Study and Development of Effort-Saving Sampling and Drilling Strengthen System for Packed Rice
本計畫目標為研發與推廣穀倉內層槓桿式省力化多段取樣作業推進系統與加強深度之大負荷力多段取樣器,並機動協助公糧稽查取樣工作並傳承操作技術,以推廣穀倉內層多段取樣系統。The objectives of this project are to develop and popularize the effort-saving drilling system and strengthen depth and load sampling multi-tubes for packed rice, and help the paddy warehouse officer to detect objects inside the warehouse and pass the operating technology on flexibly, in order to popularize the sampling multi-tubes systems
Application of RFID in traceability management system of egg and egg containers
本計畫今(101)年度著重於強化蛋箱及鮮蛋管理與追溯系統之推廣與應用,運用RFID與資訊工程相關技術,整合蛋箱清洗及管理追溯系統,建置RFID蛋箱追溯系統之模擬應用。並進行種鴨蛋蛋箱之自動化清洗消毒系統試驗分析,及應用RFID於特色禽種之小型批次生產系統之加值應用研究,以提升禽蛋孵化效率與安全防護,降低禽蛋感染機率。The improvement of the egg containers management and traceability system for the promotion and application will be focused on in this year (101) project. The automated egg container cleaning and sterilization system will be integrated in the previous system. An RFID egg container traceability management Analog applications system will be developed using radio frequency identification (RFID) and related technologies of information engineering. The automated cleaning and sterilization system of breeding duck egg container and Application of RFID in the value-added application of the characteristics poultry of small batch production system will be analyzed to raise the incubation efficiency of the poultry egg and the safe protection and to decrease the probability of poultry egg infection
Design and Development of a Monitoring System for the Oriental Fruit Fly Trap
計畫目標: 進一步研發監控式果實蠅誘蟲盒, 並利用可監控式果實蠅誘蟲器, 經實際田間試驗, 提供本省果實蠅族群動態狀況資料, 協助發展防治果實蠅模式軟體, 對防制果實蠅提供一新的利器.架構( 重要工作項目 ): 自動計數裝置及誘捕狀況控制系統之改良: 針對已研製完成之雛型可監控式果實蠅誘蟲器, 改良光電式自動計數裝置與單晶片誘捕狀況控制系統之電源與感測電路, 並進一步研究遙控與接收等機電技術, 使能更確實且更有效率的感測並記錄果實蠅族群的數目.提供本省果實蠅族群動態狀況資料: 與臺中區農業改良場合作, 利用可監控式果實蠅誘蟲器, 經實際田間試驗, 監測掌握果實蠅動態, 再配合電腦分析功能, 提供建構果實蠅動態模式之資料.預期效益: ( 1 )可瞭解昆蟲消長情形, 提供用葯時機之參考, 降低殺蟲劑使用次數, 減少葯劑費用支出及濫用.( 2 )可減少或取代人工計數昆蟲數時間、次數.( 3 )可評估病蟲害防治有效性之判斷.( 4 )增加作物的美觀和商品價值.With the TDAIS fruit trap as the main frame and the monitoring system modeled from a sex pheromone bug trap, the objective of the study is to develop a fruit fly trap with monitoring ability for controlling fruit flies.At the third year of the four years project, the monitoring technologies will be applied to the developing fruit fly trap.Advantages of this proposed fruit fly trap are as follows: 1.Reduction in the frequency and cost of pesticide application by good application guidelines obtained from well-understood information about growth situations of fruit flies.2.Reduction in the required labor and time for bug-counting due to the replacement of manual operation with this system.3.Providing a method to evaluate the effectiveness of fruit fly control.4.Increase in the good-looking appearances and commercial value of produce
To Establish the SOP and System for Stocking,Supplying,Preparing and Managing Agricultural Products of a Supply Center by Farmers Units
本計畫擬於供貨單位及農民團體農產品供應中心導入條碼設備及其應用系統,由產地條碼化以強化農產品供應端之條碼應用能力,規劃農產品供應中心中心應用條碼之營運管理系統,以強化物流中心之管理能力,並建置兩者間應用條碼之資訊系統,以發揮條碼功能及提升網路資訊效能。建立農產品供應中心供貨、理貨標準作業規範,強化運銷應用體系,加強產地蔬果運銷效能,試圖改善蔬果產銷供應鏈效率,降低物流成本,提昇整體競爭力。本年度至少完成雲林縣饒平合作農一處農產品供應中心之計畫目標本計畫的完成,可結合使用條碼應用於產地農產品運銷體系,提昇管理效益。除了可加強農民團體農產品供應中心之營運管控與效率外,亦可透過農民團體農產品供應中心之現況與環境條件導入條碼管理,藉以提升物流效率。並以農民團體農產品供應中心作業系統軟體為基礎,進而改善農產品產銷供應鏈效率,降低物流成本,提昇整體競爭力。另外,本計畫執行成果可作為其他產地農民團體農產品供應中心的先導案例,減少各農產品供應中心導入時不必要的模擬測試流程,及作為未來其他農民團體農產品供應中心導入應用條碼管理的導入示範。