    养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

    目的观察养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将89例晚期NSCLC患者分为对照组44例及观察组45例。2组均采用GP方案;观察组并予养正消积胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次,口服。2组均21d为1个周期,连续治疗2个周期,随访1年。观察2组治疗前后Ki67、Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达及肿瘤标志物[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)]、中医症状评分、生活质量评分,比较2组客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、无进展生存时间(PFS),监测不良反应。结果观察组ORR、DCR明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,观察组治疗后、随访1年VEGF、OPN、CEA、CA199水平明显降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后上述指标明显降低(P<0.05),随访1年CEA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后Ki67、Bcl-2蛋白表达明显降低,Bax蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,观察组Ki67、Bcl-2蛋白表达低于对照组(P<0.05),Bax蛋白表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后中医症状评分(神疲乏力、胃纳少馨、腰膝无力、夜尿频多、头晕目眩)、生活质量评分(躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能)明显改善(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,观察组上述评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PFS明显长于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期NSCLC可有效降低患者肿瘤标志物水平,改善生存质量,减少吉西他滨和顺铂的不良反应,提高疗效。福建省卫生厅中医药科研专项课题(wst201210

    通讯联系人, Te:l ( 86-592) 2198354, E-ma il: cjlin@ xmu. edu. cn[中文文摘]应用sol gel法和提拉技术于 316L不锈钢表面构筑纳米TiO2薄膜,再经水热后处理以消除膜中的细小龟裂.SEM和XRD技术表征膜的形貌和厚度,线性极化法分别考察膜厚度、pH、和Cl浓度对纳米膜电极耐腐蚀性能影响.电化学交流阻抗检测纳米TiO2膜在 0. 5mol/LNaCl溶液中的阻抗随浸泡时间的变化,光电子能谱技术测定了经浸泡 1008h后的纳米膜中各元素相对百分含量和价态.结果表明:在中性或碱性条件下,厚度为 375~464nm的纳米膜其耐腐蚀性随浸泡时间的延长呈现初期增加而后稳定,浸泡 48h后腐蚀电流较之浸泡初期降低 2个数量级,耐腐蚀电阻增加 2个数量级,在浸泡 1 008h内没有发现腐蚀的产物,Fe是以原子态扩散到膜中.[英文文摘]The nano-TiO2 thin films have been deposited on the 316L stainless steel by so-lgel and the dipcoating methods. Hydrothermal pos-t treatment leads to crack-free coatings. Meanwhile, the surface structure and properties are optimized. Surface morphology, structure and properties are characterized by XRD, and SEM techno log ies. The results have shown that the surface o f coatings is porous, uniform and orderly, the partic le diameters are in the range of 15~ 18nm and the pores are about 4~ 8nm and TiO2 is anatase. The results of electrochemical measurements show that in the NaC l solution with pH ≥ 2 and concen trat ion below 1mo l/L, the nano-T iO2 coatings with thinkness 375~ 464nm have most excellen tanticorrosion properties. Compareing with bare 316L stainless steel the corrosion current for coating electrodes in 0. 5mo l/L NaC l solution has cut down 2 magnitude and the corrosion resistance Rp has also decreased nearly 2 magnitude.国家自然科学基金(1130 K16002; 20127302)资

    采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍提拉技术在316L不锈钢表面构筑纳米TiO2薄膜和“夹心”式TiO2-V2O5复合薄膜(TiO2/TiO2-V2O5/TiO2),应用AFM和XRD表征膜的形貌及纳米颗粒的晶型.结合光、电化学方法测试了复合膜在0.5mol·L-1NaCl溶液(pH=4.6)中暗态或紫外照射条件下的防腐蚀性能.结果表明,TiO2/TiO2-V2O5/TiO2复合膜具有双重保护功能,即在紫外光照下可以起到光生阴极保护的作用,特别是当停止光照后,光生电位仍可维持在较低的电位长达6h以上.同时作为表面阻挡层,可显著提高金属的耐腐蚀性.Using sol-gel method and dip-coating process,TiO2 and sandwiched TiO2-V2O5 composite films (TiO2 / TiO2-V2O5 / TiO2) have been used to coat the surface of 316L stainless steel. The morphology and structure of the films have been analyzed by AFM and XRD. The anticorrosion properties of the composite films have been stud-ied under dark condition by electrochemical methods. The performance of photogenerated cathodic protection of the composite coatings has been measured in 0.5 mol·L-1 NaCl solution(pH=4.6) by combining photoelectrochem- ical system with corrosion electrochemical system under UV illumination. The results show a significant dual pro-tective performance for the composite films. Under UV illumination the photo-generated cathodic protection is ac-tive,and after the UV light is shut off, it takes about 6 hours for the photogenerated potential to shift from -0.25 V to -0.14 V, which implies a possibility to remain a cathodic protection of metal even in the dark condition. Fur-thermore,under the dark condition the sandwiched TiO2 / TiO2-V2O5 / TiO2 composite coatings as excellent barrier layers are able to provide a protection for the 316L in a corrosive environment.国家自然科学基金(20021002,20127302);; 教育部重点课题资助项目~

