    以牡蛎壳为生物滤池的填料,在好氧和厌氧条件下,结果表明对多种模拟印染废水具有较好的脱色效果。以活性红为目标污染物,好氧/厌氧生物滤池的脱色率可分别达到99.5%和100.1%;进水pH从3~11范围内,好氧/厌氧生物滤池出水pH分别维持于7~8和6~7;与厌氧生物滤池相比,好氧生物滤池对COD具有较好的去除率,可达到95.9%。福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(JAT160018

    4个地热水温下α型活性氧化铝(α-AA)吸附砷的动力学研究表明当PH=4.6时,α-AA对AS(Ⅲ)/AS(V)的吸附都是初始吸附速率快,达到吸附平衡需时短的过程;随温度升高,α-AA吸附AS(Ⅲ)/AS(V)的4H平衡吸附容量QE,EXP都无明显变化;α-AA吸附AS(Ⅲ)/AS(V)全过程符合拟二级动力学方程,0.25~1MIn内,α-AA对AS(Ⅲ)/AS(V)的吸附均符合ElOVICH方程,1~5MIn内,α-AA对AS(Ⅲ)的吸附属于颗粒内部扩散过程。国家自然科学基金项目No.21077086的支

    在现有的仪器工作站中加入基于gMM-HMM算法的声纹识别系统,利用声纹的唯一性识别仪器用户,实现开放仪器的无人监管.应用该声纹识别系统,进行语音动态口令测试.结果表明:该系统语音动态口令的错误接受率低于1%,可有效地防范录音冒充,保证系统的可靠性.In order to have a standard management of opening instruments,we apply the voiceprint recognition system based on GMM-HMM algorithm into the instrument workstation.The uniqueness of voiceprint is utilized to verify the user identity,which realizes unmanned supervision of opening instrument.Based on the voiceprint recognition system,we conducted the experiment of dynamic password speaker verification.The results showed that the false acceptance rate of dynamic password version was lower than 1%,which could avoid the danger of recording playback and assure the system′s reliability.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61105026

    研制了一种新型离子色谱安培检测器电解池。电解池为三电极体系 ,由工作电极 (Ag电极 )、辅助电极 (Pt电极 )和参比电极 (Ag/AgCl电极 )组成。工作电极采用柱状电极 ,电极均用螺纹接头固定在电解池上。新型电极池具有工作电极表面积大 ,拆卸清洗方便等优点。应用装有新型电解池的离子色谱安培检测器测定了Br-、I-、SCN-,检测限分别为 16 μmol/L、8μmol/L和 2 0 μmol/L。An electrolysis cell used on amperometric detector was designed. It is a three-electrode system, comprising working electrode (Ag electrode), auxilliary electrode (Pt electrode) and reference electrode (Ag/AgCl electrode). The working electrode was fabricated with the form of a rod and has large surface area. Three electrodes are fixed in the cell by screw joints so they are easy for dismantling and cleaing.     应用酶反应催化性能高,反应选择性好以及离子色谱法快速、灵敏、准确的特点,率先提出酶 离子色谱法检测葡萄糖的新方法.在含葡萄糖样品溶液中加入一定量的葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD),在葡萄糖氧化酶的催化下,被测葡萄糖被氧化产生H2O2,生成的H2O2与加入的NO-3用离子色谱定性和定量测定.因为被2进一步反应,生成的NO-测的葡萄糖与生成的NO-3的浓度计算出葡萄糖的含量.测定葡萄糖的线性范围3存在定量关系,从而可以由NO-在5~100mg/L,测定了市售葡萄糖和蜂蜜中葡萄糖的含量,回收率分别为94%和94.5%.It is well known that enzyme reactions usually proceed with good efficiency and good selectivity. Ion chromatography is rapid, sensitive and precise. The two excellent methods were combined to make a enzymeion chromatography to determine glucose. Glucose was oxidized with the catalysis of glucose oxidase to produce hydrogen peroxid, which could oxidize added nitrite into nitrate. Then nitrate was determinated by ion chromatography. According to the peak height change of nitrate caused by glucose, glucose could be quantitatively determined with the linear range of its concentration in 5~100 mg/L. The method was applied to analysis glucose in two food samples, with 94 and 94.5 recovery percent respectively

