    Mathematical model of feeding rate and processing loss for combine harvester

    【中文摘要】 为了研究联合收割机喂入量与收获过程损失率之间的关系,该文对联合收割机喂入量和收获损失的影响因素进行了详细分析,采用3种模型试验研究了喂入量与收获过程损失的关系,基于新疆-2A型联合收割机的试验样本建立了基于幂函数、指数函数和二次函数的关系模型,其中二次函数模型具有较高准确性,其决定系数R2=0.826,并利用喂入量控制试验装置进行验证。试验表明,当喂入量在0.3~4.1 kg/s的范围内时,收获过程损失率实测值与二次函数模型计算值的绝对偏差范围为0.04%~0.91%,吻合较好,说明所建立的二次函数模型具有良好的准确性。该模型可作为预测试验用样机收获过程损失的有效工具。 【英文摘要】 To investigate the relationship between feeding rate and harvest loss of combine harvesters, the paper intensively analyzed the factors that influenced feeding rate and harvest loss for combine harvester. In this paper, an environmental monitoring data transmission system based on 3G networks is designed to transmit environmental data which is collected through sensors to server-side. The data transmission system is functioning with remote data transmission, and monitoring data reviewing at remote terminal any time. Scientific monitoring data can accurately, timely and comprehensively reflect of the various environmental parameters on-site detection status. The system components of environment monitoring platform based on virtual instrument is introduced firstly. Then, the network transmission system scheme based on Socket communication is proposed. Finally, the data transmission between LabVIEW application of monitoring terminal and PHP application of server-side through Socket interface is achieved.     Study on combine harvester speed control based on optimum threshing power consumption model

Forward speed is a main variable to control the feeding rate of combine harvester for high efficiency. In this study a control strategy based on optimum threshing power consumption model was developed and integrated into a speed control system for combine harvester automation. A conventional self-propelled combine harvester (Xinjiang-II) was equipped with multiple sensors to collect online information, including forward speed, threshing drum torque and speed. Forward speed was then adjusted by an electric-hydraulic unit based on designed PID controller to achieve an optimum range of threshing power consumption. Field test was conducted to evaluate the performance of the controller under variable feeding rate condition.     Vibration energy harvesting in automobiles to power wireless sensors

Time:June 6, 2012 - June 8, 2012.Automobiles may include sensors for obtaining information regarding various physical parameters, such as ultrasonic sensors for distance detecting during reversing. Usually these sensors are powered by wire connection with the batteries of the automobiles. However, while more and more sensors are installed to the automobiles, the wire connection turns to be troublesome. Furthermore, some embedded sensors cannot be powered by wire connection, such as the tire pressure monitoring sensors. Therefore, powering these distributed or embedded wireless sensors from ambient energy becomes attractive. It will reduce the installment trouble and maintenance costs. This work reports on vibration levels detected in automobiles during road test as a potential energy source for automobile sensors. The measurement results showed that the vibrations in the automobiles are large enough for useful vibration harvesting. A piezoelectric vibration harvester was designed and equipped with a power interface circuit. The test demonstrates that sufficient energy is harvested to possibly supply a wireless sensor. It is also shown that significant increases in harvested energy may be obtained by improving the harvesting device design. 漏 2012 IEEE

    To investigate the relationship between feeding rate and harvest loss of combine harvesters, the paper intensively analyzed the factors that influenced feeding rate and harvest loss for combine harvester. The mathematical model between feeding rate and processing loss was established using three functions (power, exponential and quadratic) based on field test samples of Xinjiang-2A combine harvester. The model based on quadratic function showed the highest accuracy and its coefficient of determination was 0.826. Validation experiment was conducted to verify developed model through feeding rate controllable equipment. The results showed that when the feeding rate was between 0.3-4.1 kg/s, the absolute deviation between measured processing loss and calculated value was in the range of 0.04%-0.91%. It indicated that the developed quadratic model was accurate. It is concluded that the developed model could be capable of predicting the processing loss for the tested machine