The barcode and its application system will be conducted into the supply units and logistic center of agricultural products. This project will enhance the application ability of supply units and the integrated application ability of logistic center with barcode. The operating and managing system of barcode will be planned to use for supply units and logistic center. The computer plateform of barcode application between both will be established in order to perform the functions of barcode and promote the efficiency of information exchange via internet. The SOP to supply and prepare products will be established for supply units to intensify the system of transporting and marketing. The efficiency of transporting and marketing of agricultural products will be increased and the efficiency of supply chain of vegetables and fruits is improved. The cost to operate and manage the supply chain will be further reduced, and the competitiveness of entire system will be raised. At least one system included logistic center and supply units will be completed, and it will apply the developed barcode system to its operation. The project can promote the managing efficiency of whole transporting and marketing system for agricultural products. The project will not only increase the efficiency of operation, management, and control of supply units of farmers groups, but also improve the efficiecncy of operating the supply chain, the cost of managing the material handling. The whole competiveness of local supply system of agricultural products will be promoted significantly
The Development of Commercialized Practical Batching Egg Container Cleaning and Sterilization System
本計畫擬完成實用批次型蛋箱清洗消毒系統之商品化,該系統採批次作業方式進行蛋箱之清洗、風乾與消毒工作。第一工作批次進行清洗及風乾作業,待完成後取出蛋箱再重新投入機台進行第二工作批次,第二工作批次進行消毒作業並完成整個作業程序。該型系統因配置簡單、體積小、製作價格較低,將有助於於中小型蛋雞戶推廣應用。The practical batching egg container cleaning and sterilization system will be commercialized in this project. The cleaning, wind dry and sterilization for egg containers will be operated by two batch operations. The cleaning and wind dry of egg containers will be executed during the first batch operation. The second batch operation of the sterilization for egg containers will be operated after egg containers re-entering the system, and the total operation procedures are complete. Not only the simple and small configuration but also the low production cost of the system will be contributive to promote to the small and middle size chicken egg producers
Application of RFID in traceability management system of egg containers and promoting efficiency of incubatory
本計畫今(100)年度著重於強化改良蛋箱自動化清洗消毒機,運用RFID與資訊工程相關技術,整合蛋箱自動化清洗消毒機,建立一套蛋箱清洗及管理追溯系統。並研製可移動式(台車式)孵蛋平台,能與原孵化機之轉蛋機構相結合,並且進行水禽蛋孵化期間溫溼度影響機制之研究分析,以提升禽蛋孵化效率與安全防護,降低禽蛋感染機率。The improvement of the automated egg container cleaning and sterilization system will be focused on in this year (100) project. An egg container cleaning and traceability management system will be developed using radio frequency identification (RFID) and related technologies of information engineering. The automated egg container cleaning and sterilization system will be integrated in the previous system. The movable incubation platform will also be established to combine with the turning egg mechanism of the original incubator. The effect mechanism of the temperature and the relative humidity during the incubation period of the poultry egg (goose and duck) will be analyzed to raise the incubation efficiency of the poultry egg and the safe protection and to decrease the probability of poultry egg infection
Study on Trace System for Fruit Quality in Post-Harvesting Process
本研究將完成芒果收穫後品質追蹤履歷系統之流程規劃、硬體設計及芒果收穫後品質追蹤履歷資訊格式之設計。全程計畫期能建立完善之水果收穫後處理品質追蹤系統。消費者可利用水果上之條碼於網際網路中查尋水果品質履歷資料庫,讓消費者了解到水果收穫後處理過程, 提升台灣水果銷售競爭力,並提供生產流程之改善資訊。The objectives of this project are to set up the layout of processing flow and to design the information format and hardware of a quality tracing and logging system for post-harvested mangos. The final goal of this project is to establish a well-designed quality tracing system for post-harvested fruits. Consumers can access the quality history database via internet connection and understand all post-harvest processes by checking the bar code labeled on fruits. The quality tracing and logging system is expected to provide Taiwan's fruits with the ability to compete in sale markets and to provide valuable information for improving the production process