    介绍了一种采用分立电源的阴阳离子多功能离子色谱抑制柱的结构和工作原理。抑制柱采用 5室夹层结构 ,包括阴离子淋洗液抑制室、阳离子淋洗液抑制室、阳极室、阴极室和公用的阴阳极室。抑制柱由两组电源提供工作电流。实验结果表明 ,抑制柱既可以分别抑制阴离子淋洗液或阳离子淋洗液 ,也可以同时抑制阴、阳离子淋洗液。柱子具有较高的抑制容量和良好的线性及重现性。The construction and working principles of a multifunction anion/cation suppressor are described.     生物固氮速率测定中15N2同位素示踪剂的引入

    生物固氮作用是一个重要的海洋新氮来源,在海洋生物地球化学循环中扮演着不可替代的角色。基于稳定同位素(15N2)示踪吸收法,是目前直接测定海洋生物固氮速率最有效的手段。其中,高效、洁净地将15N2引入海水培养体系,并准确定量培养体系底物的同位素示踪水平,是同位素示踪吸收法准确获取固氮速率的关键。本研究针对15N2同位素示踪剂引入这一关键环节进行了探讨,确认改进气泡法是将15N2引入海水培养体系的首选操作。在对培养体系造成的较小扰动的情况下,可将培养体系氮气底物的15N原子丰度提升至10%以上,相对于另一种导入同位素示踪剂的手段——预溶解海水法,改进气泡法将培养瓶中氮气底物的15N原子丰度提升了近200%。此外,改进气泡法还具有最小化痕量金属沾污、操作简便等优点。将改进气泡法结合与稳定同位素比值质谱测定结合,是准确测定水体生物固氮速率的推荐方法。国家重点基础研究发展计划(2015CB452903);;科技基础资源调查专项子课题(2017FY201403);;国家自然科学基金(41676174

    RETRACTED ARTICLE: Removal of heavy metals from plating wastewater by using complexation-ultrafiltration process

    Complexation-ultrafiltration process was employed to remove Ni( II ), Cu( II ), Zn( II ) and Cr( III ) from plating wastewater. Polyacrylic acid sodium (PAASS) as a water-soluble polymer was used for complexing the cationic forms of the heavy metals before filtration. The size of the complex has to be larger than the selected membranes so the complex can be retained. Permeate water is then purified from the heavy metals. Filtration experiments were performed with ultrafiltration membrane system, equipped with a polysulfone memebrane with a 10,000 Da cut-off. Different parameters, affecting the percentage rejection of the metals, such as pH, loading ratio, and permeate flux (FVC) have been investigated. The concentrated retentates were used further for the decomplexation, after the decomplexation, diafiltration experiments were carried out at pH 1.5 using dilute H2SO4 solution. All the four metals were found to be extracted from the metal-PAASS complexes with satisfaction. It was also found that the complexing performance of the PAASS regenerated did not change compared with the fresh PAASS. ? 2011 IEEE

    The adsorption of arsenate and arsenite onto a Ce-La binary hydroxide, a mixture of mainly Ce(VI) and La(III) hydroxides, as a recovery of waste ceria glass polishing powder, encapsulated in calcium alginate beads was studied under various pH values, adsorbent dose, and contact time. The effect of sorbent mass in the gel bead, solution pH, contact time and As(III) and As(V) concentration on sorption has been investigated. A 8% (w/v) of CLH in the gel beads was found to provide both good sorption performance and spherical shape. The optimum pH range was observed to be with 5-10 for As(III) and 4-7 for As(V). Equilibrium was reached after 48 h contact time for As(III) and 24 h for As(V), respectively. The adsorptive rate of both arsenic species on the adsorbent obeys pseudo-second order kinetic models (R2 > 0.97). Adsorption isotherm at pH 4.0 for As(III) and at pH 8.0 for As(V) fits the Langmuir model of adsorption over the As concentration range 0.5-250 mg As L-1. The experiment provides also a promising way to use waste as a material for the treatment of other wastes or contaminants from the point of recycling. ? 2011 IEEE
