藻类影响虾池若干水质因子初探
本文在分析几口虾池藻类的种类与数量的同时,检测了这些虾池的几种生态因子(PH、dO、比重和nH_3—n),并结合室内小水体模拟实验,讨论了浮游植物的种类与数量对养殖虾池生态的影响。结果认为,以硅藻(如骨条藻和角毛藻等)或绿藻(如小球藻等)为优势的虾池,养殖生态较稳定,对虾养殖状况较好
Rdeationship between Vibrio Quantity in Cultured Penaeid and Two Shrimp Diseases
对虾养殖中弧菌数量与对虾“红腿病”“黄鳃病”关系研究苏永全,蔡心一,翁卫华,王军(厦门大学海洋学系,亚热带海洋研究所)黄淑莘(马尾水产饲料公司福州)弧菌是养殖虾池和对虾消化道的正常菌群之一 ̄[1],但其中的某些种如鳗弧菌(V.AnguTl-lAruM...Vibrio paranhaemolyticus and V.alginolysis isolated From Penaeusjaponicus and P.monodon described as“red leg disease”and “yellow gill disease”locally dur-ing the period From November in 1992 to May in 1993 were identiFied.The numbers of Vibriosp.in both water and mud collected From cultured pond and outpond entrance canal diFFeredgreatly.Vibrio number in mud was 5 to 160 times higher than that in water,and the one inthe new pond was much lower than that in the old pond which has been bred at least 5 years.It showed that high quantity of Vibrio in mud or in old cultured pond was one of the mainreasons resulting in above diseases.The quantity of Vibrio sp.and shrimp diseases did notseemingly relate to tlie changes of pH,DO,salinity,NH4-N and H_2S,but connected directlywith seasonal temperature

本文检测了92年11月至93年5月同安西柯两口日本对虾(PEnAEuSJAPOnICuS)和一口斑节对虾(P.MOnOdOn)池及其进水沟的水和底泥几种细菌数量及六种生态因子,并探讨了细菌数量变动和生态因子变化与虾病发生的关系。:Numbers of some bacteria and ecological Factors(i.e。 DO , PH,H_2S , NH_3-N sanility and temperiture)in sea water and mud of cultured Penaeid pond and enter-ance canal during the period of November 1992 to May 1993 were determined.The rela-tionship between the penaeid(Penaeus japonicus,P, monodon)diseases and the variationsof bacterial numbers and ecological Factors in diFFerent seasons were also discussed
