    Taxonomic diversity of fish community in the waters surrounding the Taishan Islands of Fujian Province

    根据2012年~2013年在台山列岛周边海域进行的4个航次底拖网调查资料,并结合该海域的历史资料系统整理了台山列岛周边海域鱼类总名录,使用PRIMER 5.0软件计算了该海域鱼类的分类多样性指数,研究了分类多样性指数的季节变化。结果显示,台山列岛周边海域共记录鱼类2纲20目81科150属208种,以鲈形目种类占绝对优势;2012年~2013年调查记录到鱼类2纲11目40科63属77种。台山列岛周边海域鱼类的平均分类差异指数(△~+)和分类差异变异指数(∧~+)的理论平均值分别为63.14和378.4。鱼类分类多样性指数(△)秋季最高,春、夏季次之,冬季最低;鱼类分类差异指数(△~*)秋季最高,春季次之,夏、冬季较低。研究结果表明,春季鱼类种类数最多,夏、秋季次之,冬季最少,水温和饵料决定了研究海域鱼类种类组成。According to the data collected from four seasonal trawling surveys between 2012 and 2013 in the waters surrounding the Taishan Islands,we made a list of fish species in this area and calculated its taxonomic diversity by PRIMER 5. 0. We identified 208 fish species including 2 classes,20 orders,81 families and 150 genera in the waters around Taishan Islands,with Perciformes being the major order. According to the survey data from 2012 to 2013,77 fish species including 2 classes,11 orders,40 families and 63 genera were identified. The average taxonomic distinctness( △~+) and variation in taxonomic distinctness( ∧~+) of fish species listed in that area were 63. 14 and 378. 4,respectively. The taxonomic diversity( △) and taxonomic distinctness( △~*) were higher in autumn and spring than in summer and winter. It is concluded that the species in spring was more than that in summer and autumn,and was the least in winter.     苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9通过下调整合素β1表达抑制肝细胞癌迁移侵袭

    整合素在许多肿瘤细胞中高表达,并且参与肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移。在肝细胞癌中,整合素β1被报导高表达,并促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭。目前,对于整合素的表达调控癌细胞机制以及干预其表达进而抑制肿瘤细胞转移的研究较少。本研究探讨利用小分子化合物抑制整合素表达来抑制肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭的可能。首先,对临床肝癌细胞患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的整合素β1的表达进行检测,发现其在癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。对TCGA肿瘤数据库的生物信息学分析结果同样显示,整合素β1的高表达与肝癌的分期(P=0.019)和预后(P=0.013)相关。通过筛选发现,苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9可以抑制肝癌细胞中整合素β1的mRNA和蛋白质的表达(P<0.01)。细胞划痕愈合实验和细胞穿孔结果显示,苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9能够抑制肝癌细胞的迁移和侵袭(P<0.01)。进一步的研究证实,在肝癌细胞中外源表达整合素β1可以逆转X-9对肝癌细胞迁移和侵袭的抑制;而在敲除整合素β1的细胞中,X-9对细胞的迁移和侵袭的抑制被消除。因此,鉴定出苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9可以通过下调整合素β1表达,进而抑制肝癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。福建省自然科学基金(No.2016J05087,No.2017J01201);;福建省卫计委医疗创新项目(No.2015-CXB-15

    Dynamic Evolution of Regional Ecological Services Based on TM Remote Sensing

    报道一种合成天然氮杂糖L-deoxygulojirimycin关键中间体及全保护L-gulono-1,5-lactam的方法.其关键反应之一为二碘化钐(SmI2)促进下对硅基保护的3-羟基戊二酰亚胺10的C-2位的区域和立体选择性不对称羟甲基化,区域选择性为80 20,立体选择性为93 7;另一关键反应为采用OsO4-NMO体系对18进行不对称双羟基化反应,立体选择性单一,并通过NOE确定产物的立体化学.The paper reported a convenient asymmetric synthesis of a new intermediate for the asymmetric synthesis of aza-sugar L-deoxygulojirimycin and its δ-lactam using a chiral building block developed recently in this laboratory.One of the key steps involved the SmI_2 mediated C-2 regio(ratio of C-2/C-6 addition = 8020) selective hydroxymethylation of the TBS protected 3-hydroxyglutarimide 10 with chloromethyl benzyl ether,followed by debenzylation and highly cis-diastereoselective reductive deoxygenation(ds = 937).After successive O-silylation,treatment of lactam 11 with LDA and phenylselenium bromide yielded α-phenylselenide derivative of 11,which was subjected to H_2O_2 oxidation to give directly 18.The other key step is a highly trans-diastereoselective dihydroxylation of compound 18 with OsO_4-NMO system in a mixed solvent system to give 12 as the only isolable product,which could be easily converted via deprotection or reduction to azasugar 5 and other analogous according to the known procedures.The stereochemistry of the dihydroxylated product 12 was determined by NOESY technique.国家自然科学基金(2039005020572088)资

    EphA2 enhances the proliferation and invasion ability of LNCaP prostate cancer cells

    National Natural Science Foundation of China [21035006]EphA2 is persistently overexpressed and functionally changed in numerous human cancers. However, to the best of our knowledge, the role that EphA2 plays in prostate cancer is not entirely clear. To investigate the roles of EphA2 in the development and progression of prostate cancer, the present study initially evaluated the roles of the EphA2 protein in LNCaP prostate cancer cells using recombinant plasmid, western blot analysis, flow cytometry, Matrigel invasion chamber and the cell counting kit-8 assay. An immunohistochemistry assay was also conducted to observe the effects of EphA2 in prostate cancer tissues. The results demonstrated that the LNCaP human prostate cancer cells that were transfected with pcDNA3.1(+) plasmid-mediated pcDNA3.1(+)-EphA2, markedly enhanced the cell growth and invasion in vitro. Additionally, EphA2 was overexpressed in prostate cancer specimens and the expression of Eph.A2 was significantly associated with Gleason grade, total prostate-specific antigen, advanced clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Collectively, these results demonstrate that EptLA2 is involved in malignant cell behavior and is a potential therapeutic target in human prostate cancer

    不同土壤细沟侵蚀发育对比研究是探讨细沟侵蚀机制的必要内容。通过间隔为24 h的2次人工模拟降雨,在不同降雨强度(1.5,2.0,1.0 mm/min)、不同坡长(5、10 m)的试验条件下,分析坡度为20°时塿土和黄绵土2种土壤细沟侵蚀过程中产流产沙、空间变化的差异。结果表明:1)从坡面产流量来看,2种土壤在2次人工降雨过程中有相似的产流过程,坡长和降雨强度相同时,塿土坡面产流量大于黄绵土;2)从坡面形态看,第1场降雨过程中塿土坡面表面积、细沟侵蚀强度大于黄绵土坡面,但黄绵土坡面一旦发生细沟侵蚀,其体积变化幅度剧烈于塿土坡面;3)塿土在第1场降雨过程中侵蚀速率的变化过程可以反应细沟发育的各个阶段,较大降雨强度使黄绵土发生细沟侵蚀侵蚀,其细沟发育的各个阶段持续时间长于塿土,即黄绵土细沟形态变化缓慢
