A Study on the Development of the Emergency Response System of the Freeway Network in Taiwan

[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to develop an effective incident management system for Taiwan Freeway system, which can aid to formulate various rescue plans upon emergency. Through extensive survey in the first stage, this study reviews the normal rescue processes including the scope of the tasks, the technique alternatives, and constraints that are likely to occur as the system is developed in Taiwan. Then, a series of standard procedures for various types and degrees of incidents are proposed for agencies to establish an effective and ell-organized rescue teamwork command. RFID偵測器最佳配置化之研究
