    [目的]测定松香氧化物中的羟值,并对操作步骤进行分析。[方法]用乙酰化法首次测定了松香氧化物中的羟值,探讨了测定过程中影响试验结果的一些因素。[结果]松香氧化物羟值较大,说明松香在氧化过程中生成了较多羟基。[结论]建立松香氧化物中羟值的测定方法可为松香的深加工技术提供帮助。[Objective]The research aimed to determinate the hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin,and analyze its producers.[Method]The acetylation method was used to determinate the hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin firstly,and discuss some influencing factors during determination.[Result]The hydroxyl value in oxidation product of rosin was high,showing there were more hydroxide radical during rosin oxidation.[Conclusion]To establish the determination method of hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin is of help to deep processing of rosin.广西民族大学科研基金项

    含埋藏椭圆型裂纹的构件脉冲放电瞬间的耦合场分析

    采用数值分析的方法,对含三维埋藏椭圆型裂纹的构件放电瞬间的耦合场进行分析。计算脉冲放电瞬间椭圆形裂纹尖端附近的温度场和等效应力场的分布状态;并通过改变模型尺寸的模拟分析影响放电参数的主要因素。计算结果表明,由于电流绕流产生的焦耳热源的作用,裂纹尖端处温度瞬时急剧升高,但沿椭圆形裂纹尖端的温度值并不相同,最大值发生在长轴附近,只要放电电流的强度足够大,可以使椭圆环形裂尖均熔化形成焊口,并围绕环形裂纹尖端附近产生很大的热压应力场,可有效地遏制裂纹的扩展;在相同放电电流强度下,对椭圆裂纹尖端温度影响较大的是裂纹的绝对尺寸和椭圆长短轴的相对尺寸。在研究过程中分成热—电耦合和热—应力耦合两个过程,综合考虑材料非线性、状态变化非线性和几何非线性,结果比较符合实际

    以H2O2为氧源,研究了歧化松香胺Schiff碱-铜配合物催化苯乙烯的氧化反应,探讨了溶剂种类、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对催化氧化反应的影响。结果表明,催化氧化反应的较佳条件是:以1,4-二氧杂环己烷为溶剂,苯乙烯5.000 g,催化剂Schiff碱-铜配合物用量为苯乙烯质量的0.5%,质量分数为30%的H2O2 15 mL,80℃反应6 h。苯乙烯转化率为93.3%,主产物苯甲醛的收率和选择性分别为66.8%和71.7%。The performance of cupric complex of disproportionated rosin amine Shift base on catalyzing oxidation of styrene by H2O2 has been investigated. Factors affecting oxidation, such as solvents, temperature, reaction time, dosage of catalyst and the ratio of oxidant to alkene have been investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were: 5.000 g styrene with 15 mL 30 % H2O2 at 80℃ for 6 h in the presence of 0.5 % cupric complex in 1,4-dioxane.
