginosa) was tested either using single herb or using diFFerent combinations (G.uralensis,P.cuspidatum and S.ofFicinalis;or Blamea balumea balsamiFera,P.cuspidatum and S.ofFicinalis).Results showed that diFFerent combination could increase or maintain or decrease each herb's antibacterial activity.ThereFore this research gave a suggestion that a preseription of Chinese traditional herb's should be based on scientiFic Foundation.江西省自然科学基

    Detection and Signification of Spective IgM Activing C1q Circulation Immune Complexes in Healthy Individuals

    目的 确定健康人IgM激活C1q类双特异性循环免疫复合物的水平 (IgM/C1q TCIC)并探讨其免疫生物学意义。方法 以羊IgG抗人C1q为包被抗体 ,HRP 羊IgG抗人IgM为指示抗体 ,建立了捕捉法ELISA检测 4 31例健康人血清和 6 1例脐带血清中IgM/C1q TCIC。 结果 健康人IgM/C1q TCIC的水平与年龄和性别有关 ,女性高于男性 ,其阳性率在脐血中仅为 4 9%。结论 确定IgM/C1q TCIC正常值应考虑年龄、性别因素的影响。健康人IgM/C1q TCIC检测可以反映正常机体免疫状态的有关特点。脐血中检出IgM /C1q TCIC可作为胎儿先天性感染的重要指标之一。Objective To explore the concentration and immunity biological significance of IgM and C1q two component circulating immune complexes(IgM/C1q TCIC)in healthy individuals.Methods Using goat IgG anti human C1q for coated antibody,HRP goat IgG anti human IgM for detecdted antibody.A capture ELISA method was established to detect IgM/C1q TCIC of healthy indivaduals.Results The amount of IgM/C1q TCIC in healthy persons was related to age and sex.The positive rates of umbilical serum was 4\^9%.Its concentrations in female were significantly higher than male's.Conclusion To determine the normal value of IgM/C1q TCIC should take the age and sex into account.IgM/C1q TCIC detected in healthy individuals could reflect the particular feature of immune status in the normal bodies.IgM/C1q TCIC found in umbilical serum was suggested an important indicator of the congenital infection in foetus
