Design and Implementation of Company Employee Performance Management System

基于形态和分子证据对斑果藤族和节蒴木科的系统学研究
斑果藤族(Stixeae)和节蒴木属(Borthwickia)传统上被置于山柑科(Capparaceae),最近的分子和形态学证据均支持它们从山柑科中分离出来,节蒴木属已被提升为科,但斑果藤族的系统位置和分类地位尚不清楚。为解决斑果藤族的系统位置和分类地位,并进一步为节蒴木科的成立提供证据,对核心十字花目GRFT(Gyrostemonaceae-ResedaceaeForchhammeria-Tirania)分支,使用叶表皮等20个形态性状和5个DNA片段(mat K、rbc L、ndh F、trn L-F和ITS),用最大简约法(MP)和贝叶斯分析(BI)对形态及分子矩阵进行系统发育分析。结果高度支持斑果藤族的Neothorelia为GRFT分支成员;Neothorelia、Tirania和斑果藤属(Stixis)聚为一支,但Forchhammeria的位置尚不明确;形态及分子系统发育分析结果均支持节蒴木科成立
影响大学生信息素养培养的因素及改进策略

Annual variation and spatial distribution of nutrients in the Laizhou Bay
To better understand the distribution and annual variation of nutrients in the Laizhou Bay, a successive survey about dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), phosphate(PO_4-P) and silicate(SiO_3-Si) from 2004 to 2014 was conducted. In the present study, high concentrations of DIN, PO_4-P and SiO_3-Si were located at the southwest coast of the Laizhou Bay, especially at Xiaoqing River estuary and its vicinity. The spatial distributions of nutrients in the Laizhou Bay were mainly influenced by the terrestrial inputs such as Xiaoqing River and itsvicinity. Although, DIN concentrations in the Laizhou Bay from 2004 to 2014 were higher with medians ranging from 8.14 μmol/L to 53.98 μmol/Lthan those in the 80 s and 90 s of the 20th century, anannual variation trend of slight decreased from 2004 to 2014 was shown in the Laizhou Bay. The nitrate was the main form of DIN contributing 83 %, while nitrite and ammonium salt contributing 7 % and 10 %, respectively. Low concentrations of PO_4-P in the Laizhou Bay were observed with medians ranging from 0.03 μmol/L to 0.49 μmol/L with an obvious annual variation trend of decrease. The medians of SiO_3-Si in the Laizhou Bay ranged from 8.5 μmol/L to 52.9 μmol/L with a decrease annual variation trend in August. The temporal distributions of nutrients in the Laizhou Bay were mainly influenced by the nutrients fluxes of Xiaoqinghe River. The medians variation of DIN/PO_4、SiO_3 /DIN and SiO_3 /PO_4 were 78.9~1112.4, 0.2~2.2 and 40.2~442.5, respectively. The annual variation trends of increase for DIN/PO_4 and SiO_3 /PO_4 while no obvious annual variation trend for SiO_3 /DIN were observed from 2004 to 2014. The analysis on nutrient structure indicated that PO_4-P was absolute limitation with the trend of increase while SiO_3-Si was the limitation in May. The nutrient levels of the Laizhou Bay shifted from oligotrophy in the 80 s and 90 s of the 20th century to potential eutrophication of phosphorus limitation during 2004-2014
用培养基介导法研究辐射旁效应及其机理
目的通过受照射的细胞培养液培养靶细胞,并用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对靶细胞预处理,检测其对自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的影响,研究旁效应是否存在及其产生机理。方法以健康雄性ICR小鼠脾NK细胞活性检测经过不同剂量照射的细胞培养液对小鼠淋巴瘤YacⅠ细胞的损伤程度,同时观察DMSO对该细胞的保护作用,即对旁效应的抑制作用。结果应用不同剂量60Coγ射线照射的细胞培养液来培养YacⅠ细胞,引发该细胞不同程度的损伤,表现在YacⅠ细胞对小鼠脾NK细胞的敏感性增强(P<0.01);DMSO预处理细胞对旁效应有一定的抑制作用,特别在0.25和0.5Gy组,对细胞的保护作用明显。结论60Coγ射线照射能诱发YacⅠ细胞的培养液介导的旁效应。活性氧(ROS)是诱发辐射旁效应的因素之一,清除ROS可部分抑制辐射旁效应
