A further Probe into the Reasons of Incorrect Movements Made by Students in Shot -put Training

目前体育系田径教材中仅列出几种易犯错误动作。在推铅球教学过程中学生易犯错误动作远比现有教材和文献资料中提出的数量多、范围广。为便于教学和训练 ,对易犯错误动作进行更全面的研究 ,试图找出各阶段错误动作。请有关技术专家对找出的错误动作进行评定。并进行数据分析和可靠性检验分析。其中 2 2种错误动作被列为易犯错误动作。以补充教材中的不足 ,以供各同仁教学和训练参考。It is a fact that the number of incorrect movements made by students in the shot -put training is far more than those listed in the existing t rack and field textbooks and data .This paper will make an all -round research on incorrect movements and try to find out the incorrect movements occurring in different phases of one shot -put for the convenience of teaching and training .Specialists and technical experts will involve in the assessment of the achieved incorrect movement s .Through data analysis and the reliability test , 22 incorrect movement s made by student s in shot put training are determined which will be the supplement to the textbooks as well as the reference for teaching and training

草根文化存续的动力——以坳瑶黄泥鼓舞为例

Discussion on the Ecological Characteristics of the Traditional Physical Culture of Hei Yi Zhuang

黑衣壮是保持壮族文化特色较为完整的壮族支系,至今仍保存着本族群的原生态文化形态和元素。受自然环境的制约和社会人文的影响,黑衣壮传统体育文化具有鲜明的生态文化特征,反映了与壮族的宗教信仰、民间崇拜、时节风俗、生产劳动具有千丝万缕的联系。主要表现为宗教信仰促使黑衣壮传统体育文化产生,时节风俗促进黑衣传统壮体育文化发展,生产劳动与黑衣壮传统体育文化息息相关,既能健身娱乐,融入生活,又能凝聚人心,壮大族群,民族体育文化彰显民族传统文化。Hei Yi Zhuang （dressed in black） is a special branch of the Zhuang nationality that keeps the most complete cultural characteristics of the Zhuang People. Even today, the features of its original ecological culture and elements are easily spotted. Due to natural environmental constraint and effects of social humanity, the tradi- tional sports culture of Hei Yi Zhuang is of vivid cultural characteristics reflecting the close ties between this eth- nic group and its religion, seasons, worship, customs and daily productive work. Hei Yi Zhuang traditional sports culture is mainly manifested as creation by religion, promoted by seasonal festivals and customs throughout genera- tions and productive work, which brought body building and recreation along with daily life. Research on the Social Changes of Ao-yao Clay Drum Dance

以下古陈村黄泥鼓舞活动为切入点,通过田野调研对传统文化的变迁进行探讨。研究表明:生产方式变迁是传统文化变迁的主要动因;"权威多元"是传统文化承载的组织基础;家庭经济、政府扶持、社会企业资金是传统文化运作的经济基础。研究认为:民间宗教仪式是传统文化延续的内部动力;开放与创新,是传统文化发展的外部动力。With the clay drum dance activities of Xiaguchen village as the starting point, the present thesis studies on the changes of traditional culture through field research. The results show that the change of production styles is the main cause of traditional cultural changes, that ＂Authoritative Diversity＂ is the organizational basis of traditional culture, and that family economy, government support and social enter- prise funds all serve as the economic foundation of the operation of traditional culture. It is also pointed out that folk religious rituals are the internal impetus for the development of traditional culture while openness and innovation are the external impetus for the development of traditional culture

Survey and Analysis of Physical Education Major Students＇ Attitudes towards Employment in Minority Areas

大学生就业难,而就业观成为大学毕业生影响就业的主观因素之一,通过问卷调查,了解少数民族地区体育专业毕业生对就业观、就业倾向,结果:63%的学生表示就业困难,仅有3%和2%的学生愿意到少数民族地区和乡村就业。建议:规范人才市场管理;加强少数民族地区就业政策的宣传,制定和实行优惠政策;高校建立完善管理体系,重视就业指导工作,拓宽就业渠道。College students have been facing employment embarrassment.Their attitude towards employment is one of the subjective factors that affect the results of recruitment.A questionnaire survey was conducted in order to collect information such as the attitudes toward,intentions and value of employment of physical education major students in minority areas.The result showed that 63% of the students expressed their worries and concerns of difficulties in finding jobs.Only 3% and 2% of the students said they would not mind to work in minority areas and the countryside.It is therefore suggested that more reasonable regulations be established for the job markets,incentive and preferential employment policies prepared,strengthened,advocated and implemented;in addition,the existing management system of universities needs to be further improved so that more importance is attached to career counseling for more job opportunities
