    本申请涉及日本蟳群体行为视频分析技术,公开了一种基于实例分割的日本蟳群体行为视频分析方法,包括:步骤一、生物暂养与视频采集;步骤二、实例分割数据集建立;步骤三、日本蟳整体分割和头胸甲分割模型的建立;步骤四、日本蟳整体分割、头胸甲分割及ID号判断;步骤五、日本蟳运动能力和接触度评估。本发明方法可有效解决因日本蟳个体接触而带来ID难以预测的问题,为包括日本蟳在内的类似蟹类群体行为研究提供视频分析方法,且准确率满足行为学研究的需要,具有非常大的实用价值和产业应用价值

    In recent years, threat to nearshore marine ecosystems and marine organisms caused by seawater acidification and seawater warming are becoming increasingly serious. In order to study the effects of CO_2-driven ocean acidification and warming on growth and energy budget of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus, which is a key species in the coastal ecosystem of East Asia, four experimental treatments were set up, namely, control (seawater temperature of the Dalian coast, pCO_2 400 muatm), ocean warming (OW, seawater temperature of the Dalian coast plus 3℃, pCO_2 400 muatm), ocean acidification (OA, seawater temperature of the Dalian coast, pCO_2 1100 muatm) and Ocean acidification and warming (OAW, seawater temperature of the Dalian coast plus 3℃, pCO_2 1100 muatm). The result showed that A. japonicus in OW were not significantly affected in contrast to control. However, the specific growth rate (SGR) of A. japonicus in OA was the lowest, which decreased by 0.19%/d compared with the control treatment, and the body weight Coefficient variations of A. japonicus in OA was the largest. The final body weight and SGR of A. japonicus in OAW showed no significantly difference with those in control, bur ingestion rate and feces production rate were both significantly higher than those in the control. The bioenergetic pattern of A. japonicus in OW and OA did not change significantly compared with that in the control, but it changed significantly in OAW, with the percentage of the FCE being significantly higher than the other three treatments. Our study suggests that seawater acidification inhibited the growth of A. japonicus versus change its energy distribution pattern. The decrease of growth in OA mainly depended on the decrease of food ingestion. The combined effect of seawater acidification and rising temperature may compensate for the negative effect of seawater acidification on growth by changing the energy distribution pattern of A. japonicus

    本发明公开了一种基于回声探测的人工鱼礁堆分布特征分析方法,属于海洋监测技术领域,包括获取待测海域中人工鱼礁堆回声探测数据,将其转换为二维矩阵形式,绘制回声图;滤除不属于待测海域水深范围内的噪声数据点;对滤除噪声数据点后的背向散射强度数据进行二值化,获得二值化矩阵;剔除干扰信号,获得人工鱼礁堆的二值化矩阵;将人工鱼礁堆的二值化矩阵按列求和,得到每个脉冲声波中海底回声层的厚度,并进行中值滤波;设置阈值,根据阈值提取出人工鱼礁堆出现的声波脉冲;利用经纬度坐标,绘制待测海域中的人工鱼礁堆分布图。本方法能够充分挖掘人工鱼礁堆回声探测数据,使用简单,解释性极强且直观,具有较强的应用价值

    The bioaccumulation of Zostera japonica for five heavy metals (Zn, Cr, Cu, Pb, Cd) at different growth stages in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea

    Three distribution areas of Zostera japonica located in Liaohe Estuary (Bohai Sea), Sanggou Bay (Yellow Sea), and Dachangshan Island (Yellow Sea) were investigated to study the bioaccumulation of Z. japonica for environmental heavy metals at different growth stages. The contents of five heavy metals (Zn, Cr, Cu, Pb and Cd) in the aboveground and belowground tissues of Z. japonica during the early growth stage (May), the full growth stage (August) and the decline stage (October), as well as the relations between heavy metal contents in seagrass tissues and that in sediments were analyzed. The heavy metal levels, except Zn, in the sediments of seagrass beds in Liaohe estuary were significantly higher than that in Dachangshan island and Sanggou bay. The contents of Pb and Zn in Z. japonica were significantly higher than those of other heavy metals. The Cd, Pb and Cu were enriched in the above-ground tissues of Z. japonica with the highest bioconcentration factor for Cd was 37.18, but Z. japonica had no enrichment effects on Zn and Cr. The contents of Cu and Zn in the aboveground tissues of Z. japonica at the early growth stage showed a good linear relationship with the contents of Cu and Zn in the substrate, while the contents of Pb in the belowground tissues of Z. japonica at the decline stage had a significant correlation with the contents of Pb in the sediments. The bioaccumulation of Z. japonica for heavy metals at different growth stages can be applied for biological monitoring of heavy metal levels in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea. The present results could provide important guideline for pollution regulation in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea

