关于虚拟资本与虚拟经济研究的几个理论问题

中共十六大提出要“正确处理”“虚拟经济与实体经济的关系”后,理论界出现了一股“虚拟经济”的研究热潮。在这股“虚拟”热中,暴露了一些不容忽视的问题,这些问题不澄清,势必引起人们观念的混乱。由于国内学者多从《资本论》中了解“虚拟资本”并推衍出“虚拟经济”,为了正本清源,本文主要以《资本论》为根据对当前理论界出现的几个模糊认识提出自己的见解

Fictitious Capital and Capital Market

论文摘要 本文从虚拟资本即资本虚拟化的新视角分析金融资本运行的图景及其规律。 大多数关于虚拟资本的研究集中于虚拟资本产生后对现实经济的影响，实际上陷入了与当代金融理论雷同的概念游戏。为了尽量避免重蹈覆辙，本文在同样的研究过程中，就某些常常被有意无意回避的若干重要而困难的问题费了较多的周章。比如，文中对“虚拟资本”的现代内涵和特征作了自认为较全面深入的诠释，因为问题的被忽视或有意避开往往由于对概念无法准确地把握。再如，论文将资本虚拟化这一纯经济理论的问题，与金融创新这一金融学里的工程技术问题联系起来，既打开了虚拟资本研究的理论空间，又突显了这一研究的现实意义。 当代的虚拟经济应该是以虚拟资...ABSTRACT This dissertation discusses the performing scenario of financial capital and its regular pattern based on the fictitious capital theory.
