    Comparative studies on the intermediate rearing of the seeds(Scylla paramamosain﹠Scylla serreta) in outdoor pool with the net cages

    在水温25~27℃、盐度13~16、PH值7.5~8.5、连续充气的条件下,以PVC管和筛绢网制成的网箱进行拟穴青蟹(Ⅰ组)和锯缘青蟹(Ⅱ组)两种蟹苗的中间培育。结果表明:网箱培育的拟穴青蟹与锯缘青蟹的蜕壳率分别为47.28%和42.72%,彼此差异显著(P<0.05);死亡率分别为32.88%和42.19%,彼此差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的增肉系数分别为21.10,14.17;甲长增长率分别为337.25%,304.99%;甲宽增长率分别为275.00%,204.42%。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的甲长与甲宽的关系分别为yⅠ=1.6455XⅠ-1.8486,yⅡ=1.7406XⅡ-2.7513;甲宽与体质量的关系分别为WⅠ=0.0264EⅠ0.2818X,WⅡ=0.0308E0Ⅱ.2772X;在本实验条件下青蟹密度为417只/M2时的存活率最高。表明水泥池套养网箱的中间培育模式是可行的。Under the condition of water temperature of 25~27℃,pH of 7.5~8.5,salinity of 13~16 and continuous aeration,the experiment was conducted on two different species of juvenile crabs(Scylla paramamosain,Scylla serrata) with the cages which were made of PVC pipe and silk screen net in pools.The result showed the rates of mortality were Scylla paramamosain( 42.19%) and of Scylla serrata (32.88% ) ; the molting rates were Scylla paramamosain(42.72%) and of Scylla serrata (47.28% ).The weight coefficient were the groups Ⅰ(21.10) and the group Ⅱ(14.17); the increase of carapace length were the groups Ⅰ(337.25%) and the group Ⅱ(304.99%; the increase of carapace width are 275.00%,204.42%,had signification difference(p<0.05).The relationships between the carapace length and width of three groups (Ⅰ,Ⅱ) were yⅠ= 1.6455x -1.8486,yⅡ = 1.7406x -2.7513; the relationships between the carapace width and weight of two groups were wⅠ = 0.0264e0.2818x,w Ⅱ= 0.0308e0.2772x.In conclusion ,under the condition of this experiment ,the density of juvenile crab was 417/ m2 had the highest rate of survival,the model of cultured.crabs with the cages which were made of PVC pipe and silk screen net in pools is feasible.福建省科技计划重点项目(2008X10040);国家高技术研究发展计划863项目(2006AA10A-406)资

    The Influence of Starvation and Eyestalk Ablation on the Development of Gonad and Biochemical Composition in Hemolymph of Marsupenaeus japonicus Broodstock

    【中文摘要】 亲虾性腺发育过程实质上是一个营养积累的过程,为了探讨在这个过程中亲虾对营养物质有何种需求,采用形态解剖、称量法和酶学法测定了日本囊对虾亲虾性腺发育过程中的性腺指数(GSI)、肝胰腺指数(HPI)及其血淋巴的葡萄糖、胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,对来自台湾海峡的亲虾[体质量为(83.26±1.47)g/ind]进行了饥饿和切除眼柄等处理,并研究了这两种处理方法对日本囊对虾亲虾性腺发育及血淋巴生化含量变化的影响.结果表明:1)实验前后,饥饿组和交并组亲虾的GSI和HPI均有显著下降(p<0.05);切除眼柄组和对照组亲虾的GSI上升极显著(p<0.01),其中切除眼柄组与对照组相比HPI显著下降(p<0.05);2)4个组实验前后血淋巴葡萄糖和甘油三酯水平都显著上升(p<0.01),胆固醇水平均呈现出单峰形式变化,峰值都出现在实验中期.可以认为:繁殖期间,日本囊对虾亲虾性腺发育的能源主要来自于食物中,饥饿不利于亲虾性腺积累营养物质,而切除眼柄可以促进亲虾体内营养物质的吸收和转移,从而促进性腺发育. 【英文摘要】 The development of gonad is essentially a accumulative process of nutrition for broodstock.In order to investigate the demand of nutrients in the Marsupenaeus japonicus broodstocks during that process,morphological anatomy,weighing method and enzymatic method were used to determine the variations in GSI,HPI,biochemical composition,such as glucose,cholesterol and triglyceride in hemolymph of starved and ablated Marsupenaeus japonicus broodstock during reproduction.Starvation went against the nutrition accumu...国家自然科学基金(30300269);福建省青年科技人才创新项目(2003J018)资

    Effects of Unilateral Eyestalk Ablation on Feeding,Gonadal Development and Energy Conversion of Marsupenaeus japonicus Broodstock

    在水温(22.5±2.50)℃,盐度30--32,PH 7.8--8.3,光照1 000 lX的条件下,分别对切除眼柄和未切除眼柄的台湾海峡日本囊对虾亲虾(平均体长(19.2±0.95)CM,平均体质量(82.7±10.57)g)进行为期30 d的摄食、性腺发育及能量转化的初步研究.结果表明:1)实验组(切除眼柄)日本囊对虾的摄食量与摄食强度均高于对照组(未切除眼柄),夜间摄食强度分别为白天的1.39倍和1.28倍(P0.05).3)实验结束时,实验组和对照组亲虾的躯体能值(Eb)均略有下降,性腺能值(Eg)实验组增幅大于对照组,且两组之间差异极显著(P0.05)in the end of the experiment.3) Broodstock body energy value(Eb) of the two groups decreased slightly and the gonadal energy value of treatment groups were significant higher than that of control groups(p<0.01).The broodstocks showed negative growth in energy.The food conversion efficiencies(FCE)(10.17%) and food energy conversion efficiency(ECE)(14.30%) of treatment groups were significantly higher than those of control groups(1.76% & 2.37 % respectively).It showed that food intake,feeding intensity of Marsupenaeus japonica could be improved,meanwhile,the gonad development and ECE could be promoted.The energy for the gonad development was mainly from food conversion,besides,that was also from the energy reserved in other organisms.The experiment findings can give us a clear knowledge of the law of feeding,the situation of gonadal development and characteristics of energy conversion during the breeding of Marsupenaeus japonicus broodstock,and can offer theoretical basis for scientific management of the culture procedure of Marsupenaeus japonicus broodstock.国家自然科学基金(30300269);福建省青年科技人才创新项目(2003J018
