Study on Genetic Diversity of Native Arenga engleri Becc. Populations in China

香棕(ArengaengleriBecc.),又名矮桄榔、山棕，是我国原生的桄榔属植物，近年来，由于生境的人为破坏和片断化，我国原生的香棕资源正急剧减少。本文对香棕的自然分布情况及其生境进行了野外调查，并采用ISSR分子标记技术对我国福建省和台湾境内的原生种群，以及福建省厦门、广东省广州和深圳引种的香棕种群，进行了遗传多样性水平及种群遗传结构的研究，并在此基础上，探讨香棕资源的保护策略。另外，采用ITS区域测序的方法，研究了香棕与同属其它8种桄榔属植物分子系统关系。主要结果如下： 采用改良的CTAB法成功地提取了棕榈科桄榔属植物基因组DNA，制备的DNA纯度和质量均较高，适用于ISSR-PC...In recent years, due to habitat desruction and fragmentation, our native resources Arenga engleri is facing extinction.
