生產治黴色基素之方法
本發明係一種生產治黴色基素之方法,其係提供一培養基,包括約0.01至2.0%脫脂黃豆粉、約0.01至2.0%葡萄糖及約0.01至1.0%碳酸鈣,將鏈黴菌(Streptomyces padanus PMS-702)培養於該培養基質中,設定培養條件為轉速約100至400rpm、通氣量約0.5至1.5vvm及培養基質呈弱酸性,並於培養過程中添加油脂或脂肪酸或其混合物於培養基質中,進行大量液態培養,以獲取治黴色基素
The Reconstruction of Facility after Krosa Typhoon
本計畫主要工作在於修復柯羅莎颱風後的設施。工作包括網室、溫室、及環控菇舍之設備。修復之設施將用來作基因轉殖作物生物安全評估、環控下生產高市場競爭力之香水百合切花。此精緻設施可控制養液配方及栽培模式。此外,修復後的菇舍提供牛樟芝在牛樟段木培養及巴西蘑菇的箱栽培養。計畫有助於農業試驗所未來生物技術的研究,計畫獲得成果將有用於基因轉殖作物研究、百合研發與高經濟食藥用菇類的發展。
This project's major works focus on the reconstruction of facility after KROSA typhoon. The works include the repairs to equipments in net house, greenhouse and mushroom cultivation house. The repaired equipments will be used to assess GM crop's bio-risk, and to produce cutting flowers of Casablanca lily, which has high market competitiveness, under controlled environment. This controlled environment regulates the formula of liquid nutrient and the model of cultivation. Besides, the repaired mushroom cultivation house produces the novel environment to cultivate both Antrodia camphorate in the wood section of Cinnamomum comphora and Agaricus blazei in box. This project benefits future study of biotechnology at ARI. The results gained from this project will tremendously benefit the future study of GM crops, the research of lily, and development of high economic profit mushrooms