    On the strategies and approaches of high-quality development of coastal ecological farm and ranch in the Yellow River Delta

    The Yellow River Delta is rich in natural resources and has a unique ecosystem.The ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Delta have become a national strategy.Under the severe constraints of resources and environments as well as the serious degradation of ecosystems,the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Delta urgently need the guidance and support of scientific and technological innovation.The implementation of coastal ecological farm and ranch is considered to be one of the important ways to achieve high-quality development.In order to create new models of green,low-carbon and circular coastal ecological farm and ranch in the Yellow River Delta,this paper analyzed the existing problems in coastal ecological farm and ranch,and put forward the high-quality developmental concepts and targets.At present,the unoptimized macroscopical planning,the incomplete industrial system,the imperfect innovation system,and the unstrengthened policy support of coastal ecological farm and ranch have restricted the high-quality development of coastal ecological farm and ranch in the Yellow River Delta.Furthermore,multi-driven high quality development approaches were raised as follows.Firstly,optimizing the macroscopical planning driven by watersalt scenario,that is,identify the complexity of the water-salt scenario and plan the layout reasonably;analyze the dynamics of the water-salt scenario and accomplish digital management.Secondly,highlighting the chip function driven by seed industry,that is,improve biodiversity based on native species protection;strengthen the cultivation of improved seed to enhance the driving force of industry;promote seed breeding to improve the coverage of seed industry.Thirdly,promoting model innovation driven by farm-aquaculture interaction,that is,connect land and sea to optimize industrial spatial layout;integrate farm and ranch,and establish linkage between Three Industries.Fourthly,realizing the intelligent upgrading of industry driven by equipment development,that is,build unmanned farms in saline and alkaline land;realize less populated farms and ranches on the tidal-flat area;create shallow sea intelligent ranches.Fifthly,innovating the collaborative paradigm driven by research-industry linkage,that is,integrate innovative elements to solve the problem of disconnection between industry and scientific research;financing through multiple channels to enhance innovation vitality.Finally,achieving industrial upgrading driven by governance policy,that is,integrate research and development resources and improve innovation ability;implement integrated development and strengthen the whole industrial chain;forward-looking layout of special research projects and innovative development modes.Therefore,stakeholders could construct new developmental models of coastal ecological farm and ranch in the Yellow River Delta with match of water-salt scenarios,integration of farm and ranch,and linkage of Three Industries,to realize the coordinated development of mechanization,intelligence,digitization and systematization.Our study is helpful to provide a reference for the high-quality development of coastal ecological farm and ranch in the Yellow River Delta

    Effect of Sintering Temperatures on Synthesis of MgCo_(0.4)Mn_(1.6)O_(4 ) Positive Materials in Magnesium Ion Battery

    应用溶胶-凝胶法合成镁离子电池正极材料MgCo0.4Mn1.6O4,TG-DTA和XRD测试表明所得MgCo0.4Mn1.6O4粉体表现为单一的尖晶石相.以该材料作镁离子电池正极,其电化学性能与MgCo0.4Mn1.6O4粉体的煅烧温度有关,其中于700℃下煅烧制备的样品表现出相对较好的电化学行为.The cathode material MgCo_(0.4)Mn_(1.6)O_(4 ) for magnesium ion battery was synthesized by sol-gel method. The TG-DTA and XRD analyses showed that the prepared samples has simple spinel structure.     北方典型海岛高质量发展策略与途径——以长岛为例

    海岛是我国国土的重要组成部分,其高质量发展对海岛生态保护和可持续发展具有重要意义。长岛是山东省唯一的海岛型行政区,是国家级重点生态功能区。为实现我国北方海岛以绿色、低碳、循环为核心的高质量发展,本文以长岛为例,分析了其发展现状和存在问题,厘清了其高质量发展的理念和定位。通过实地调研和问卷调查等方法,提出了长岛生态文明综合试验区高质量发展的策略和途径,即以国家公园建设工程进行生态保护和修复,以零碳海岛建设工程旅游海岛建设工程和牧场海岛建设工程进行海岛开发和利用,以智慧海岛建设工程和科技海岛建设工程进行科技引领和支撑。六大工程陆海联动,共同推动长岛高质量发展,为我国北方典型海岛海洋生态文明建设及其高质量发展提供思路
