浆细胞样树突状细胞在宿主抵御隐球菌肺部感染中的作用及机制研究进展
肺隐球菌病是由隐球菌感染引起的常见真菌病,由于症状的非特异性,临床上诊断较为困难。作为条件致病性真菌感染,肺隐球菌病的结局主要与宿主免疫力有关。目前肺隐球菌病免疫学发病机制研究主要局限在T细胞和巨噬细胞。近年研究表明,作为树突状细胞亚群之一的浆细胞样树突细胞,由于其激活后可以产生大量的I型干扰素并活化相关的T细胞,所以在机体抵抗病毒和细菌免疫中发挥着重要的作用。但是浆细胞样树突细胞在真菌病,尤其是在隐球菌病的发生发展中发挥的作用尚不明确。本文将介绍肺隐球菌病的临床表现、诊治及T细胞和巨噬细胞在肺隐球菌病中的免疫机制,并通过介绍肺隐球菌病和浆细胞样树突细胞及二者之间已有报道的联系,初步阐述浆细胞样树突细胞在肺隐球菌病免疫学发病机制中的相关作用。国家自然科学基金(31770161);;上海市科学技术委员会基金(14DZ2272900);;国家卫生部基金(2018ZX10101003);;上海市科委技术标准专项(16DZ0500401)~

辐冠苣苔属(苦苣苔科)一新替代名称——Radiaticorollarus Y. G. Wei, F. Wen & Lei Cai
辐冠苣苔属为中国广东特有苦苣苔科单型属,因其具有苦苣苔科中相对比较少见的辐射状花冠裂片而得名。有学者提出因其属名Actinostephanus F. Wen, Y. G. Wei & L. F. Fu和已灭绝的化石浮游植物属名Actinostephanos Khursevich极其相似而易于混淆,应处理为晚出同名。依据2018年《国际藻类、菌物和植物命名法规(深圳法规)》,该文为该晚出同名拟定了一个新名称,即Radiaticorollarus Y. G. Wei, F. Wen & Lei Cai,并将其属下辐冠苣苔Actinostephanus enpingensis F. Wen, Y. G. Wei & Z. B. Xin处理为新组合Radiaticorollarus enpingensis(F. Wen, Y. G. Wei & Z. B. Xin)F. Wen, Y. G. Wei & Lei Cai的异名

作者简介: 黄水英(1981-),女,硕士研究生,目前主要从事微藻天然产物化学的研究.[中文文摘]虾青素(Astaxanthin)是一种近年来进入国际研发领域的红色类胡萝卜素,广泛存在于自然界,尤其是海洋生物体内,其抗氧化能力比其他类胡萝卜素强10倍,比维生素E强550倍,被誉为"超级维生素E"。虾青素的着色能力显著,并具有抗癌症、抗衰老、增强免疫力等一系列重要的生理功能,鉴于此,它被广泛应用于保健品、医药、水产养殖等领域,具有广阔的发展前景。在虾青素的生物来源中,雨生红球藻(Haematococcuspluvialis)中虾青素可占其干重的1%~3%,且体内虾青素及其酯类的结构配比与养殖对象所需一致,因此被公认为自然界中虾青素的最佳来源(蔡明刚等,2003)。[英文文摘]Induction of astaxanthin accumulation in Haematococcus pluvialis by three stress conditions was studied,which including nitrogen deficiencies,salt stress and illumination with different wavelengths.Nitrogen deficiencies(NaNO_3≤0.012 g/L)were not favorable to the growth of the H.pluvialis,but they could promote the astaxanthin accumulation in the planospore and reduce the ratio of aplanospore to no more than 15%.High salinity could induce the production of astaxanthin in H.pluvialis in a short time,with the highest levels of astaxanthin under the NaCI eoneentar tion of 2.5 g/L However,such increases in salinity were accompanied by high rates of cell
mortality.The illumination with diferent
wavelengths has quite diferent effects on
the growth and astaxanthin accumulation of .H pluvialis:red light was favorable to the growth of the alga,while blue light enhaneed the astaxanthin porduetion.Th

