Determination of five poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market by Microwave Digestion with ICP—MS
建立了微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海参中Cu,AS,Cd,Hg,Pb 5种有毒元素含量的方法,采用In元素为内标,利用其回收率对以上5种元素的测定结果进行校正,该方法变异系数(CV%)为0.2%--4.0%,In元素加标回收率为96.7%--104.5%,说明该方法灵敏度高,结果准确可信。利用该方法对10批不同市售海参中5种有毒元素含量进行了测定,结果表明10批市售海参中的AS含量均超标,部分批次海参中的Cd、Pb超标,说明市售海参确实存在有毒元素超标的问题。A method based on microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP—MS) detection was established for determination of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in holothurian sold on the market.Indium was used as internal standard element to calibrate the results of determination of these five elements.Determination limits of these five elements were in the range of 0.006~0.063 μg/g,coefficient of variation(CV%)were in the range of 0.2%~4.0%,and the recovery of In was in the range of 96.7%~104.5%.The method has been applied to determine the five poisonous elements in ten holothurian samples sold on the market.The results indicated that the over-standard problem of poisonous elements in holothurian sold on the market existed.The content of total arsenic was over standard in all the ten samples,but the over standard problem of lead and cadmium was only found in part of the samples.国家自然科学基金(20675021);中国近海海洋综合调查与评价908专项(908-02-05-04)资

具有预制孔隙多孔物料的冷冻干燥
实验探究了具有初始预制孔隙多孔物料对冷冻干燥过程的强化作用。以注射用抗生素药剂——头孢曲松钠为主要溶质,采用“液氮制作冰激凌法”制备了具有不同初始孔隙率的冷冻物料,在相同的条件下进行冷冻干燥实验。结果表明,初始饱和度为0.3的冷冻物料(初始孔隙率为0.67)干燥时间比饱和物料(初始孔隙率为0)缩短了21.3%。干燥产品的SEM图显示,初始非饱和冷冻物料的固体骨架和孔隙结构连续而均匀,初始饱和度越低,骨架越纤细,可大大地降低传质阻力。对冷冻速率和退火处理的研究表明,冷冻速率对于两种物料干燥过程的影响甚微;退火处理能够提高冷冻干燥速率。适当提高操作温度可以明显缩短两种物料的干燥时间;操作压力对冷冻干燥过程几乎没有影响。 The porous frozen materials with prefabricated porosity were prepared to verify the effect on freeze-drying of liquid materials experimentally. Ceftriaxone sodium, a kind of commonly used antibiotics for injection, was selected as the primary solute in aqueous solution. Liquid nitrogen ice-cream making method was adopted to fabricate frozen materials with certain initial porosity. Freeze-drying experiments were conducted at the same operating conditions for two kinds of frozen materials, the initially unsaturated and saturated ones for comparison. The results showed that freeze-drying could be enhanced significantly using the porous frozen materials with prefabricated porosity. The drying time for the initially unsaturated frozen sample (S0=0.3 or 0.67 of initial porosity) can be 21.3% shorter than that required for the saturated one (S0=1.00 or zero porosity). SEM images of dried products displayed that the unsaturated materials had more tenuous solid matrix and continuous void space than those of the conventional one. This would be beneficial to migration of sublimated vapor and desorption of adsorbed moisture, favoring reduction of mass transfer resistance. Freezing rate had a little effect on freeze-drying of two kinds of frozen materials. Annealing could decrease the drying times, which were 16.2% saved for the initially unsaturated sample and 14.8% for the saturated one. Appropriately increasing ambient temperature had a positive impact on the freeze-drying process, and the change in chamber pressure had little contribution to the process

复合应力加载条件下Ti-6Al-4V合金塑性失稳行为研究
Ti-6Al-4V合金由于较高的比强度和刚度,在航空航天领域得到了广泛的应用。其在准静态条件下的塑性流动行为和变形机理已经有广泛研究;此外,在高应变率加载条件下,载荷和塑性变形对塑性失稳的影响也有所研究。然而,多数研究局限于高应变率和压缩载荷条件下。为更好了解合金力学性能,对其在高应变率复合应力载荷条件下的塑性失稳行为进行研究。本文研究了本构行为和载荷条件对Ti-6Al-4V塑性流动稳定性的影响。为了观察塑性流动过程,首先在压剪复合应力加载条件下对合金进行高速冲击实验。结果表明在压、剪应力分量比值为1.73时发现剧烈剪切带失稳。为了估算材料的失稳行为,提出了一个一般的失稳判据。该判据考虑了材料的率敏感性、应变硬化和热软化对材料失稳行为的影响,同时表明了施加应力载荷、应变速率敏感性和热传导对热软化的影响。由该判据我们可以得到材料在不同载荷情况下的临界失稳条件,并对不同的失稳行为进行评估。此外我们通过失稳相图说明了该判据,分析结果揭示了剪切带失稳的压敏性,给出了不同塑性失稳模式之间的过渡条件,对塑性失稳行为进行了三维有限元模拟,验证了分析结果
