Versatile fabrication of aligned SnO2 nanotube arrays by using various ZnO arrays as sacrificial templates

电子邮件地址: [email protected] this paper, we describe an effective two-step method for fabricating aligned SnO2 nanotube arrays by using various pre-synthesized ZnO nanorod arrays as sacrificial templates. The composition and structure of as-synthesized SnO2 nanotube arrays were analyzed in detail by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. Because there is a special epitaxial relation between the SnO2 walls and ZnO templates, the walls building the SnO2 nanotubes are highly orientated and nearly single-crystalline. Our present study provides an opportunity to investigate related physical and chemical properties and potential applications of such aligned SnO2 nanotubes with nearly single-crystalline nature.National Natural Science Foundation of China 20725310,20721001 ,20673085,20801045

电子邮件地址: [email protected] classical crystallization process starts from stable nuclei followed by a simple enlargement of the nuclei by unit-cell replication. In recent years, the universality of such classical crystallization has been questioned upon investigations of biomineralization processes, and there are few examples showing that crystal growth may not follow such a classical crystallization process. In this paper, a typical coordination polymer, Prussian blue microcrystals, has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. By carefully analyzing the intermediates during the crystal growth process, we found that the growth of Prussian blue under the given growth conditions may follow a nonclassical crystal growth process in which a mesoscale self-assembly of nanocrystallites is included during crystal growth. Such a mesoscale self-assembly process could be a common phenomenon for growth of some crystals with extremely low solubility

掩埋隧道结VCSEL芯片小信号等效电路模型
提出了适用于一种1.55μm掩埋隧道结垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)芯片的小信号等效电路模型.等效电路的提出是基于半导体激光器速率方程以及VCSEL芯片结构,电路中各元件都有严格的物理意义.根据实验测得芯片的反射系数及传输参数,通过小信号等效电路仿真模拟,得到电路各元件参数值.不同偏置电流下,模拟结果与实验结果吻合都非常好,证明了该等效电路的有效性