Study of Electropolymerization of o Phenylenediamine and Redox Process of Polymer Films
用循环伏安法和电化学石英晶体微天平(EQCM) 研究了0-1 MOl/lH2SO4 溶液中邻苯二胺在金电极上的电化学聚合过程及聚合膜(POPd) 的电化学性质. 邻苯二胺的起始氧化电位约为0-4 V( VS-SCE) . 从EQCM 数据得知在酸性水溶液中邻苯二胺较易发生聚合,在邻苯二胺单体氧化的同时电极上就有聚合物沉积引起表面质量增加. 质子在POPd 膜氧化还原过程中起着非常重要的作用,POPd 膜质子化( 氧化) 或去质子化( 还原) 的同时使阴离子嵌入膜中或脱出,使EQCM电极频率发生变化,根据SAuErbry 方程计算了阴离子迁嵌入或迁脱出量及其随POPd膜质量和电位扫描速度的变化.The electropolymerization of o phenylenediamine(OPD) on gold electrode and the redox behavior of poly( o phenylenediamine)(POPD) films in sulfuric acid solutions have been studied by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance(EQCM).The decrease in the resonant frequency of the quartz crystal during electropolymerization of OPD demonstrated that the deposition of the polymer films occurrs mainly in the potential range >0 5 V, at which the monomers are anodically oxidized.It is revealed that the protonation and deprotonation play an important role in the redox process of POPD films.The protonation during the reduction of POPD film induces the intercalation of anions, whereas the deprotonation in the oxidation of POPD film makes the escape of anions from the film.The quantity of anions intercalated into POPD film has been calculated according Sauerbry equation from the frequency decrease of EQCM electrode.Its values are in the range of 10 -9 to 10 -8 mol/cm 2 and varies with the mass of POPD film as well as with the scan rate of electrode potential.国家自然科学基
Large Culures for Haematococcus pluvialis Outside and Accumulation of Astaxanthin
针对雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)大体积室外培养开展实验,对不同品系藻株、不同营养方式、胁迫条件等对雨生红球藻生长及虾青素积累的进行了初步研究.结果表明,HPM品系在室外培养过程中指数生长率为0.22,胁迫后虾青素产率为1.35mg/L,均优于其他两个品系.室外培养中加入醋酸钠的混合培养基可以缩短胁迫时间,并且其虾青素的积累量比光合自养培养下提高了126.3%.盐胁迫比高光胁迫更能有效地积累虾青素,虾青素产率从0.76 mg/L提高到了1.33 mg/L.The green microalga Haematococcus pluvialis was cultured outside in large volume,the effects of different trophic and stress conditions on cell growth and astaxanthin accumulation were studied.The effects of different strains on accumulating astaxanthin was also investigated.The results showed that the growth rate of the strain HPM outside was 0.22,and the astaxanthin production was 1.35 mg/L,which were higher than the other two strains.The stress period was shortened under the mixotrophic system with addition of NaAc,and the astaxanthin content moreased 126.3% than that under the autotrophic system.The stress of high salinity was better to accumulate astaxanthin than high light intensity.Under the stress of high salinity,the astaxanthin production was 1.33 mg/L compared to the data under the stress of high light(0.76 mg/L).厦门市科技项目(3052Z20031086)资

蔡明刚(1974-),通讯作者,副教授,主要从事微藻天然产物化学等领域的开发与研究,E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]采用反相高效液相色谱分析法(RP-HPLC)研究了稀土元素铈(Ce~(3+))对雨生红球藻(Haematococcuspluvialis)生长及虾青素积累的影响。结果表明,低质量浓度的 Ce~(3+)对微藻生长和虾青素积累均具有明显的促进作用,当 Ce~(3+)的质量浓度为0.1 mg/L 时,对藻生长的促进效果最佳,细胞密度较对照组提高34%;当 Ce~(3+)的质量浓度为1 mg/L时,虾青素质量分数可达到细胞干质量的3.2%,较对照组提高167%。此外,高质量浓度 Ce~(3+)的对雨生红球藻有抑制作用,当 Ce~(3+)的质量浓度高于40 mg/L 时,红球藻的生长完全被抑制,虾青素质量分数也明显降低。[英文文摘]The effects of rare earth element cerium on the cell growth and astaxanthin production of Haematococcus pluvialis were studied.The results showed that lower concentration of Ce~(3+) could improve both the growth rate and astaxanthin production of the microalgae.When the Ce~(3+) of 0.1 mg/L concentration was added,the cell number of H.pluvialis was 34% more than the controls.1 mg/L concentration was the best to accumulate astaxanthin.The astaxanthin content under stress condition could be 3.2% of the cell dry mass,which was 167% higher than the controls.Additionally,higher
