    STUDIES ON THE PARAGONIMUS CYSTS INFECTIONS AND HABITATS OF SINOPOTAMON PINGHENENSIS

    目的 调查平和华溪蟹肺吸虫囊蚴感染及其生态习性。方法 现场捕捉溪蟹 ,同时观察其生态环境及活动习性。将蟹按个体或部位分别登记称重 ,取心脏用直接压片法检查 ,其他的分别经捣碎、研磨和水洗过筛后 ,取沉渣镜检。结果 平和华溪蟹自然感染 3种 (卫氏并殖、三平正并殖和斯氏狸殖 )肺吸虫囊蚴 ,感染率 82 .6 % ,卫氏并殖为当地优势虫种 ,囊蚴主要分布于步足 (5 4.9% )、胸肌 (2 1.8% )和螯肢 (17.0 % )。蟹的感染无明显季节性差异 ,而随蟹体增大感染率增高 ,大蟹 (30 g以上 )感染率达 10 0 % ,小蟹 (低于 2 0 g)感染率仅为 35 .3%。雄蟹感染率 (84.0 % )稍高于雌蟹(6 9.6 % )。该蟹主要孳生于流水缓慢的山坑小溪。蟹喜独居 ,白天多潜伏石块下 ,夜间四出活动 ,对腐臭食物具敏感性。秋冬季是捕捉溪蟹最好时节。结论 平和华溪蟹充当肺吸虫重要的第二中间宿主 ,开展蟹类调查应选择适宜的季节与方法Objcetive To examine the [WT5”BX]Paragonimus cysts infections and habits of Sinopotamon pinghenensis. Methods [WT5”BX]Sinopotamon crabs were collected from the spot.Their ecological environment and behavior were observed. The whole and the parts of their bodies were weighed and recorded one by one. The heart was examined by pressing method. Other parts were treated with regular precipitation method and the precipitates were examined under microscopy. Results [WT5”BX]Paragonimus westermani, P. skrjabini and [WT5”BX]P. cenocopiosus cysts were found and the infection rate was 82.6%, and P.westermani was the dominant species from Pinghe.Most of cysts were located in the muscle of legs(54.9%), thorax (21 8%) and chela (17 0%) Big crabs (over 30 g) were infected in 100% and small crabs (under 20 g) were few with infection (35 3%). Infection rate of male crab (84%) was slight higher than that of female (69 6%). [WT5”BX]S. Pingheninsis crabs mainly breed in the small shellow stream where water flowing slowly. The crabs like living alone. In the day time, they hide under stones. At night they come out, being sensitive to rotten and foul food. Autumn and winter are the good seasons to catch them.Conclusion S. pinghenensis is the important second intermeadiate host of the paragonimus. It is necessary to choose the suitable season and method to investigate the crabs

    ANALYSES ON LDH ISOENZYME AND PROTEIN FROM BOTH GUANGDONG STRAIN AND FUJIAN STRAIN OF ECHINOCHASMUS FUJIANENSIS

    目的 探讨福建与广东两地福建棘隙吸虫生化特点。方法 用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层等电聚焦电泳等进行比较分析虫体乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)同工酶和蛋白质。结果 福建与广东两地虫株都有 5种LDH同工酶 ,其中LDH1、LDH4 和LDH5的迁移率相同 ;蛋白质电泳都分离出 9条区带 ,其中有 7条带的等电点相同。但在LDH2 和LDH3 的迁移率 ,蛋白质区带的相对含量 ,同工酶的总活力与比活力 ,以及A和B亚基的含量等存在差异。结论 LDH同工酶与蛋白质的某些差异 ,可归因为基因型相似条件下所出现两地虫株生化遗传上差异Aim\ Inguired into the biochemical characteristrics of Echinochasmus fujianensis found in Fujian and Guangdong provinces. Methods\ Compared and analysed two strains by LDH isoenzyme eletrophoresis, discontinuous PAGE and thinlayer isoelectric equilibrium PAGE.Results\ Two strains both had five LDH isoenzyme, among them, LDH\-1、LDH\-4 and LDH\-5 had the same mobilities. There were nine bands in protein electrophoresis. Seven bands had the same isoelectric point.But there were differences in the mobilities of LDH\-2 and LDH\-3,the comparative amount of protein bands, total and specific activity of isoenzyme and the amount of A and B subunit.
