    Study on Preparation and Properties of Ceramic Membrane Support Bodies with Low Cost

    粗细粉混用法制备堇青石膜支撑体

    将粒径分别为1.5和25μm的堇青石粉体按一定比例球磨混匀,添加适当的粘结剂和造孔剂,经捏合、陈腐、挤出成型及烘坯处理后,程序升温至一定温度烧结2h制备膜支撑体。结果表明,细粉含量20%(质量分数)、1400℃烧结所得的支撑体综合性能较好:纯水通量为10.3m3/(m2·h);爆破压力为2.21MPa。其浸渍于5%(质量分数)NaOH中、置于100℃烘箱36h后,爆破压力仍为1.85MPa,表明其还具有良好的耐碱性能,适合碱性条件下的工业应用

    通讯作者:何旭敏 作者简介:韩火年(1983-),男,江西鹰潭人,在读硕士,师承蓝伟光教授,从事陶瓷膜材料研究。[中文摘要]通过沉淀法制备碳酸铝铵超细粉体均匀包裹的氧化铝粉体,煅烧后,继令其与纳米二氧化硅按一定比例球磨混合,预烧,添加适当的粘结剂和造孔剂,再经捏合、陈腐、挤出成型、烘坯、烧结,制备膜支撑体。结果表明,二氧化硅加入量为12%(质量分数)、1550℃烧结所得的膜支撑体综合性能较好:纯水通量为22.2m3/(m2·h);爆破压力为3.40MPa,开孔率为40.21%;经10%(质量分数)H2SO4或5%(质量分数)NaOH于100℃下浸渍36h后,爆破压力仍分别为2.67和2.89MPa,表明它还具有良好的耐酸碱性能。[英文摘要]Prepared by precipitation method with aluminium nitrate and ammonium acid carbonate,after calcining,superfine powder coated alumina was ball-mill mixed with nano-silica in a certain proportion,then pre-sintered,an appropriate amount binder and pore-forming agent were added.After kneading,aging、extrusion molding and drying,the membrane supports were temperature-programming sintered to certain temperature and held for 2h.It is shown that support body with 12wt% SiO2 and sintered at 1550℃ has much better comprehensive functions:water flux is 22.21 m3/(m2·h),the bursting strength is 3.40MPa,and open porosity is 40.21%.After dipping in 10wt% H2SO4 or 5 wt% NaOH for 36 hat 100℃ respectively,the membrane support still has a bursting high up to 2.67 MPa and 2.89 MPa,it indicates that the acid resistance and alkaline resistance property of the membrane support is excellent
