    Correlation between Outdoor-exposure and Indoor-accelerated Ageing Test for Epoxy Coating

    通过室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外线照射对环氧涂层进行了老化试验,并运用光泽、颜色、粉化率、SEM以及电化学多重动电位扫描(MCPDP)等手段测试了涂层在室外大气暴晒和室内紫外加速老化下的表面形貌和对金属保护性能的变化,初步探讨室外海洋大气暴晒和室内紫外人工老化试验的相关性。发现对于环氧涂层室内紫外人工老化降解的效果强于室外海洋大气天然老化,基于光泽测试的加速因子约为5;基于颜色和粉化率测试的加速因子都大于12。The outdoor-exposure test and indoor-accelerated ageing test were carried out,and a series of performance evaluations such as gloss,color,the degree of chalking,SEM and MCPDP were applied to test the transformation of the surface topography and protection properties of epoxy anticorrosion paint.The correlation between indoor-accelerated ageing test and outdoor-exposure test was discussed preliminary.It indicates that the results of degradation in the indoor-accelerated ageing test are greater than those in the outdoor-exposure test,the accelerating factor according gloss is about 5 and the accelerating factors according color and the degree of chalking are above 12

    Gene families encoding isoforms of two major sesame seed storage proteins, 11S globulin and 2S albumin

    [[abstract]]Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) seed has been recognized as a nutritional protein source owing to its richness in methionine. Storage proteins have been implicated in allergenic responses to sesame consumption. Two abundant storage proteins, 11S globulin and 2S albumin, constitute 60-70 and 15-25% of total sesame proteins, respectively. Two gene families separately encoding four 11S globulin and three 2S albumin isoforms were identified in a database search of 3328 expresssed sequence tag (EST) sequences from maturing sesame seeds. Full-length cDNA sequences derived from these two gene families were completed by PCR using a maturing sesame cDNA library as the template. The amino acid compositions of these deduced storage proteins revealed that the richness in methionine is attributed mainly to two 2S albumin isoforms and partly to one 11S globulin isoform. The presence of four 11S globulin and three 2S albumin isoforms resolved in SDS-PAGE was confirmed by MALDI-MS analyses. The abundance of these isoforms was in accord with the occurrence frequency of their EST sequences in the database. A comprehensive understanding of these storage proteins at the molecular level may also facilitate the identification of allergens in crude sesame products that have caused severe allergic reactions increasingly reported in the past decade.[[note]]SC

    [[abstract]]本研究旨在了解目前國民中學教師領導與終身學習能力的現況,並探究不同背景變項的教師在教師領導知覺與終身學習能力上的差異情形,以及教師領導與終身學習能力的相關性、教師領導對終身學習能力的預測力。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台東縣公立國民中學教師為研究對象,以分層等比例隨機取樣方式,抽取17所學校共328位教師,回收有效問卷287份,有效回收率達87.5%。以SPSS 12.0統計軟體為工具,進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後多重比較分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等分析問卷資料。本研究獲得結論如下: 一、台東縣國民中學教師對教師領導的知覺現況屬中上程度表現。 二、台東縣國民中學教師對終身學習能力的知覺現況屬中上程度表現。 三、台東縣國民中學教師在背景變項中,包含不同性別、年齡、現任職務、服務學校規模,在教師領導的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 四、台東縣國民中學教師在背景變項中,包含不同性別、教育程度、現任職務、服務學校規模,在終身學習能力的知覺程度上達顯著差異。 五、台東縣國民中學教師領導的知覺程度,與終身學習能力具有顯著正相關。 六、台東縣國民中學教師領導的知覺程度,對終身學習能力具有顯著預測力。 最後根據研究結果提出建議,供教育行政機關、學校行政主管、國民中學教師及未來研究者參考。[[abstract]]This study was to understand the status quo of teacher leadership and lifelong learning competences of the junior high school teachers and to explore the differences on teacher leadership and lifelong learning competences caused by their variety backgrounds. Also, the relation between and the predictive of teacher leadership and lifelong learning competences were analyzed in this study. The method of questionnaire survey was conducted for this research. The subjects of the study were the teachers in public junior high schools in Taitung County. Based on the proportional allocation of stratified random sampling method, 328 teachers from 17 public junior high schools in Taitung County were selected as the subjects. Totally, there were 287 responses with the valid return rate of 87.5%. SPSS 12.0 is used as the major tool for descriptive statistics﹐independent–samples t–test﹐one–way ANOVA﹐posterior comparisons﹐Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression. The conclusions of the study were defined as below: 1.The teacher leadership practice among the members of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County reached above average. 2.The lifelong learning competences practice among the members of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County reached above average. 3.There were significant differences in the perception of teacher leadership with the different background variances of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County﹐such as gender﹐age﹐position﹐and school size. 4.There were significant differences in the perception of lifelong learning competences caused by the different background variances of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County﹐such as gender﹐educational level﹐job position﹐and school size. 5.There were significant positive correlations in the perception degrees between teacher leadership and lifelong learning competences of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County. 6.The perception degrees of teacher leadership of the junior high school teachers in Taitung County have significant predict ability to lifelong learning competences. Finally﹐based on the research findings﹐this study also provides some suggestions for educational authorities﹐the junior high school administrators﹐the junior high school teachers﹐and future researchers.[[note]]碩

