    变频器设备机理复杂、设备监测数据异常样本少,导致在实际应用中基于经验和基于模型的异常检测方法操作性难、常规的数据驱动方法可行性差。针对上述问题,结合密度峰值聚类与时序运行数据的转移特点,提出一种基于大数据分析的变频器异常检测方法。该方法首先通过密度峰值聚类将运行数据聚类,然后将时序过程数据在不同类簇间的动态变化规律用概率表示,并基于聚类结果和转移概率提出异常检测体系框架,最后通过异常案例验证该方法的有效性,表明该方法能够正确识别变频器异常行为。</p

    分别收集1990年前后和2000年前后的美国陆地卫星资料,完成了相应时期的中国全国湿地分布遥感制图.两期制图结果相比较显示,除水稻田人工湿地之外,中国的其他湿地总面积从1990基准年的355208km2下降到2000基准年的304849km2.10年间中国湿地丧失面积约为50360km2,丧失了14%.其中内陆湿地面积由318326km2减少到257922km2,减少19%;滨海湿地由14335km2减少到12015km2,减少16%;而除水稻田以外的人工湿地增加了55%,达到34911km2.湿地丧失的主要省区为黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区和吉林省.三省区天然湿地损失逾57000余平方公里.大部分丧失的天然湿地被转化为农牧用地.新增12000余平方公里的人工湿地,以渔业养殖和水库为主.在新疆、西藏和青海新增近13000余平方公里的湿地,可能由气候变暖造成冰川积雪融化所致.中国湿地减少主要是人为因素所致

    Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