    装载机卸载过程中载荷的急剧变化会对车体产生剧烈冲击,导致舒适性下降,同时会降低部件的寿命,因此对卸载冲击进行研究,拟通过对工作装置的优化设计来降低该冲击.首先构建了工作装置各部件的力学模型,分析了卸载过程中力的传递路径和机理;通过试验分析了铲斗油缸的载荷峰值,对卸载冲击过程进行了量化和表征;最后,基于参数化建模,采用序列二次规划算法(SQP)对工作装置进行了优化设计.仿真结果表明:优化后的冲击载荷峰值降低了约38%.该研究可为工作装置疲劳寿命和作业舒适性的研究提供一定的基础.Due to the significant loading variations under unloading conditions of loaders,the reductions of comfort and component life cycle occur.By applying design optimization on working device for impact reduction,the mechanical model is first established for device components to analyze the force transmission path and mechanism.Then,the loading peaks are experimentally analyzed on bucket cylinder for quantitative representation.Based on parametric modeling,the optimization design is finally conducted using sequential quadratic programming(SQP)algorithm.Therein,it is detected from simulation results that the impact loading peak reduces by 38%.In addition,this approach sets a basis on fatigue life and operational comfort studies.“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目(2013BAF07B04);; 国家自然科学基金青年基金项目(51205331);; 福建省高端装备制造协同创新中

The monitoring and data management system which adopts a NI CompactDAQ data acquisition system functioning high speed real-time collection of multi-parameters of climate (temperature, wind speed, solar radiation), air quality (formaldehyde, benzene, radon, etc) soil and water quality, etc. Employing the LabVIEW programming tool, the software system was developed with friendly graphical user interface, which can display the real-time monitoring results of the multi-parameters mentioned above. Moreover, the LabSQL kit is used to access the database to search historical records of every parameter, summarize the trend of environment change and further objectively evaluate the condition of environment.     Powering the distributed or embedded wireless sensors from ambient vibration energy has attracted many attentions. It will reduce the installment trouble and maintenance costs. This work reports on vibration levels detected in automobiles during road test as a potential energy source for automobile sensors. A piezoelectric vibration harvester was designed and equipped with a simple harvesting circuit.     Modelling of stable angle-based instability threat indicator for articulated off-road vehicles

    This paper presents the modelling and simulation of a stable angle-based instability threat indicator for articulated off-road vehicles. First, a stable angle is represented by the vertical forces of four wheels and steering angle of an off-road articulated steer vehicle. Then a vehicle prototype model is built based on a specific wheel loader type and a tyre/terrain model. Finally, the prototype model and tyre/terrain model are imported to the multi-body dynamics analysis software-ADAMS to conduct a number of simulations using the stable angle-based instability threat indicator. Simulation results indicate that a stable angle of 80.5° is the threshold angle for lateral instability, and a stable angle of 90° is the threshold angle for longitudinal instability of this model. Compared with the traditional instability indicating methods for off-road vehicles, the proposed stable angle-based method is more efficient and can deal with both lateral and longitudinal instability of an articulated vehicle effectively.     An environmental factors-based automatic control system for folding arm awning

Time:DEC 16-18, 2011.This paper developed an automatic control system for folding arm awning based on environmental factors, which can overcome the disadvantages of the traditional awning of unitary control mode and low level of intelligence. The system consists of sensor unit, controller, drive motor and transmission mechanism. The sensor unit is used for testing light intensity, wind speed and rain, then an AT89S52 SCM single-chip microcomputer which is the core of the controller is applied to receive testing signal and send instructions to AC motor to realize the extending and withdrawing state of the awning according to the corresponding control logic. Meanwhile, this system is able to switch from automatic control to manual control so as to deal with power outage and other special situation and maintain operation of awning. The results of the prototype test show that this system is running steadily and can adjust the working condition of the awning in time according to the environment change. Compared with the current electric awning, the intelligent folding arm awning controlled according to environmental factors can achieve more energy conservation and environmental protection