    本文研究了稀土氯化物对碱金属氢化反应的催化作用.金属钠在稀土氯化物LnCl_3(Ln=La,Nd,Sm,Dy,Yb)和萘的催化下,在常压、40℃下能与氢气反应,生成氢化钠;稀土氯化物的催化活性顺序为LaCl_3>NdCl_3>SmCl_3>DyCl_3>YbCl_3.金属锂可发生类似反应,生成LiH;但其反应动力学曲线与金属钠相比明显不同.稀土氯化物对金属钾的氢化反应不显示催化作用.对反应机理的初步探索表明:碱金属与萘反应生成的阴离子自由基型物种可能是氢化反应的中间体,稀土氯化物的作用是催化该中间体的氢化反应.该反应的产物是一类大比表面积(NaH的比表面积为83m~2/g)、多孔性固体粉末,在空气中可自燃.它们具有比一般市售碱金属氢化物高得多的反应活性,并能与过渡金属配合物组成高活性烯烃加氢催化剂

    Taiwan oolong tea has long been a representative and well-known tea product worldwide. Its unique color, flavor and umami taste broadly attract the tea-loving population. Here we defined Tzen oolong tea as a totally different type of tea refined from conventional oolong tea after baking and aging periodically. At the molecular level, the major soluble constitutes, including free amino acids, caffeine, catechins, and flavonol glycosides, in the original oolong tea degraded significantly after the tea conversion. However, gallic acid was found accumulated substantially in Tzen oolong tea, and presumably released from (-)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) during the baking process. Moreover, the unique occurrence of three flavonols, myricetin, quercetin and kaempferol were presumably resulted from deglycosylation of their glycoside derivatives in fresh oolong tea after repeated baking. The abundant longchain hydrocarbons and fatty acids in the fresh oolong tea were not found in Tzen oolong tea; whereas, pyrrole derivatives, such as 2-acetylpyrrole and 2-formylpyrrole, were formed via conversion of amino acids, and putatively contributed to the unique flavor of Tzen oolong tea. In order to upgrade Taiwan oolong tea products, it is important to explore more baking and storage conditions, such that more specialized Tzen oolong teas could be generated to meet the requirements of wider ranges of individual customers.台灣烏龍茶一直是家喻戶曉、中外馳名的特產,其特有的色、香與回甘滋味廣受飲茶人士的愛好。本文定義「熷烏龍茶」為台灣現在市面上常見的烏龍茶再經專業的反覆烘焙及陳放所轉化出風味完全不同的精製茶品。就分子成份而言,經此轉化,原茶湯中水溶性主要成份,包括游離胺基酸、咖啡因、兒茶素類、黃酮醇配醣體等的含量均明顯減少。然而,沒食子酸的含量顯著提升,推論主要為酯型兒茶素(帶有沒食子酸結構的兒茶素分子)於烘焙時裂解所產生;且新產生楊梅黃酮、檞皮素與山柰酚等黃酮醇成份,推論為此三類黃酮醇配醣體於烘焙時去醣降解所產生。此外,原茶湯中含量豐富且具揮發性的長鏈烷類與長鏈酸類分子會顯著降解,但新產生多種吡咯衍生物,例如,2-乙醯基吡咯與2-甲醛基吡咯等具烘焙風味的成份,此類成分可能貢獻熷烏龍茶特有的香氣,推論此揮發性成份應於烘焙時由胺基酸轉化而來。就台灣烏龍茶產業的升級觀點,研發適當的烘焙技術及其正確的陳放條件,將有助於發展多元且別具特色的客製化熷烏龍茶

    Nano-TiO_2 modified acrylic coatings for improving resistance to ultraviolet illumination

    对两种不同晶型的纳米TiO2进行紫外可见光谱的测试,结果表明在波长300~330nm的范围内,金红石型结构的纳米TiO2对紫外光有强的吸收。利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠对纳米TiO2进行改性,提高其表面的亲油性,使之对有机基团有比较好的亲和性。在丙烯酸树脂中加入改性的纳米TiO2,并进行超声波分散和成膜,获得含不同比例纳米TiO2的丙烯酸树脂复合薄膜,对不同的纳米TiO2复合薄膜进行紫外可见吸收光谱分析。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着纳米TiO2含量的增加,纳米复合涂层对紫外光的吸收率呈上升趋势,抗紫外线性能增强。Comparing with two kinds of different crystalline of nano-TiO_2 particles from the ultraviolet spectroscope,it was showed that the rutile nano-TiO_2 particles have stronger UV adsorption in the range of 300~330nm(wavelength).Nano-TiO_2 particles modified by SDBS not only improve the surface oil dissolve but also have an excellent appetency with organic groups.The SDBS-modified nano-TiO_2 particles are added in acrylate resin,and process ultrasonic disperse to obtain the different percent of nano-TiO_2 composite of acrylic resin,then the films with different percent of nano-TiO_2 were characterized by ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV).The results indicate that,with the increase of nano-TiO_2 particles,nano-composite coatings take on the ascending trend of UV adsorption in some definite fields;therefore it was able to greatly resist the UV degradation.教育部重点课题资助项目(104253);; 厦门市重点科技资助项目(3502Z20021087
