Mechanisms of Heavy metals enriching and excreting in Egretta eulophote and Impact of Colonial Breeding on Heronry Soils

本研究采用电感耦合等离子质谱（ICP-MS）对取得的相关样品进行了钒（V）、铬（Cr）、锰（Mn）、镍（Ni）、铜（Cu）、锌（Zn）、砷（As）、硒（Se）、镉（Cd）和铅（Pb）等10种重金属元素含量的测定。 为了研究黄嘴白鹭体内各重金属富集的主要部位、重金属排除的机制及在其食物链中富集规律，我们对厦门大屿岛白鹭自然保护区内人工养殖过程中自然死亡的8只黄嘴白鹭(Egrettaeulophotes)（约30日龄）的肝脏、肾脏、肌肉、心脏、骨骼、卵壳和羽毛等组织器官以及饲喂的水样、食物、鸟体排泄物样本进行了重金属检测，结果显示，10种元素在厦门大屿人工养殖的黄嘴白鹭体内富集情况为：Se元素主...The concentrations of ten elements [vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), nickel(Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb)] in the collected samples were measured with ICP-MS.
