Research on Legalization of Korean Government Bailout——Financial Crisis Focus

我国政府对经济进行宏观调控的实践已经相当丰富，但是一直呈现出非法治化的特点，表现为目标不明、手段混杂、程序失范、监督虚化，导致政府宏观调控常常事与愿违，甚至失信于民。韩国于1997年和2008年经历了两次大的金融危机，韩国政府在金融危机中采取了有效的救市措施以恢复经济，其决策、手段、执行、监督均体现出法治化特征。本文试图对韩国金融危机中的救市实践进行考察、分析、归纳与总结，努力梳理出可资借鉴的经验和教训，为我国宏观调控法治化提供重要的参考。除引言和结语外，全文分为三章。 第一章首先界定了韩国政府救市以及救市法治化的概念，厘清了本文的研究范围。然后从经济学和法学两个角度，论证了韩国政府救市的理...Many non-legal conditions commonly exist in China financial market, which are abundant with practices of financial market macro-control by Chinese government.