    用溶胶-凝胶法和旋转涂膜技术在导电玻璃(ITO)表面构筑纳米TiO2膜和纳米TiO2-SnO2复合膜,应用AFM、XRD对膜的形貌及晶体结构进行表征.用光电化学和腐蚀电化学相结合技术,通过测试时间—电位曲线和交流阻抗谱研究光生阴极保护状态下316L不锈钢电极在0.5 mol/L NaCl溶液中的微观界面电荷分布及电子传递规律,探讨光生阴极保护的作用机理.结果表明以TiO2—SnO2复合膜作为光生阳极时,在紫外光照下,316L不锈钢电极可处在阴极保护状态,并且在切断光源后,光生电极电位仍可在较长的一段时间内维持在-0.2 V左右,仍具有一定的阴极保护作用.By the sol-gel method and spin-coating process,the nano TiO_2-SnO_2 composite films have been prepared on the surface of the indium-tin oxide(ITO)glass and 316L stainless steel.The morphology and crystalline structure have been characterized by AFM and XRD.The anticorrosion property of the composite coatings has been studied under dark condition by electrochemical methods.Similarly,the performance of photogenerated cathodic protection of the composite coatings has been measured in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution(pH=4.6)by combining photoelectrochemical system with corrosion electrochemical system under UV illumination.The results show that in dark the nano TiO_2-SnO_2 composite films have a poorer anticorrosion property than that of the nano TiO_2 coatings.Under UV illumination condition the composite films as a photoanode provide a cathodic protection for 316L,and when the UV light is shut off,its photogenerated potential can remain a cathodic protection of metal for 6 hours.The mechanism of the photogenerated cathodic protection has also been studied by electrochemical impedance spectra.国家自然科学基金(20021002,50571085);; 福建省科技专项(2005HZ01-3

    Formation and Characterization of Water-repellent Nano TiO_2 Coating and Studying its Anticorrosion Property

     以乙酰乙酸乙酯(EAcAc)作稳定剂和阻聚剂制备超微TiO2溶胶,用提拉法在AISI316L不锈钢上构筑一层纳米TiO2膜,经水热后处理有效消除膜中的龟裂现象,经氟硅烷基化制备成疏水型纳米TiO2膜.用胶粒分布仪测定溶胶颗粒分布,接触角测试仪测定表面疏水性、XRD、SEM表征膜的形貌、结构,电化学线性极化法测定疏水型纳米TiO2膜在模拟体液(Ringer溶液)中的电化学行为.结果表明:TiO2膜呈多孔有序纳米膜,颗粒分布均匀,粒径约为15~18nm,厚度约375nm,TiO2为锐钛矿型,疏水型纳米膜可使不锈钢腐蚀电流降低3个数量级,其耐腐蚀性大幅度提高.Using ethyl acetoacetate (EAcAc) as a chelating agent, ultra fine TiO_2 sol is prepared. Nano-TiO_2 coatings are deposited on the 316L stainless steel by the dip-coating. Hydrothermal post-treatment leads to crack-free coatings. Meanwhile, the surface struture and properties was optimized. Self-assembly of Hetadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane (FSA-13) fabricates hydrophobic layers on the surface of the nano-TiO_2 coatings. Particle sizes of TiO_2 sol was analysed by zeta pals potential analysis, and surface morphology, structure and properties was characterized by contract angle instrument, XRD, and SEM technologies. The results have shown that the surface of coatings is porous, with approx. 375 nm thick, the particle diameters in the range of 18~20 nm evenly and TiO_2 is anstase.
