    Comparison on Microstructure of Anoectochilus roxburghii and A. formosanus

    通过石蜡切片和表皮制片观察比较金线莲Anoectochilus roxburghii和台湾金线莲A.formosanus根、茎、叶的显微结构特征。结果表明,金线莲与台湾金线莲显微结构的主要区别在于根皮层厚度、维管束数目、叶构造、叶脉颜色、表皮乳头细胞的形状和气孔密度,这些特征可作为金线莲物种的显微鉴别依据。The microscopic structures of roots, stems, leaves of Anoectochilus roxburghii and A. formosanus were observed by paraffin sections and epidermis. The results showed that differences of microstructure between both plants are on cortex thickness and number of vascular bundle of root, and the structure, vein color, papilate cell shape, stomatal density of the leaf.     通讯作者(E-mail: [email protected]; Tel: 0592-2186486)。[中文文摘]用两个解剖针挤压胡萝卜花粉使其破裂释放出精细胞。用酶解-解剖方法分离胡萝卜胚囊中的卵细胞、助细胞和中央细胞。胡萝卜胚珠先在酶液中酶解40~50min,然后将其转移到不含酶的分离液中用解剖针解剖胚珠。将胚珠的合点端切破,轻轻挤压胚珠的珠孔,卵细胞、助细胞和中央细胞即可逸出。在最佳条件下,20min可从20个胚珠中分离出5个卵细胞。对分离胚囊细胞的渗透压和酶液成分进行了筛选。分离出的卵细胞用显微操作仪收集。胡萝卜精、卵细胞的成功分离为在双子叶植物中进行离体受精探索创造了条件。[英文文摘]Carrot (Daucus carota L.) two sperms could be released by squeezing pollen grain using two dissecting needles. Viable egg cells, synergids and central cells of carrot were isolated using enzymatic digestion and mechanical dissection. The ovules were digested in enzymatic solution for 40–50 min, and then transported into the isolation solution without enzymes to dissect. When dissected ovules were sliced from their chalazal ends,eggs, synergids and central cells could be released by gently pushing ovule micropyle part. In optimal isolation condition, 5 egg cells could be isolated from 20 ovules during 20 min. The osmolality and enzymes in the enzymatic solutions were screened. The isolated egg cells could be collected using micromanipulator for preparation of molecular biology of egg cell of carrot.     社区剧场是个多元化的概念,在不同的社会里持有不同意义。实践剧场是第一个将剧场带进社区的本地剧团,从1986年创建至今,它将各种不同类型的剧场带给社区的民众。实践剧场的社区剧场大致上可以分为三个阶段,而每个阶段所呈现的社区剧场的性质以及其意义都有所不同。虽然身为双语剧团,实践剧场不但没忽略华语剧场,反而更努力发展本地华语社区剧场。本论文将探讨实践剧场从创建至今在华语社区剧场的参与,以及随着观众、社会和剧团本身的改变,其社区剧场如何随之变化,并从中探析这些参与和改变对社会的意义。Community theatre is a diversified concept and it holds different meanings in different societies. As the first local theatre group to bring theatre to the community, The Theatre Practice (TTP) has brought many types of theatre to the people since it was set up in 1986. Community theatre by TTP can be generally categorized into three periods, whereby the nature and the meaning of each period's community theatre vary. As a bilingual theatre group, TTP not only did not neglect the Chinese theatre, in fact, it went to greater lengths to develop Chinese theatre in Singapore. This thesis would be discussing TTP's involvement in Chinese community theatre since its establishment, and how community theatre has changed over the years with the changes of the audience, society and TTP itself. From then, the significance of TTP's involvement in Chinese community theatre would be discussed.Bachelor of Art

    Thoracoscopic surgery is widely used because of its low trauma and rapid recovery. However, intraoperative hypothermia is a common complication in this type of surgery, which can lead to postoperative infection, bleeding, and prolonged recovery time. This paper aims to review risk factors and risk prediction models associated with the intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, aiming to help nurses in clinical operating rooms to assess the risk of intraoperative hypothermia in advance and develop effective prevention and intervention measures, so as to improve the quality of life of patients. (胸腔镜手术作为一种微创手术方式, 因其创伤小、恢复快等优势在临床得到广泛应用。术中低体温(IH)是该手术常见的并发症之一, 可能导致术后感染风险增加、凝血功能障碍及康复周期延长等不良临床结局, 给治疗和护理带来诸多挑战。本研究通过系统综述胸腔镜手术患者IH的危险因素, 并对现有风险预测模型进行梳理和分析, 旨在为临床医护人员早期识别和预防IH提供全面、科学的参考依据, 助力其制定针对性的预防策略和干预措施, 进而改善患者预后、提高医院服务质量。

    Intraoperative pressure injuries not only delay the postoperative recovery, but also increase the medical burden of the patient. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors and prevention of intraoperative pressure injury. This paper reviews studies on main influencing factors, such as intraoperative blood loss, preoperative serum albumin level, operation duration, operation position, etc, and summarized targeted preventive interventions, aiming to reduce the incidence of intraoperative pressure injuries and improve the overall quality of nursing care for patients undergoing surgery. (术中压力性损伤不仅影响患者术后康复进程, 还会增加医疗负担。因此, 探讨术中压力性损伤发生的影响因素及其预防措施具有重要意义。本研究探讨了近年来有关手术患者术中压力性损伤的主要影响因素, 包括术中出血量、术前血清白蛋白水平、手术时长、手术体位等, 总结对应干预措施, 旨在降低手术室患者术中压力性损伤的发生率, 提升整体护理质量。
